Perfect Cleaners has lost clothes of mine. I have to continually call. They are not proactive, if I don’t follow up on my lost clothes, I don’t hear from them. At the moment, 3 very good garments of mine are missing. And getting to the owner is nearly impossible.

Perfect was recommended and I tried them out for some minor repairs and serious cleaning of a much-loved suit. I’ve had very bad experience with other local cleaners and suits - but was delighted by the work Perfect did. I recommend them highly.

Some items I took here for fluff came back looking more torn than worn. I brought in a couple new items for washing and drying and honestly, they came back looking like id worn them for years or thrifted them. A couple of my thinner tops came back with small holes in them. My white skirt, and two of my white blouses were washed with reds and came back pink, which the employees tried to hide from me. They then tried to treat these items to return them to their original color, which ultimately incredibly stressed the material. One of the white blouses had blue and pink flowers on it, but after the second treatment the color had been completely taken out of the shirt, leaving the flowers grey and brown, which again, I had to point out to the employees who thought I wouldnt notice. They then still had the audacity to ask me to pay for the service. I was told that Id receive a call from the manager as soon as possible to discuss this issue and compensation. However, it has been almost a week and I have not received a call. I called perfect cleaners asking for the manager and was turned away again. Once I finally reached someone with executive power, I was told that I had put the stains into the clothes myself before bringing the items here, which was an incredibly manipulative lie. I would never take any clothes here again and would not recommend perfect cleaners to anyone.

Had a few things repaired from the tailor. They were ruined after that. The manager wasn’t helpful and Supportive and I lost a lot of money on designer clothing because of it. Don’t use the tailor!!!

I love that PDC is so clean on the inside and it’s just an all around nice big space. The moment I walked in I knew I would be reviving good service. The attendants are super nice and helpful. I had an odd request about replacing an old jacket buckle and the accommodated me. I got two things dry cleaned and they came back smelling great. I was also told that they have a free pickup and delivery service for the clothing, which is just unheard of. I highly recommend this place for anything you may need that’s clothing related because they do everything and they are very professional.

I have been a client of Perfect Cleaners for over 18 years and have consistently had the best service; friendly staff, incredibly accommodating, personal attention. My clothes always come out impeccable and I love that they pick up and deliver my clothes twice per week. I previously went to other cleaners and never was that satisfied. Great service! Im staying at a hotel and didnt want to spend a fortune on cleaning my laundry so I found Rinse. Great service! They picked my laundry up and delivered it at the front desk because I was not there. Everything worked smoothless and the communication was just great!

Perfect Cleaners does a good job, but it takes too long to get your clothes back! Before it was 2-3 days now it’s 3-4 day turn around and that’s just too long. Most Dry Cleaners have a 2 day turn around and some even next day....

Thet do a nice job but a bit pricey. I would like faster time from when I drop off and pick up

This place does a great job. I often dont even know I have a moth hole or a snag until they point it out... sometimes theyll call to tell you something is damaged and how do you want to proceed? They have plenty of employees and you never have to wait to be served. This is a high quality dry cleaner and as such, it can be a little more expensive than most. But its worth it to me. My clothes always smell and look clean.

Pretty great experience. I went on a Sunday (when many dry cleaners arent open). They answered all my questions, and they offer everything Im looking for:- dry cleaning is done with sand and silicone only- free pick up and dropoff in my neighborhood- prices are fair- they even gave me a green bag to save plastic. I use it as a sack for my outbound stuff and it comes back as a protective cover on the fresh clean stuff.In addition, their delivery guy was great and I can just text him when I have stuff thats ready for cleaning. I never have to go to the cleaners again. This is fantastic!

They are the best cleaners. Worth the extra price however you can get coupons online which cuts the price 20%. They are also very helpful and my cleaning comes out fabulous every time.

They are so so lovely, and are incredible at tailoring.

Msn this place will ruin your stuff. There machines left all kinds of black marks on my clothes and fabrics. Avoid if you have exspensive fabrics.

This place is very modern, with computers, an app, email reminders, but no phone call to remind you of your dry cleaned items. They are costly for formal gowns and silks so take it to a smaller place for spot cleaning.
