The drivers and reception are very professional and on time. I truly appreciate their worth ethics (arriving late in the day) to ensure packages arrive safely. I love how they call you in case you aren’t home if it is items that needs attention right away. Soo good!! I don’t know how they have such low rating... I really enjoy their exceptional service :)

Caught a person wearing an SCM delivery uniform on video surveillance peering in my windows.I have posted no trespassing signs in the front windows, this person went far beyond my front porch where the mailman and Amazon delivery people leave my packages and was clearly out bounds and now items are missing presumably stolen by this individual. I am posting a picture of this person and will be notifying scm if this is their employee. This is inexcusable behavior.
