I have enjoyed working with Kristine and her team over the past three years on samples and designs. If you are looking for a professional pattern and design service I could not recommend Patterns World Inc more.

Okay I rarely write reviews, but this one was necessary! I have worked with a few patternmakers now and Kristine and her team have been absolutely top tier. The work that she has done for me has been done quickly, professionally, and with the upmost expertise and care. Patternworld is an ASSET for anyone looking for any help with concept and design.

Worst service ever. I honestly don’t understand how they’re still in business. Very unprofessional, very rude, and point blank they just don’t want money.

Fantastic service, very fast and reliable! Needed a custom banner piece editing for an exhibition which no other companies could do and Patterns World did it on the same day! Thanks, definitely recommend ! :)

I first went to patterns world because of the high ratings. After dealing with this company Im in disbelief on how this company has has so many 5 stars. When I first met with them they seemed very professional, they sat down with me and took notes. I was very specific about my pattern and showed them the sample, and told them specially what part of the pattern they were not to modify in any way. A few days later I go down to pick up the pattern and they modified the part of the pattern I told them not to modify, I specially told them only modify the bottom portion but they modified the top and bottom portion instead! I kept my composure and told them my sample is non functional with the modification and it needed to be fixed. I expressed to them it was not my fault and want the sample modified correctly with the top part not modified as I specially instructed them originally. They told me the modification to the sample would cost me an additional $50 to basically fix there mistake! I told them I dont feel comfortable having to pay an additional $50 to fix something that was not my fault. I asked them if they could meet me in the middle or give me some kind of break on the price, she said $40 I said fine. I asked her how long it would take to fix the sample she told me 1 day and it would not be an issue, she said it would be allot faster then it took to make the original pattern and sample. The next day I go downtown to meet with them and they assured me dont worry we will have this sample fixed and ready tomorrow! I had 2 people tell me tomorrow 1 person on the phone and another in person. When I get home I get a Recap email and it said basically sorry we are swamped right now and cant fix your sample until mid next week!!! So basically they lied to me and wanted me to wait another week I assume this is some kind of shady punishment for getting a $10 discount on the repair job they messed up!I emailed them back telling them I desperately need the fixed sample ready this week like you promised because I will be way behind on production if not. They refused to accommodate me with the modified sample and told me I had to wait. I told them I will take my business elsewhere because of them being shady about the time. I mean how do you go from its not in issue at all to modify the sample we will have it done next day to having me wait over a week? When I came by the next day to pick up my pattern and the messed up sample they basically refused to fix, the girl who gave me my stuff you could tell she was told to lie about why I have to wait a week for them to fix my sample. Something pissed off the owner I have no idea what it is because they would rather lie to me than tell me the real issue!Its amazing how a company who knowingly promised a customer next day service on the sample refuse to accommodate them and rather have them leave and go somewhere else unhappy! I also could not trust this company with my production because if they are being shady about fixing a 1 piece sample how would they treat me making 100 piece production? By the way Patterns World made my pattern on paper just as thin as tissue paper so maybe thats why it tore so easily!

Contacted company in a panic with a project that had a very short turn-around time. Owner Christine made time for my project and completed it beautifully. Happy to report the completed project was delivered to rave reviews. Thanks for making this happen. - Polly

Love Patterns World Inc. As far as I am concerned they are the best in the industry. Pattern wise they are on target. Usually they get the fit right on the first try. As for the samples they made for me, I am in love with them. They are really well made. Would definitely recommend them.

This place is truly the best shop Ive ever gone to for costume making! Ive had several complicated costumes made from sophisticated cut and sew into the body of costume (not top snitched) to capes, cowls and accessories. They do amazing work and pay close attention to detail. I am extremely particular on the small stuff, but theyve got me beat with suggestions and pointing out things I might have otherwise missed.But nothing beats their attitude! It is positive and uplifting, the kindest most constructive criticism to ensure your projects come out top notch! Ive been to other places where the attitude is so nasty, you wish you never walked in the door. But the Patterns World experience is warm, professional and nurturing. I strongly recommend this shop for anyone who wants to bring an original idea to fruition and challenge their imagination!!

Patterns World is a great place for line development and production. They develop garments to the highest quality. All the staff is very knowledgable in all areas of the industry and I love that they are able to help with sourcing fabrics, trims, and any other service you may need. They are located in the Cooper building, a very nice building and good location but the parking is horrible. Try to find parking on one of the parking structures that will cost you $5- $10 for the whole day.

Kristine and the very talented staff at Patterns World blew me away when they beyond executed my vision by creating the most beautiful sample garment. To find someone like Kristine who is truly genuine, smart (she brought up tips that would help in the long run that I overlooked!) and caring about bringing your creative vision to life is really special. If youre looking for top quality construction, expert advice and an incredible person to work with this is the place to go. Patterns World is not the first place I went to unfortunately. Save yourself the time, money and grief and do it right the first time, you wont regret it. This place is a diamond in the rough. I look forward to working with them indefinitely on all future projects.

Great experience with production. You pretty much knock out the need of a production manager if you go with them. They will take care of it all. Plus their minimum is 50 units which is great for those needing small runs.

Great place to watch your design come to life. They offer all services from patterns to production. Staff is knowledgeable in All aspects of this area so you know your in good hands. I would definitely recommend Patterns World to anyone who is looking for quality and professionalism.

They are very professional and have been in the industry for years and have great customer service. Their priority is quality!Ive been going to them for all my patterns, their services range from fittings to first pattern to execution of a production pattern. Never had any complications or issues with time management and/or quality control. I would definitely recommend them!

My experience with Patterns World was excellent, both in terms of speed of service and quality/price ratio. I ordered both a full overcoat as well as a minor alteration to a vintage coat that was completed rapidly and in a superb manner.

Definitely recommend! Always a great experience. Kristin and her staff are always very helpful, knowledgable, organized, and on schedule.
