I really cannot say enough about Christy Lee. I found her through the Covered California portal about 5 months ago, and she has helped me through every step of the way in getting my daughters insurance. This was all very foreign to me, and Christy took her time to answer any question. She is always very patient and kind every time I speak to her. She is very quick to get back to me any time I send her an email or call her. She really goes above and beyond to give the best customer service ever. She is often in the office past 7:00pm returning calls. She deserves way more than 5 stars!

She was the person to go to when I had a few accidents in the past. She was professional in taking care of my business. She followed through and got in touch with me to see if all of my needs were met. She also recommended changes in policy from time to time to meet my insurance needs. My husband and I were referred to Christy by a friend and we are so happy with her service. Our situation was a little difficult as our Cobra insurance was ending prior to our eligibility for Medicare. We had to obtain coverage for a short time for my husband and longer for myself.
