The people that work here are honestly trustworthy, kind, and very helpful. They known and remember your name upon your first visit, so you are not just any customer to them. Raquel Meraz has definitely helped me save a lot of money in future payments of my recently purchased Hyundai sonata. I left the Puente Hills Hyundai dealership with a 18% interest rate and with the help of Raquel we refinanced my car and dropped it down to a 6.9% interest rate. Now my vehicle also went from a 6 year contract to a 3 year contract. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone for insurance, car loans/ car loan questions, and everything they have to offer. Do not get fooled at dealerships when purchasing a new or used car.

Although my agent is nice and has been helpful it is still difficult to get a hold of her or anyone in the office. The phone usually goes to voicemail and seldom have a gotten a call back. I usually have to keep calling until someone answers.

Bernard Gandara has to be the most unreliable and untrustworthy insurance agent I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. We went into his office to speak directly to him and he wasn’t there. We were told to come back at a later time and then received a call from his assistant saying that he would be unable to speak to us because he would be out of town for several weeks. We filed a complaint with State Farm letting them know he wouldn’t speak to us. He then denied having any record that we requested to speak to him, but we have a recorded voicemail from his assistant Hilda saying that she relayed the request from us to speak with him and that he was not going to respond. We pay hundreds of dollars to this company every month and have multiple policies and Bernard does not have the decency nor the professionalism to even give us a call back. His office staff isn’t much better. They talk to you with an incredibly condescending tone. Save your time and energy and sanity and seek insurance with another agent or company. This guy isn’t worth it!

Ugh! This guy is the worst! He’s never in his office! You can never get ahold of him. He has Hilda, his assistant, do everything for him and she’s clueless!

Bernards office is like the united nations of Latin America. Since you enter, you feel welcomed and respected, with many of our flags on the wall. Both Bernard and his team are great professionals who care about people. They have an enormous knowledge to protect you and the whole family and guide you in life. I highly recommend them.
