I emailed them to find out the price of cleaning a laptop and adding thermal paste and they responded a day or so after. I had a few more questions so i emailed them again and I still have not received a response. So i called them and went to voice mail which is fine I thought they may be busy so I left my name and number hoping they would contact me. Till this day I have gotten zero response from them. I called them for the past week trying to give some hope that they would answer but still nothing. I went to the actual place to see if anyone was there but no one was there. A kind old lady there told me to come back around 3 to see if they come back. I went there at 3 and still no one. Horrible communication with customers. I am willing to give them another chance if they respond to me till then I say go somewhere else where people actually put in the effort to try to reach out to the customers.

Went in to find out some information about how extensive an issue with my computer was when my schools computer repair program as well as other stores were telling me it would take 2-3 weeks to get an evaluation and have any issue fixed. Victor only took about half an hour to take a look, explain the problem, and fix it. Very very good service and he refused payment, and also encouraged that I give him a call if I ever have future questions or concerns about my laptop. Would very highly recommend.

Highly skilled individuals, reasonable price and fast turn around time to have my laptop repaired, I shopped around for LCD screen replacement but most places locally around the downtown L.A and USC area were over $200.00, I saved about half with F5 Computers, I worked with a technician named Victor, he was great and informative and really seemed to know what he was talking about and that made me feel at ease. Ive recommended 2 other persons and they were just as pleased as I was. Hope to have these techs around for a while.

Despite my initial concern that I had stumbled upon a tech-savvy drug front, F5 turned out to be a great experience. Victor was polite and friendly, and assessed and fixed my problem incredibly fast. When it turned out to be a simple fix, he didnt even charge me for the repair. If I ever have problems with my laptop again, I know where Ill go.

Such a good decision to go to F5!I was very apprehensive when I arrived at the house - it looked derelict!!HOWEVER, Jon met me, and spent a some time looking at my sons laptop trying to diagnose why it wouldnt switch on.In the end I left it with him to open up and clean and look at. A few hours later, I returned and he had found the fault and fixed it!He charged half the amount USC bookshops would charge just to diagnose the problem! (Because it wasnt an Apple) And it would have been sent away and taken a week.Hint -USC students, Do use them,but if you walk rather than using Uber, definitely walk all the way down S Figueroa st to W Vernon Ave at the Ross shopping centre before crossing under the underpass. Its a better walk than crossing higher up and walking down S Broadway.
