Toni at Apple Doc at USC Village is the best Apple repair guy in LA. And he also quickly responded to my estimate for a battery replacement for my Mac Book Pro 2012, I message 2 other Apple pros on Yelp and Toni responded quickly with a fair estimate. And his shop only uses authentic Apple products and not after market stuff like the other guys. It took less than an hour to get my battery replace. The day before I was at Apple Glendale Galleria and they said 3 day wait and $ 140 plus . They only charge me $ 120. Im glad I found Apple Doc and they give me a 60 day guarantee. By the way, Angel gave me the best customer service office. They have a brand new repair shop at USC Village. Go visit them if you ever have a Mac problem
This place is a life saver! After doing the latest update on my MacBook Pro it wouldnt start up. This is the first time I have ever had issues with my MacBook. I called and Toni who was very polite and knowledgeable listened to the issues I was having with my MacBook. He sent me some information via text including what the possible problem might be and prices. I took my MacBook in on a Saturday and Toni quickly and efficiently fixed it. He was extremely professional and gave me so much information and tips to keep my MacBook in the best condition possible. He was honest and helpful which immediately stood out because most places try to charge customers more. Definitely a positive about Toni at the Mac Repair Clinic. Before I left he made sure to double check that my MacBook was working properly. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and Toni validated my parking. I will definitely make sure to recommend this business to my family and friends. Honest customer service is hard to find now a days. Thanks again Toni!

I rarely give reviews, but this place really deserves one! The technicians there are all super friendly and professional. I brought in my MacBook because I spilled milk tea on my keyboard, and the customer service person not only greeted me nicely but also explained the different problems/costs that might occur with the liquid damage. The main technician, Toni, was able to salvage my laptop within a couple of days (and at a reasonable price too!). This shop really cares about their customers and strives to help them as much as possible. Highly recommend!!!

Their customer service was superb. My screen broke and they fixed it with in an hour while following all safety guidelines. I had an issue the follow day with the adhesive not adhering. I brought it back they fixed very quick and apologized for the inconvenience. The phone feels brand new and works better than before.
The day I went to go drop off my laptop I was never told that I would have to pay diagnostic fee and when I went to go pick it up they charged me 40$ even though they never told me there would be a fee. Also the lady was rude.
I just talked from phone to change my computer screen. She was so friendly and honest about everything. When I am not going her shop to replace my computer I want to put comments because she was so friendly and helpful
Parking is really bad. I had a simple problem but because the technician wasnt there I had to leave my computer. Kinda unprofessional, wont go back if I have another problem. Really bad costumer service. Theyre trying to streamline everything but its just more difficult .UPDATE:Originally, I gave them a one star review. I wasnt happy with my experience and I went there because they had really good reviews. On my second visit I did locate the parking lot. Its not that close but at least it was free. I just wanted people to know what I would want to know before going. Im sure its convenient for students.The work they did was adequate, it was a simple job. I didnt find them that helpful. I asked for a receipt after the transaction (I needed it for reimbursement) and the sales representative said it was emailed to me. It wasnt however and when I called to get it sent again they insisted on communicating through text message which I found annoying. It took all day to get them to email me the receipt.But what really gets me is that after I left a bad review, they pressured me to change it. Personally I didnt like the way they ran their store and its not convenient for me. But the parking was free and they did the task I asked them to do.
USCs best kept secret!There are 3 good reasons to frequent this place which is located in the lovely USC village. Firstly its a completely independent business from the Apple store so NO long waits and up-sells by annoying hipster employees.Secondly it has an amazing massage chair which makes you actually wish there was a wait time, but thirdly and most important, the service, expertise and prices by Toni is second to none!I was elated to, not only retrieve all my data back but also applications and years of emails/contacts..in addition Toni made my beaten up old laptop look brand new!Goodbye Grove Apple store! my new go-to help will be Apple Doc and I highly recommend to everyone who needs any kind of techie help!

Ive been here twice with macbook pro issues... I needed a screen repair after it fell off my desk (!!!) and just brought it back after it suddenly shut down and decided it didnt want to turn back on! Ive been so satisfied with their service on both occasions that I go out of my way to leave these reviews.... great people, who know what theyre talking about, and get it done on a crazy quick timeline. Toni is awesome- I think he can probably fix anything! Took my computer to him when it started acting up, and he was able to solve it within an hour... charges way less than the Apple Store too!

When I first went in to get my iMac looked at, I was charged an initial diagnostic fee and was told that once a diagnosis was made, no further work would be done without my permission, and that I would not be charged unless I agreed to have the service done. When I returned the next week the service had already been done without my permission and I was charged $180.
