Just moved here recently, its definitely a remarkable place for sure! Dont hesitate if you are about moving here. The management will help you in the best way!
NMS Northridge Apartments has been very welcoming! Maintenance quickly responds and addresses any issue. Couldnt imagine living anywhere else!
The management is really very good. Very quick response is found in case of any requirement and the staffs are amazing!
Wonderful property. Beautiful renovated units. Staff is super friendly and nice and efficient.
They run some of the best apartment buildings in the valley. Professional is how I would describe them.
Beautiful apartment homes with great amenities and an even better staff! If your looking for a comfortable living environment, this is the place to be!
I love my apartment here. Building is managed well and kept clean by their maintenance staff.
This is beyond ridiculous we moved into the property January 2021 never had any issues the new property manager Angelia Taitague is very rude and arrogant I am not sure what happened to the previous office team but this new manager is horrible she does not respect you as a tenant and based on the reviews below she does not respect her employees either as far as hiding behind her desk I believe that because you can never get her on the phone or in person but she is quick to send rude threatening emails to the tenants of the property which is very unprofessional I will also be addressing my concerns with NMS properties corporate office and the team of Neil Shekhter I would advise any other tenants to do the same
As a CSUN student you couldnt chose a better place to live. Great apartments.
Worst leasing center, not at all professional
I live here more the 5 years they clean only the main building, laundry room always one machine is working, never has extra parking for visited, and the bill for sewer and water every time is more expensive.
Giving this place one star due to my move-out process. It was bad enough to make my otherwise good experience here become invalidated and make me never suggest this place to anyone. The apartments are pretty nice. Mine was a bit outdated, but that was because we got one of the cheaper, non-renovated units. Prior to moving in, we were told it was as cheap as it was because it hadnt been renovated, and that if we hadnt gotten it, that it was going to be renovated soon.It wasnt bad. The apartment was overall pretty decent, but not fantastic. Would still argue that the place was overpriced even for our unit since there arent very many amenities for the tenants. A small pool, a gym if you can even call it that, a sauna and a rec room. Pretty standard things, but small and not amazing. You got a private garage which I would argue was probably the biggest thing this place had to offer. We lived here for a year, and unfortunately, if youre not a college student, youll be living near other college students. And as a result, the stench of weed and loud nights are common. My neighbors were always on the balcony smoking, and waiting patiently until 11:30 pm every night, right as I was going to bed for work in the morning, to start playing their music loudly. But this is not uncommon with apartments, and I cant blame the apartment complex for its tenants.Management was also inconsistent. Many of my emails went completely unanswered, and the one question I had at one point was answered in a condescending way which made no sense. There are keypads to allow you in with a key fob, but also has a number pad. Ive seen multiple people dial a code to get in, and when I asked what the code was, I was simply told that is what your fob is for. If you even misplace or forget your fob, good luck getting in because apparently youre not allowed to have the code to get in any other way.My move out was not pleasant at all. We only got about 20% of our security deposit ($120) and that was AFTER fighting with them about how we believed them charging us extra after moving out was unfair. We left the apartment spotless, and spent an entire day cleaning it from top to bottom. We took photos to prove it, in case anything was said. Only thing we did not do was carpet cleaning which we offered to cover if necessary. They charged us $180 for cleaning. They also charged us $500 for painting the entire apartment after moving out, which was a bit outrageous considering at most one wall would need to be repainted because we had a couple of nail holes for artwork on our walls. The manager told us she had discussed this prior to moving in, but it was not. I had no idea we were going to be charged for painting an entire apartment considering it was definitely not done before we moved in because the walls were not in good shape to begin with. Especially for an apartment that claimed it was going to be renovated anyway if we hadnt rented it.We should not be charged for something, especially that expensive, because of a few nail holes. Especially since 90% of the walls are white anyway. I could have painted it myself for MUCH cheaper had I known I was going to be paying for it anyway. If you value getting your deposit back after moving out, stay away from NMS. Theyll take
The place is great I spent 5 years in it although the size of the apt. Small but the facility is great
The property manager is unprofessional, bias, dirty place, they cant deliver their word, this manager cares about her commission even when the vacancy ratio increase. loud voices from neighbors as the compound not insulated neither from weather nor noise.
Small room and they changed 3 managers in about two months, none of them are professional
