Had a really good first experience with them. They totally gave new life to a jacket that was stained and ripped. Its like brand new! They were on time and nice and professional. The shop itself feels really clean and well-organized. I can tell that these people know cleaning inside out backwards and forwards. I get the sense that they can clean anything! I will be back! Do you not do any business with these people highway robbery took three cotton dresses wanted to charge me $85!!! Got them down to 60 the worst not honest people!!! Last time I took five cotton dresses they charged me $30 absolutely disgusting human beings .

Horrible service. They took weeks to dry clean for a shirt they told me will take 3 days and made me go down there 5 times just to tell me they cant find it. No one in the establishment had any idea what was going on. In the span of those 5 times I was approached but NO manager or owner or anyone taking charge. Charged me 3x what anywhere else would (thought the service would be better for my upper scale clothes).Atrocious! I even took up on their recommendation for extra care for my clothing because of their name and experience, yet finally when I did get my clothes back it was much after I needed to wear them.I will not return to this establishment and will deter my friends and family to do so as well.The worst part is that every time Id come down and they couldnt find it, theyd call me an hour later to tell me its ready for pick up the next day. Guess what happened when I went back the next day!?

Its a real relief to take my valuable black tie clothes tonSterling Cleaners and know they will be treated gently and with expertise. A top needed attention and they talked to me about it. Phils knowledge about silk was very impressive as well as reassuring. Sterling Cleaners are experts. They are a pleasure to work with.

Regularly been going to this cleaner for about a year now. Have never had any issues. People are friendly, they get you in and out quickly, and always do a great job with cleaning and pressing. Usually get shirts done, price is pretty good. Have gotten pants done a couple of times, a little bit pricier but so far the value has been worth it. Never had any alterations or repairs done, but plan to have some done in the near future and will update. They will also clean shoes / sneakers / Ugg slippers!

Clothes came back looking brand new! Done in a timely manner as well.

Took my Wedding Dress and a few of my husbands dress clothes with some drink and major dirt stains. All of them came out great and we received a couple promo codes which made it reasonable.

Worst consumer experience of my life, bar none. I asked for upfront price quotes and then returned to find theyd overcharged me by over 100%. When I asked for correction, they repeatedly gave me the run-around, then laughed at me and hung up when I called.As another reviewer correctly noted, they have a running streak of complaints with BBB, Google, Yelp, and have been sued many times. I do not personally believe any of the positive reviews on here are authentic; that these folks are still in business represents a failure of something -- capitalism, the law or just public information.Do not, under any circumstances, do business with these people.

I had a suit, a wedding dress and an expensive hat cleaned... well the hat came out from dry cleaners missing a part, which I mentioned as soon as I saw it, and the dress was delayed by several days when I came to pick it up. I said: no worries! Ill come back in a few days, but pointed out that the hat was missing a ribbon which was the main part. The employee swore to me they were going to find it, so I left my items with them. Came back a few days later - still no ribbon. I was a little worried at that time but was told by an employee that they were going to get a manager involved and figure it out - or fix it. I was going to leave my items there but he convinced me to take them with me. He swore about their customer service.And I am an idiot. I paid for all of my items and picked them up. And gave them another item to clean. Well... today I came again (no call from the manager at this point) and asked about the ribbon. Guess what? No notes in the system about this at all!!! The other guy whose name is PJ Nazari pretended out notes in the computer.Poor girl who was working the front desk today (and who unfortunately had to deal with me blowing up) said the same thing: Im going to have a manger call you tomorrow. Needless to say, I told her I didnt believe her. I did not pick up my item. I will attempt to call every day. But I have a feeling this business is a a scam. Like other reviewers said: they buy their yelp reviews.

Promised next day, but order was not ready. Had to come back 2 more times. Second pickup didnt have all the items. They are also expensive. Fell way short of master cleaner promises. Unfortunately I would not go back.

This place is HORRIBLE! Took a shirt in, they said they would have it same day, as it was important and needed to be worn the next day. The owner called me and said that because the electricity went out, I couldnt have it for 3 days. I said, Well, I need it dirty then, and thats no excuse... the electricity was out for an hour. FINALLY after prodding, he said, Actually we just forgot to give it to the laundry service. I ended up getting the shirt same day because they went to get it, but then when we went to pick it up, they said their system was down so we couldnt have it. My husband said, YOU WILL GIVE ME MY SHIRT and I couldnt care less what your issues are... you cant hold my shirt hostage. Not to mention they are triple the cost of any other cleaner Ive been to.

They did not explain the prices and overcharged me significantly. Always ask them the exact charge and make sure to get a written quote from them at the time that you are giving them your apparel if you have no other option but using them. They used a dirty technic to overcharge me and it seems they are counting on extra dollars coming from their hidden technics . Will never put step in their shop again .

Unfortunately I cant give negative stars. I sent a $900 shirt entrusted to them with specific instructions of leather detail around the edges; which other cleaners have been able to do on other shirts. The leather was completely ripped up, torn and destroyed. Over the course of several months they refused to pay me back, but they did say they were going to try and fix it. After five months they said they would pay me back. The owner, Ive been speaking to, now will not return phone calls, has the shirt, and refuses to send any money. If you have anything of value, do not send it here***** So unfortunate & disappointing.After I filed in small claims, the owner called to resolve in exchange for me taking down my reviews. To no avail, he has since disappeared yet AGAIN.

I started coming to Sterling a little over five years and I can trutly say that as they say they are a master cleaners. Every time I bring them some sort of disaster they dont fail to impress me. After I got married last summer I brought my wifes wedding dress which I had thought had been completely destroyed by wine that my father had accidentally dropped over it. Which has a valued of over 10,000 dollars. I brought it to them and they had mentioned they could have had some complications and risks but, sure enough as they had promisedt hey were absolutely careful and returned the dress back to me with no sign of wine or dirt. And they also preserved the dress so my wife is able to keep the dress and if hopefully one day our daughter can wear it. I can really say Sterling Cleaners stands behind they work. Thanks guys.

Incompetent and irresponsible. They ruined an expensive dress (I wore it just once,) and the owner David denied responsibility and refused to refund the damages. So run from this ghetto cleaner if you want your clothes to remain intact - i.e., w/o holes, or dyes running.Unbelievable that they call themselves a high end dry cleaner. Never coming back.

Do yourself a favor and never try this place. I left three pants in this store because other places were closed on easter. They charged me almost 17$ for each with a mediocre service. When I asked for their price list, they showed me a list with many asterisks. When I asked what those asterisks are they said this is our price variations depending on the fabric. So they charge you whatever they want. I had three banana republic cheap pants btw.Look at all these negative reviews and never try this place.

Sterling cleaners rocks!!! I needed shirts and some jeans clean for the weekend. They had it all ready to go.

Solid dry cleaners. A little high on the prices, but worth it for your more expensive clothing.
