Affordable hand wash, always thorough both on the interior and exterior. I was considering getting one of the more expensive washes and an employee told me he didn’t think I needed it and suggested I get a lower package. He was right the clean was great. Dedicated customer because of their honesty and great work.

They do a GREAT job! Prices are fair. Be prepared to wait at least 45 min. Every car is washed and dried by hand. So much better than a drive through.

For several years we have make it a point to stop by and get our car washed on our way through Eagle Rock. $35. Gets you a very nice job, they will touch up any thing they missed with the final inspection with out discussion.... Just point with a smile....

The guy shoooed me away because I wasnt wearing a mask. He treated me like a diseased leper. I will not be washing there ever again.

A great place for a hand car wash. Been here twice. The owner/manager is out working every day with his staff. They do a really nice job and the prices are great. I had one issue where bugs werent removed off the bumper as well as Id like them to be and it was immediately taken care of.

Absolutely excellent group here. The wash is great, the pricing is fair and logical and the quality is very good.The wait can be a little long on the weekends but its worth it.. they also dont charge a luxury vehicle surcharge like other hand wash places do sometimes.They also know exactly how to wash and handle Teslas and other EVs which is always good.

I purchased the $50 car wash package which, for the price, I expected to be very good.Although they obviously shined the interior leather well and cleaned the wheels. There were water marks all over the car on the outside. They did not wipe down any of the plastic or give any attention to detail. It did not seem like it was worth $50

Love this place. Prices are good and the guys who work there take time to make sure the car wash and wipe down is good. On a busy Sat or Sun the wait is about 40 minutes but well worth it.

Only been here once. It is an all hands car wash, so no machines slapping your car. It wasnt a busy day so it took as long as one would expect for a car wash of this type. Price was reasonable. Hopefully, their service is consistent so that I can stick with this place.

Mostly its a waste of water to thoroughly wash your car, but these guys do it well.

Worst ever. Broke part and glued back as nothing happened. Denied and lied, ending asking not to come again. OF COURSE NOT. My advice, avoid crooked car wash....

Quick, easy, very accommodating

I loved this place with their previous owners, and the guy thats there now is Kool. cant say I know him as well as the last owners. but I went there for a #4 and asked for them to check my tire pressure, and they said they dont do that anymore. probably because the previous owners used to do it for you, now this guy gives the customers the device to do it them selves. and now hes complaining that the customers take them lol. Think I might have to find a place that does it, not gonna pay $55 for my wash and they cant even do their own tire pressures on request.

Bought 70.00 hand wax for Silverado truck. They were quick and friendly. But the wash/ wax was not done correctly. Hurried job, many spots missed, residue, and forgot to wash windows. Left worst streaks than before wash. I will not return.

Avoid like the plague. I had a rental car that was so extremely dirty I was afraid to return without a once over. The cost of a small SUV was extra and totaled $25.00 dollars. I did not see the this documented. Then after signing the credit card slip I notice I have been charged $25.45.But it was boiling hot in Los Angeles, so for 0.45 cents I let it go.When the car was finished the seat would not move back forward -- it was stuck in the Shaquille ONeal position. The owner looked at it for a maybe a minute, then ran away -- leaving me blocking the line of cars that were now finished and ready to leave.Finally I left.I can kind of reach the pedals enough to return the car. And this is the goal.

I paid extra for wax and they didn’t do it. Paid for my tire to be polish and nothing. They advertise to close at 5:30 but if you show up 45 minutes before they tell you that they are close. It happened 3 times to me
