I brought in AllSafe IT for an audit. They did an excellent job identifying re-mediating weaknesses in a network with over 150 stations. They effectively rewired our building creating two networks enabling some stations to operate on both. So impressed by their honesty and transparency! As a small home-based business owner, I was at my wits end spending hours after hours trying to figure out how to fix the kinks with my IP issues impacting my email (not my expertise by any means). Exhausted, I called AllSafeIT (around 7pm mind you) not knowing what to expect except for that of a big bill at the end of all of this. Within 10 minutes, I got a call back and given realistic and simple solutions of how to fix the issues that I was facing. Maybe my email/IP issues werent too complex in their world, but I cant tell you how much I appreciated that they took the time to hear me out and walk me through the steps to fix it on my end. I wasnt looking for free advice by any means but was so impressed that they were just so honest and transparent - its hard to come by in business. After a few days following their advice, I checked in with them to see if there was anything else that I needed to hire them for and yet again, calmed my nerves and doubts. Maybe it was just a few minutes of their time but the sharing of their knowledge will not be forgotten. If I do have any serious IT issues in the future, I know who I will be calling!

Definitely rare to find such talented technical support for our business, we have hired others prior to barebones networking and it was just waste of time and money. We highly recommend these folks as they have the technical skills we needed to scale our business... thank you.
