I decided on DCG because of their track record and professionalism. I have since referred DCG to two or three other companies who have also have had a very positive experience. Recently, I was in a serious bind. My computer wouldnt let me progress on a document I was working on as a window kept popping up prompting me to perform an update. I asked around, and several people I know suggested calling DCG Technical Solutions. Now, Im not the most computer-literate person on the planet, and often I find it difficult to communicate with others in the IT world. DCGs customer service representatives completely understood my predicament and didnt hesitate to send out a field technician to take a look at my problem. When he arrived, he explained everything to me in a manner I could understand and proceeded to show me what the problem was and how we could remedy it - to top it off, it only took two hours!!! There are several IT support companies in Los Angeles, but DCG sets the bar high among the competition. This was my first time using an IT support company and needless to say, my expectations have been raised of the type of customer service and knowledgeable staff that I look for in a company. When I called them it took 3 hours for them to get here although its a 15 minute drive . The technician who came didnt seem to know what he was saying or doing and ended up having to call someone else to fix the problem
