Good service

I asked information via whatsapp so the person told me some. I went to the place and they gave me other. I try to contact them via whatsapp again and Im still waiting for an answer. Not sure how trustworthy could be the service. So guys, customer service is an area of opportunity to work on.

This is by far one of the best pupusas I have add. Ive been going here for a while since age 4 I am 26 now. You cant go wrong with authentic Salvadorean food. Although they are huge not necessarily like the size of the ones you would buy in El Salvador. Las empamadas de leche también están buenas.

We sent a package about three months ago so far my family hasnt get it. All they give me when I call is excuses after excuses bad service.

I called to find out prices. I was answered by a man who did not even address the name of the company. He gave me the information almost how a bit annoying. When I asked him for his name, he asked me why I wanted to know his name. I dont understand how difficult it is to provide the name. The prices are not that bad but the professionalism is missing a lot. Id rather go with another company that has better customer service even if I pay a little more.

They called to ask for information and prices but when they arrived, the price increased from one day to the next !! The excuse was that for the pandemic! As the pandemic did not exist a day before. This was January 2021. They have very bad service and they dont answer messages. For Guatemala parcel Only x BOX (example 12x12 = $ 100 it does not matter the weight in PATTERN SHIPPING x the same MAPLE street. Do not be scammed by this business.
