Everything about this place was so easy, especially if you download the app. I had never left my car for multiple days and was nervous in my search of where I’d leave my car. Read many reviews and The Parking Spot had the best reviews so I went with it. I downloaded the app and I reserved Covered Valet parking. Upon arrival parking instructions were clear and valets were very helpful. We were helped out of our car, waiting 5 mins for our shuttle and we were off. Our return was quick and easy, which is a must when traveling with children! When we arrived back at the parking garage our car was ready for us, our luggage was put in our car and we were greeted with cold water bottles. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received at The Parking Spot will definitely be back!

I purchased my parking pass the day before dropping my vehicle off and its a pretty good price. im sure there are closer locations or better prices but the reason i purchased at this parking garage is because of the shuttle. they were quick getting us to the terminal and back to the parking garage as well. it does fill up quickly though so be sure to make your reservation ahead of time.

Fast and convenientSpacious and clean parking lot with indoor and outdoor spaces. The main advantage of this place is not in the garage itself, but in the shuttles. They are clean and most importantly regular. On my previous trip I used another parking lot and upon arrival I was waiting for the shuttle for about an hour, that day I counted that the yellow shuttles go more often than others.

Weve used Parking Spot for the last 3 trips we took out of LAX, and we have returned because its so easy to park with you! The parking location on Century is very convenient and easy to find, and we rarely need to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle to take us to and from the airport. Your drivers are always very helpful and kind, and the shuttles are clean and easy to spot. And then you have bottled waters available on the way out of the parking garage? Nice touch.

There are many shuttles running at all times and we did not have to wait at all to be picked up or dropped of by a shuttle. Both of the shuttle drivers we had were very friendly. Parking was super easy, especially when paying ahead of time. All I had to do was scan my QR code to get in the structure and then scan it on my way out. I also saved at least $40 dollars by choosing to park here rather than at LAX parking. The structure was ~5 minutes from LAX via shuttle, so its not like it made that much of a difference.I would highly recommend The Parking Spot to anyone traveling out of LAX!

Everything!! I parked at the Century Blvd location. I reserved a spot in self park but it was full when I arrived so the guard sent me to valet. The valet helped me with my bag and made sure the shuttle did not leave without me. When I returned, the shuttle was there within a few minutes of my exit. The driver called ahead and my car was waiting when I arrived. When I tried to exit, the automated machine wanted to charge me extra for using valet and the customer service rep waived it because the lot was full. Everyone was helpful and courteous.

Safe, convenient and easy to use. This was my first experience at the Parking Spot but it was amazing. They provided me with valet parking for no additional charge because I could not find parking and was in a rush to catch the shuttle. I appreciate that type of customer service because they didn’t have to do that for me but they went above and beyond to provide that type of customer service, which is hard to find now. I will it definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know who needs long term parking when flying out of LAX.

This is the ONLY place I use for LAX parking. Tried other services and I just got frustrated. You can reserve a spot here up to 12 hours prior I believe. You scan your code (photo included) and youre good to go.Shuttles come no more then 15-20 minutes and take you directly to your terminal.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OTHER SERVICES. The Parking Spot is the most efficient off-site Airport parking Ive ever had! The shuttles run continuously so there is never a wait to be taken to the airport or back to the parking structure. The drivers are kind and helpful. Even the female drivers helped me with my bag (which was quite heavy). I felt safe and well taken care of by all the attendants. I mistakenly got on the wrong shuttle from the airport and the driver nicely explained that he would return me to the airport and to look for the shuttle with the Century Location. He paused and pointed out the correct shuttle to be on. Then the driver called in my car to the valet and it was right there waiting for me when we arrived. They run an awesome service. I will never park my car with anyone else again.

Was an LAX first-timer and very nervous to travel again for the first time in awhile…the valets and shuttle drivers could not have been kinder or more helpful throughout the entire process. Was wonderful to be met with kindness before a long trip. Thanks to everyone.

I have parked my car at the Parking Spot for years and like the service and sense that my car is safe and will be waiting for me just as I left it when I return. A recent visit found me limping into the garage with a flat tire with little time to spare to catch my flight. The valet parking attendant told me not to worry, they would put the car safely away and I could deal with it on my return. I asked whether they could arrange to have the flat replaced with my spare tire and to add the cost to my bill. The attendant said he would try.When I returned, I was dreading that it might take me some time to sort out the problem. I was happily surprised to find my car waiting for me with the spare tire installed at no charge. I inquired about the replacement of the tire and was told the employees took it upon themselves to change it. It was a pleasure to leave a tip in appreciation and gratitude. A business that provides a reliable level of good service, yet can still surprise with exceptional assistance that goes above and beyond, will always have my patronage.

ItoThe ease of use for entry, payment, and exit via the app are why I stay with The parking spot. I also love the option for a car wash. My only complaint is when you do get a car wash you have to use the valet service, which obviously costs more than self park. So Id like to see the extra valet fee waived when I get a car wash. Also, you never wait long for a shuttle.

Quick, easy, safe and super convenient. Came back to my my car exactly the way we left it.So my window stopped working and I had to leave it down when I dropped of the car. We were in a hurry and had to catch our flight so we just accepted it. Super happy. Maybe it was just luck but Im glad for it.

Very expensive, but did come in handy in a pinch. It would be incredibly better if they had attendants on all their levels. I would also recommend they use a parking sensor (like at Fox/Culver City Mall), able to offer what spaces are open vs not available.

I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to book since there are so many mixed reviews online but Im so glad I did. Everything was completely easy and smooth. I booked everything online and downloaded the app as an extra way to keep organized. The drop off was a complete breeze. A shuttle was waiting for us the moment we stepped out of the elevator and dropped us off right outside of our terminal. Upon our return I used the app to get the shuttle to pick us up. The app is really great and shows you in live time where the shuttles are so youre not guessing how much longer it will be. You can literally follow the dots along the map as they move through the route. I will definitely be booking again. No more dealing with rideshare waiting times and outrageous price hikes during Peak hours.

The pick up and drop off is fast and friendly. Dont forget to bring your parking stub on you way back from your trip. They offer valet and self parking.

Definitely recommend. I like this parking service because you always see the shuttles at the airport so the wait time is minimal, versus some of the smaller lots that may not be able to provide as many shuttles so you end up waiting a very very long time.I think it is a little more expensive, but we’ll worth it, we waited all of 3 minutes before being picked up. The only confusion was going up to the 2nd floor for departures (the shuttle driver told us about this before we departed) and for the terminals undergoing construction. However, you can call and they will pick up the phone and answer all your questions.Our pick up driver Aletha was super duper kind, helpful and cheerful. Kind of the complete opposite that you encounter at airports especially TSA.she went above and beyond her call of duty. She answered so many random traveler’s questions and made sure we were on the right bus. Made a difficult travel day much better. Thank you!!

Its just OK. Definitely not as convenient as the regular long term Lot E parking. How is that possible? It just is. Hard to believe, but its true. Its slower, its harder to pay, its further away, and the exit gate didnt work right for me or the people before us. No telling what happened to the people after us. It added almost another whole hour to the total journey. Oh and its also astronomically expensive. When all was finally said and done, it was just a few bucks less than parking in the short term lots on site at the airport. The price difference was such that it probably made more sense to save the hours of time and pay a little bit extra to be right across from the arrival terminal. Im not going to make this mistake again. The Parking Spot was lame.

Parking in LA is expensive. Thats a given. LA can also be a callous place as far as service is concerned, having lived there many years, Ive come to expect as much. So after my wife and I both convened at LAX, both coming in from separate long trips to return to our car and then drive 4 hours north, we were not expecting to be treated so kindly by the shuttle driver that would bring us back to the Century Blvd garage. I wish I had thought to ask his name. First, I saw the shuttle and waived. He saw me and pointed to where he was going to stop (which was about 50 yards from where we were). To my disbelief he graciously remained there as it took me about a minute to jog to his location (I thought for sure hed stop and then press on before my wife caught up to me). He was so kind and thoughtful, he made sure he dropped us off close to where our car would be and then let us know how we could apply our AAA discount. Its the little things you know? So from that experience, wed come back to The Parking Spot any time.

The best parking service at LAX by far. Buses come in on regular intervals, about every 10 minutes, during the day and about every 15 - 20 minutes during off hours. This regularity is a breath of fresh air after a long day of travel.

Ive tried at least five other parking lots around the LAX area. The Parking Spot is definitely my favorite. The parking structure is well lit. Using the mobile app really made the check in/out a breeze. Shuttle pick up comes around so fast! I remember once time I missed a shuttle leaving LAX. It was less than 5 minutes later that another shuttle arrived. All of their drivers have been very friendly and helpful with our luggages.

They have an app, and they have a 24-hr shuttle. This is as convenient as it gets. With LAX E Lot closed, this is a good alternative, and actually even better. If you need to extend beyond your reservation, you dont have to do anything. Its great!

I’ve been using them for awhile it’s been good easy to get in and out with the QR code. But last night I was charged a whole day 34$ for my flight being late 2 hrs. This is unreasonable!! I recommend putting more hours than you need. But will never be using them again.

Good Idea to park your car nearby airport and the good thing is they will pick you up and drop you off on time but their prices or a little bit high but overall that’s good

Parked my own car walked to the shuttle and was at LAX in just a few minutes! When I arrived back home, I went upstairs at LAX to the arrivals level and saw the pawprints on the shuttle almost immediately. The service was seamless and reasonably priced! Shuttles were always available for expeditious delivery of my children, my luggage, and me to and from our terminals! My vehicle was just as I had left it, and I was pleased that it was under constant security and movement in the parking structure. I love the parking spot. I fly out ever weekend for about 3 months out of the year and it’s such a convenient parking center. If you download the app you can preorder your parking and just scan the QR code and park. It’s got a bathroom and provides water when the pandemic isn’t happening. The shuttle busses are very prompt and the drivers are always very helpful!

Parked my Nissan Armada there for 8 days and no problems with security there. Prepay is the best, AAA discount as well. No problem with parking and no problem with waiting for shuttles. They are constantly running. Did not wait at all for the shuttle when we parked. Waited about 10 minutes when we landed at LAX. Just follow the directions in the app when you land. Easy in and out with the app. We will park our car here again.

We parked and the shuttle was driving us to LAX within 10 mins of our arrival at the Century Parking Spot.When we returned from our trip we didnt wait at all. A shuttle was pulling up, we got on immediately, and we were back to our car driving away within 15 mins.Expectations were exceeded!

Used The Parking Spot for the first time in July. The app was so easy to use and the rate was great. When we arrived, we were a bit confused on where to go. We talked to Ernie at the site. She helped us find where to park AND ensured our reservation was taken care of. She even called me when we were waiting for the shuttle to confirm she had made the changes on our reservation and ensured we wouldn’t get charged extra. The driver was also amazing, answered all of our questions and she gave us tips on where to go when we returned. I will definitely be using them again! Such great customer service!!!!

This is my favorite overnight parking near LAX. Everything is self service. Make sure you have your reservation barcode handy to get in and out of the gate. Their shuttles are very frequent, wait time has been the least for me. I highly recommend this parking lot.

They seem to have more shuttles than most or maybe just easier to spot. Locations are good to get in and out of LAX while avoiding the more congested areas.

Significantly cheaper than parking at LAX and their shuttles run constantly so its very convenient. If you download the app and sign up they give you 2 free nights. The only catch, which they dont tell you up front, is that the 2 free nights have to be used on your next visit. Thats the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.

I used The Parking Spot LAX on Century December 8th-10th and had absolutely no problems. I made my reservations using their app, arrived and self-parked on the rooftop with ease. Got to the lower level and there was a shuttle bus already waiting and immediately took us to the airport. Once we arrived back I requested our shuttle, picked up our luggage and waited less than 5 minutes at the designated shuttle bus pickup spot. Once I seen the shuttle bus I waved it down due to the fact other shuttle buses besides The Parking Spot picks up in the exact same location. The driver that dropped us off at the airport was the same driver who picked us up. He greeted us and helped bring our luggage aboard. I definitely will be using their service again.

Kinda disappointed, paid in advance, my scan code on my phone didnt work to get us in, we were stuck trying to get to the airport, cars coming after us were having the same problem. Stressful!Of course when we got back, it also didnt work, we had to find someone to let it out, will not use again, who needs the stress. They didnt even apologize, just wanted our email that we paid, made us look like bad guys, while we where stressing.

The bus drivers, particularly on Bus 70, will not enforce mask policy. I got on the bus today and at least half the people were wearing their masks under their noses. I counted five people. I travel a lot for work. *This is the second time in six days* this issue has come up.When I complained on the bus, the passengers laughed at me. And the bus driver would not enforce.I complained to the front office. Spoke to a guy named Abeer. Or Amir. I did not hear the inflection very well. They just said the bus driver cant control what happens on the bus. Didnt even write anything down.There is no number for corporate customer service -- I called their Sepulveda office and they confirmed the same.If you cannot trust their mask policy, you cannot really trust any of their other promises. I think Im going somewhere else from now on.

Recent new Spot Club member here and had my first experience Dec 2020 at the Century location. I usually park at the Hilton, Westin, Marriott, but came across Parking Spot and decided to try them out.My first experience I opted for the rooftop but when I checked in one of the attendants said it was fine to park in one of the covered spots, which I did. When I returned I was surprised my parking fee was higher so I addressed this with David the manager at Century. He explained that his attendant was wrong for giving me that direction and said I have to park on the roof next time as theres another gate there. He was very accommodating and friendly and professional and was able to credit me my earlier rooftop estimate.I also like Parking Spot bc you can track with the mobile app the pickup vans at LAX, which I wasnt able to do with Hilton, Westin, Marriott.Im a fan of Parking Spot and the Century and would recommend this location.

Secure location.. AAA members get 10% off total bill. Must provide membership upon payment.Avoid the over head sprinklers. They tend to leak and will stain your paint due to the heavy water. Parking spots are plenty spacious.Valet service available for a fee... Parking is charged per day... roof top is 17$ and self park is 21$ and valet is 25$. Car wash service also available for a fee.
