Every time I find myself in need of a new car, Steve Rodgers is always there to help. Especially this past weekend when I needed to find a car that not only could support me and my work, but also my family to come. OK- first things first. I was blown away by my salesmen at this Aston dealership. I am an older man with money that can afford the finer things in life hence the Aston Martin... I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but I dont think any salesmen has ever treated me with such respect and knowledge than Haig Melkonyan. He knew exactly how to handle a client like me. His knowledge- demeanor and no nonsense attitude has made me write this review. If any of you out there are looking to buy a high-end Aston you definitely need to visit this dealership. I want to share the most wonderful buy a car experience I have ever had. I recently went to Galpin Volvoto look at the new XC 90s and was matched with a salesman named Hernando Thola. Dreading the car dealership experience to say the least I was apprehensive. A couple moments in I knew I was about to experience an entirely different new car experience. Hernando was delightful, sweet, knowledgeable and incredibly professional without being pushy on any level. This young salesman was completely informed about Volvos and understood exactly what I needed in a car. He was able to zero in painlessly to find methe precise car I was after within minutes. Galpin allowed me to drive the car home to make sure it would fit in my garage. I returned the car and again was greeted by Hernando my salesperson and Jeremy the manager to a relaxed unpressured welcome. I was convinced the car was too expensive for me but they assured me they would and could meet my desired payment. With ridiculous ease they came to me withan incredible deal. I bought the car... I am thrilled with the car but even more so with the experience of buying the car. I have sinced called Hernando several times with questions about the car. He has taken or returned all my calls with the same sweetness and sincerity I experienced prior to buying the car. Galpin and Jeremy have kept all their promises after I purchased my new Volvo in providing me a couple of options that were not available at the time of purchase.
