Some recent thoughtful advice has lead me to write this review. The COVID quarantine starting in March of 2020 led me to FOUR straight months of not working. When I was late paying on one of my State Farm policies, I was warmly greeted with a phone call and pleasant reminder. Ending this with another caveat . . . it was Terza West that once advised me to acquire an earthquake policy that saved my A*S when only 6 months later a temblor left my home a wreck!
