They advocated for my best interests when arguing with my insurance company over the estimate. The Eli’s team was consistently prompt in getting back to insurance, and the delays were all the fault of the insurance company. Weeks later, more hidden damage was found, and my insurance company decided to change their minds and total the car. Even then, the Eli’s team was incredibly kind and professional. They made the process of saying goodbye to my car a lot easier than it could have been. Overall, I had a great experience with Eli’s and I recommend them for any collision repair.

If you’ve just gotten into an accident do not bring your car here. I’m fully insured and this has been my experience with Eli’sI was in a fender bender, which after a diagnostic, resulted in my car needing some suspension repair. Eli’s has now had to send my car back to the dealership TWICE for approval because they “overlooked” some damages. This makes me question the quality of the work this shop is doing.The repair has now been going on for 6+ weeks with no end in sight. I’ve had to chase people in the office for updates and they have over promised and under delivered every step of the way.

I was recommended to Eli’s by Beverly Hills Porsche and throughout the entire experience the best decision i made was letting them take care of my car. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and spoke with me and kept me updated the whole time. Rosie is the best and essentially held my hand through the entire thing. My insurance made things even more difficult and they went out of their way to deal with them and make sure everything stayed on course. It’s really because of them that i even have my car back. I can’t express how grateful i am to them and how amazing my car looks. I would recommend them 10/10 times to anyone who’s looking for a collision center

I had my car here for polishing to remove etching.I discussed the problem with them in detail, showed a 4k video of everything, and they explained to me how they would repair it. It all sounded right.Apparently though they just waxed it and applied something to conceal the problem. It came out looking great and I checked it closely under the right lighting, but after one car wash it was all gone and all of the etching clearly visible again.Dont waste your money. By the way this was a $1000 service.

This Collision Repair Center helped me in building a Repair Estimate to share with my Insurance Agent to Repair my SL550 ...unfortunately it was deemed a total loss but Elis Collision Center made the experience as fast and painless as possible and worked directly with the Insurance Company for me! I live 180 miles from Eli’s, but I don’t trust anyone else with my cars, so it’s worth the drive for their exceptional quality of work. I recently had an accident and had the car towed over 300 miles just so it could be repaired at Eli’s. The paint match and finish are just about as close to factory paint as humanly possible — I very rarely give reviews, because I can almost always find something to scrutinize, but they exceed my expectations every single time. Great work. Great customer service. Top notch business!

I was advised by Audi of downtown LA to take my vehicle to Eli’s Collision Repair after a small car accident. Luis assessed the situation immediately and gave me an estimate for the damage, i really appreciated Luis’ honesty throughout this process and decided to entrust my business with Eli’s.Rosie and Luis were both very helpful throughout the entire process and kept me as up to date as possible. Since I was driving a rental car during this time period, they told me they would work as fast as possible to keep the rental overhead costs as low as possible and not only did they have my car ready when they said it would be, they were even able to lower my original estimate. Given the abundance of dishonest body shop mechanics in Los Angeles, I am really glad to have found a body shop I can trust.

Had my car towed there as it was the closest authorized location the tow service under my warranty was able to take my car to. I gave them a very last minute heads up call and they professionally helped to document the incoming delivery and prepare paperwork quickly.Got a follow up call giving me updates when the vehicle arrived and what would happen next.Unfortunately, I ended up having it towed again to a place closer to me but I was impressed with how smooth, efficient and quick they were. They made it easy for the next tow service to grab the car after hours as well.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of work done with my car. They took their time and did an excellent job. The parts were replaced not repaired and they performed diagnostics and provided updates every step of the way so you were always aware of what was happening with your car.When my car was returned to me it looked BETTER than it did when I purchased the car. The body work was phenomenal and they detailed the inside of my car as well. I would highly recommend Eli’s. It is pretty pricey but you definitely get what you pay for and more. Car repair took weeks longer than quoted and was ultimately not on premise when scheduled even after the delay. No idea about the quality of the repair but will update review after driving it for a while.

Hillel was very helpful and friendly but most important he was very honest with us from the beginning. He is knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the insurance claim process and really works to help you not the other way around. The body shop was fast and hands on and always keeps you in the loop of everything they are doing, the staff is very friendly also. Highly recommend his Business.

My car came in for auto accident and I have used Eli’s Collison Repair before thou referral from downtown Los Angeles Toyota a few years ago and were happy then and now I gotten in another auto accident with another car. They repaired my car and it looked nothing ever happened to it. The only thing I wish they had gave me a better ETA so I am prepared to come back efficient time to pick them up and return the rental. Other then that they get the job done correct and part that is Genuine to the brand of the car.I am happy.

Came in to Eli’s with a tough situation with my car due to prior maintenance and insurance. Instead of turning me away like most dealers collision centers and repair shops they listened to my issue and helped me out . They were straight forward with me letting me know what I would have to pay in the worse case scenarios, they didn’t lead my blindly into a bad situation I was told that the situation was going to be complicated but that they were going to do their best to get it solved . Eli’s replaced the trunk and taillight of my car after an embarrassing incident involving me backing out of my garage, and when I couldn’t pick the car up due to a COVID-related quarantine situation, they delivered the car to my home free of charge! I was very impressed with the customer service.

I would NOT recommend this business. While they do a good job fixing damages they VASTLY overcharge. I had small paint damage to my drivers side door and they gave me an estimate of $2,300.I thought this was too high so I went to 3 different auto body shops in the same area and was quoted between $1,000 and $1,300 at all 3. Eli’s will rip you off. Only go here after getting estimates at other local shops.Shame on Eli’s for vastly overcharging. Again, only come to this business as a last resort.

I firmly believe you can’t judge a business (or person) on the mistakes they make but rather on how they handle mistakes that arise.I brought my car in to have minor front end damage repaired. When I picked it up in the evening all seemed good. The next morning I went to load my 4-year-old into the car for school and see that my car seat has been uninstalled so they could clean the car. Super great that they delivered a clean car, awful that my car seat is laying on its side. Those things are a beast to get in and quite honestly, I don’t trust myself to do it properly.I hastily call my husband back from work so he can bring our daughter to school in his car and head back to Eli’s. Understandably, they do not do car seat installations for liability reasons, however i needed it done. I had paid someone several years ago to have it done properly and the police station only does it on Wednesdays with a scheduled appointment made weeks in advance. What to do?After some discussion (not arguments) Eli’s kept the car for a few hours and found a professional car seat tech to come take care of it. I picked it back up and they provided a receipt from the technician showing that it was done by a professional.Hopefully they’ll know in the future to only remove a car seat if it’s related to the repairs. In the meantime, I’m very happy with the way they handled the situation.

It a short review I like how they handle my repair. They moved my vehicle with a flatbed truck. They kept me posted on repairs. Gave me detailed info on the repairs done. And follow oem standards. Although my repair was minor it was so well done. Color match and all.

Elis collision is not your average body shop. I recently got into a fender bender with my Toyota Tacoma. From the start, everyone working at the shop was extremely friendly and speedy with getting my estimate. Next, they updated me through every step! The costsof the repairs were a bit high in my opinion, but who can actually say...?My car is a Porsche and therefore can be expensive to repair.But I have to say that the Owner (Evelyn) is absolutely fantastic.I was dealing with a very difficult Claims Adjuster from National General Insurance Company, whom failed to communicate the status of their approval process. Evelyn stepped in and got the matter resolved most expeditiously. Thank you Evelyn!

I had an extremely negative customer service experience with Elis that I will explain. Another driver hit my bumper and their insurance was paying for the damage. The Audi dealership suggested I used Elis because they are an Audi certified dealer. When I dropped off my car I was told it would take about two weeks for the work to be finished.After over a week I didnt hear anything so I called- I was told that a bumper was ordered and that it arrived damaged, so they had to order another one. I called again a few days later and was told that the second bumper arrived damaged as well. I called the dealership to ask what to do and they told me to call and ask for Hillel. I did this several times and was told each time that he was unavailable. Finally someone told me that Hillels office is at the other Elis location! I think its very clear that they were avoiding my calls.After another week I was told that everything was ok and it just had to be sent over to the dealer for the lane assist to be repaired. I was told that I would 100% definitely be able to get the car the next day. I was told this for three days in a row! Every time I had to call them- nobody ever called me to give me an update on what was going on with my car.Finally I was able to pick up the car- two weeks later than I was told I would be able to. I think its very clear that because the other drivers insurance was paying for my repair that I was treated like a second class customer. I had some extremely negative customer service interactions as well. I was never given a straight honest answer about timing and I never believed the story about two separate bumpers arriving damaged (if that is true, what a huge problem!)The repair was fine but this place has a super dishonest sneaky vibe to it. You can see on Yelp that they do respond to negative reviews- good luck getting that kind of attention from someone empowered to make things happen when there is a delay on your repair work!

I would highly recommend Elis for all necessary bodywork. The quality of the repairs was excellent and the service by Theresa was outstanding. I have a very low mileage 8 year old 911 that was beautifully repaired. They were great in every respect.

I took my Toyota Camry in and I am glad to have made Elis my choice of body repair. Initially they said it would take 3-4 weeks for the repair. Although the entire process took longer than Ive expected which turned out to be about two and a half months time they provided the rentals from that period on until the car was ready and Im very thankful for that and importantly they made sure that the vehicle was all safe to drive. Good thing is that the shop uses OEM parts so you wont be running into issues where things dont fit in correctly with aftermarket parts.They worked on the fender/hood/bumper/inside and paintings on the pearl color. I asked if they could do any adjustments where I wasnt totally happy with where fender meets hood and some paint touch ups and they were more than happy to redo them. They blended the paint well and car is looking great.At the end of the day I am pleased with Elis workmanship overall and recommend to anyone with their excellent service. Five stars.

I was quoted over 600 dollars to fix the sagging door on my truck. I was told I needed brand new hinges, from the dealership, of course. I bought the two hinge pins for 15 dollars total and replaced them myself. The door works perfectly now. Instead of being honest, they tried to gouge me for more money. The workers here have absolutely no intrest in providing quality costumer service. Sabrina, in particular, not only told me false information about my truck but also failed to keep her word. I have never seen a customer service representative so motivated to argue with a customer.

My car took 2 months to be fixed by there team, the work they did was great but the woman who handled my file was a complete nightmare to deal with. Though she was communicative and helpful in the beginning, towards the end it was so hard to get ahold of her and figure out what was going on with my car. The last week of repairs, while she was shouting at me on the phone, she revealed that they thought they had put me in a rental car the entire time my car was in the shop. They had most definitely not. I spent almost $500 in Ubers while my car was in the shop, which they refuse to reimburse me for, even though they thought they were paying for a rental this entire time. The day I picked up my car the front desk staff could not have been ruder, I was hung up on when I called to confirm that it would be ready for pick up that day. I believe the woman having me sign paperwork to release my car was the one handling my file the whole time, but I wouldnt know she didnt even introduce herself. I felt very pressured to sign the paperwork I was handed, she wasnt being fully transparent on what I was signing. But I was so exhausted by the whole experience I just wanted to get my car and go home. Like I said my car is back to normal and looks fine but it was such a headache to get through everything with them. I would find some place else with a nicer staff!

I was helped a few weeks ago by Nathan and Jacob and could not have received better service. I have an Audi A3 and was rear ended on the freeway. They were very accommodating and got me my car back in a timely manner. The repairs were phenomenal and I would highly recommend taking your Audi here if you ever need repairs.

I had a great experience with Elis when my car was recently in an accident. I was referred by my dealership, as they are a manufacturer approved body shop, not one that the insurance company tried to steer me to. In a past experience I went to an insurance shop and the work was not up to my standards, this time I did the right thing. Elis told me from the start that the work would take a little longer due to the fact that they do all the operations needed to restore my vehicle back to its pre loss condition and that they would likely have to fight with the insurance company to make sure they pay for this. I knew then I was in the right place as I wanted quality work on my brand new car. I received my car back about 4 weeks later and it looked amazing! They even cleaned up some additional damage on the rear I had for free, talk about service! I know in the future if I ever need body work it will be back at Elis.

Second time I have crashed my Audi. Both times I have been to Elis. BOTH times there has been excellent customer service and WORLD CLASS repairs. When I got my Audi back it was like literally nothing had happened. If you care about your car, take it to Elis. They dont cut corners when it comes to repairs.

The work you did was excellent- my one complaint was not being kept in the loop about the status of my car. I made many calls and sent emails and never received a response. You need to work on customer relations.

Ive lived in the neighborhood for 5 years and needed help reattaching my front license plate. New holes needed to be drilled in my bumper and a new frame needed to be attached. They helped me without an appointment and were super nice. Also, I was surprised to learn while talking to Eli that hes responsible for installing security and helping to clean up the lease-less commercial building across the street from his shop on Detroit.
