I used to like this barbershop but now there’s only one lady there before it used to be two and both of them are always looking at the tv while cutting your hair I went today and let me tell you this was the worst cut she ever did

I use to go to this barber shop, but stop because the customer service it has . This one lady name Blanca use to cut my hair.She knew how to cut that wasnt the problem but the problem was she had bad customer service . She ran late most of the time, drank on the job and talk to much that she wasted to much time . I use to set up appointments and was there 15 min earlier at times she would get there 40 mins late . If you say you are going to open at a certain time then it must be done . With a busy schedule that I have I just want to get a cut and go . At the end of the day she would forget her appointments as well meaning she would have 4 people to cut you where the last one but I thought thats what appointments where for so when you get there a certain time you had a the right to get a cut and go . that was the last straw for me . The cuts are not bad, but setting a appointments and for her to be there on time was just absolutely horrible . She was not professional .
