This place is amazing and I cant recommend it enough. They will go the extra mile to really try and fix/recover your item. I spilled wine on my macbook air. Apple referred us to the closest apple certified location (Not LA Computer World). That place told us a repair would cost close to 1000, plus they charged us a $79 diagnostic fee. They also claimed my data was toast and no way to recover. We then sent our laptop to LA Computer World. They got back to us that it was just a motherboard issue and they were able to fix it for us for 1/3 of the price! All our data recovered and laptop working as if it never went dead!! (I get my login screen with our accounts!!) If only we had gone to them initially!! I really feel like LA Company World goes that extra mile of having honesty, integrity and doing whats right for the customer. They make sure they do the best for their clients, even if its the more difficult route for them.
