They steal money from their customers!Charging over $300 to add vehicles to your policy when other pleases charge $50. Plus the person in charge is extremely rude, she screamed at my mother because my mother was asking questions about the charges. All they do is steal, please do not go to this place.Thieves!!

Their agents will gladly assist you find the policy that meets your needs at the best possible price. Big downside are their brokerage fees; I was being charged over $300 to modify my policy which I didnt have to pay by contacting the insurance company directly. What I recommend you do is to ask them for the quote estimate and call that Insurance company yourselves.

I give this place 1 * if even that Manos Auto insurance services robbed me for $400 then send me a check for $11 and 7 cents its Ridiculous, for 1 month$400 for paid off car 2011

On Dec. 29th, 2017 I went in to cancel the insurance I had with Alliance for an older car. Also, I went to get a quote for a newer car that I had just purchased. I have had good experiences with other agents, but not with Lucero. Lucero did not cancel my insurance for the older car so I had to pay for the month of January for a car that was not under my care anymore. Now, there is no way I can get my money back because Erika, the supervisor, I am assuming, said that I have used the insurance for the month of January and there was nothing on file proving that in fact I had cancelled the insurance. I do remember signing a document, but then again Erika said there was nothing on their end. One thing I did mentioned to Erika that if her agents were properly trained they should know the process. Honestly, some fault falls on me because I called at the end of the month to follow up instead of attacking the issue right at the beginning but I trusted Lucero with the cancellation. I had automatic payment set up for the policy so Lucero said that although the money was going to be withdrawn from the account I would get my money back because Alliance needed a 10 day notice prior to cancellation. So I waited like a dumbass, thinking that I would eventually get my money back but I did not. Anyway, if you plan to cancel any policy with these people make sure you get a copy of the cancellation or at least that they do their job right and complete all the documents required for cancellation. Advice: Go to a different insurance broker. I have a busy life like other people and we need things to be done right the first time. We do not need people like these who wash off their hands and are not accountable for their mistakes.

My insurance got messed up since feburary of this year Maria, lucero, and everyone in that office cannot seem to do their job correctly and do not understand customers I have been very patient but this is too much . If I could give it a sero I would but unfortunately there isnt that option.

I lost my car title, I went to help me order another one at DMV,He charged me 238 dlls,When he gave me my receipt I saw that the DMV had only charged 22 dlls,They are exaggerated in the collections,I never come back to this place
