Totally dump. No AC and constant water leaks from the ceiling. Terrible managers.

Management is great (Crystal and Kyle rock!). Whenever theres an issue, they come over and fix it themselves or have someone there quickly. They are also really easy to contact.The apartments are super nice. They have semi-rigorous monthly cleaning checks (but they tell you what they want), but thats why they stay nice Im sure.

I had a great experience living here for 2 years. Management was helpful and friendly, and maintenance was timely if I ever had a problem (which was rare). Try to get an apartment with minimal sun exposure, as there is no air conditioning in the building and it makes a huge difference.

Be aware of the landlord Tanya. She tries to steal from tenants.

Really, cool place, vintage building, and right in the heart of Hollywood
