My experience parking at WallyPark was flawless! All of the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The shuttle was very quick to arrive at the structure to take us to LAX and we only had a few minute wait upon our return at LAX to pick up the shuttle back to our car. I highly recommend parking at WallyPark!
It was great! Everything was super speedy and they were very nice. I traveled at night and also felt completely safe.
Wally Park is doing it again. The driver helped this customer on to the shuttle, let other customers on, and helped her with her bags when getting off the shuttle. Not once did he think to ask her pull her mask up. The Admins at Wally Park have ask me to call to further discuss the details of last incidences, I have. I continually go into the office every time an incident occurs and ask them what their mask policy is… it’s supposed to be enforced. Why don’t the drivers feel empowered enough to say something? Every other business in every state outside of Florida and Texas do.
This was my first time using WallyPark and I chose them because of the middle of the road rate but also because of the door bumpers. Our experience was great and the shuttle was quick to and from the airport. No complaints, would use them again.
Great location with a shuttle that runs frequently to all LAX terminals.Facility is clean, I love the touch of having the door protectors in-between the spaces. Slightly more expensive than other locations but definitely provides a better service than most.
Decent rates and shuttle run regularly. Make sure you have plenty of time before your flight. Even though the shuttles run consistently sometimes you can wait 15-20 min for pick up and the ride to the airport, while short in distance, can take some time due to traffic at lax. It took me 40 min to get from my car to the airport, 15 min wait for the shuttle and almost 20 min to get to the curb.
Used the Valet and EV parking for the first time. Very pleased. Thank you and I will definitely use this service again in the future.
Clean, nice and covered parking. There were screen dividers between parking spots to protect your car from other car doors. Free shuttle to airport and back upon return. Easy and economic prices.
Good idea if you download the app. Tip: they pick you up on the departures floor when you arrive and need to get to your car. Look for the red sign for private parking and hotels and notify them on the app.
Parking is convenient drop off no issue. Had a horrible experience for pickup. I understand lax is busy but 50 mins of wait time to be picked up before 5th bus picking us up no not good at all felt we were last people at airport despite calling them 4 times
Quick and easy parking. Shuttles run continuously to LAX. Staff make you feel important an, until the pandemic, there was Starbucks coffee and bottled water available. Extra services you dont think are important until they are: my battery had died and I went to office to tell them I was calling to have AAA jump it, and they said We can do that for you. Where are you parked? Did I mention this was at 1 a.m.? So instead of waiting possibly hours on AAA to get to me, I was out in less than 30 minutes. I am a solid Wally Park fan now, no doubt.Join the Wally club for discounts. So worth it!!!
Long wait for shuttles. Most were neatly full when they arrived. Had to find alternative way to get to the garage
This is an awesome place to leave your car for a week. The shuttle bus will drop you off at the different airlines. WallyPark is now on my map forever!
Paid for valet, had to park our own car... at pickup waited over 35 minutes for the shuttle... had to call 3x... will never use them again.
I made a reservation for covered parking. When I arrived, I discovered that the first three floors were reserved for the valet. (I did not know they had a valet option.) I then circled around Android h fourth and the fifth levels but could not find a single spot. I finally found a spot on the roof level, which was *not* covered. After I parked, a shuttle picked me up right away.
Super efficient - these folks have worked out how to get you in and out efficiently.
Great customer service, and discount if promotion is presented on exit. Took a while for the shuttle to arrive to the airport.
Great customer service. A man greeted me as I approached lobby and guided me to shuttle and drivers are helpful and prompt. I will defiantly use this service again.
I have been coming to this parking garage for a while now because I’ve relocated to Los Angeles because of my job and I want to commend the staff for their professionalism and thankful for Wallypark for having on-site security. I’ve gone to several parking garages and Wallypark seems to be the only one with Security during this pandemic. This tells me that Wallypark is invested in their customers.
I booked my original reservation with Joes airport parking and they were full. They ended up sending me to wally airport parking the experience was good except for the shuttle on the way back didnt have air conditioning but, overall I give it 4 stars
Still needs some software updates for Park & Fly customers. But The staff was great
We have been using this parking spot for our long term parking needs. If you reserve your spot online you get discount and get in and get out of the parking structure becomes easier. Their online site can be more user friendly but it is a workable interface. You get a scan code and use that code during your entrance and exit to the parking structure. The space between the cars are reasonable and there is a special driver that prevents your car get scratched. The shuttle is in first floor and runs frequently to the airport. However, it does not go to arrivals any longer. They pick and drop at departure terminals only.
Easy to use app, parking garage clean and tidy, shuttle bus clean, driver nice, feels safe in the garage. First time user, good experience.
Nice safe multi story parking lot. Nice dividers between cars. Fast van for pick up and drop off . Good prices for covered.
Good place to park. Seemed a little long on The shuttle pickup time. Also crowded in shuttle.
Ive been a long time customer at Park n Fly across multiple airport locations, and have been satisfied. However, thats only because I didnt realize the service that I could have been receiving this whole time from WallyPark. Wow! Incredible service, excellent parking options and a shuttle that comes by 3x before the competition comes by once. And at a lower price than what Ive been paying.I highly recommend parking at WallyPark and experience the difference.
I have been a long standing Wally Park member and frequent traveler. Due to COVID 19 my travel was limited. Had no idea they changed their check in procedures. Attendant was nice but failed to follow through on transferring my points nor getting back to me on how to set up new account. I sent email message to him as well with no answer. Even left their Director of Customer Experience several voice messages and two emails. No return. I was a loyal Wally Club Member. This may have been my last parking experience at Wally Park. What does this say about the customer experience when you cant get anyone to return your calls or messages. There are other options Wally Park.
Is there just one shuttle?!?! Had to wait 20mins just to get picked up! It’s very aggravating to see 5 Parking Spot shuttles to their 1. I know where to go next time. Edit: Gave them another chance and they’ve been much better with pick ups and drop offs.
Excellent experience and staff r very friendly. The shuttle is very clean. Only thing is some time u have wait bit long but they tell u to text them when u come in from ur flt. Either way good place to park ur car.
Parked 8 days in August 2020 during a fishing trip to Alaska. Reservation, parking, and shuttle services were pretty normal despite the Coronavirus protocols. I dont use valet services anyway. Safe and convenient parking as always. Very helpful drivers.
Super easy with the Wally app
Good service and price
They took a while to pick me up, but maybe I’m impatient....20 min after I called, so okay I guess.I parked there a week and it was $170; that threw me, I was expecting less. That said, they are very nice, and curtesy is the name of game. I felt my car was safe from harm. So a little more than I was expecting, but since it was an overall great experience ( as great as parking can be!) I’m okay with it. To park somewhere else, it might be $50 less, but then I might be worried...
Been coming here for Over 5 years and they have Always had and still have the best service! We truly trust our car staying there! Thank you Wally Park!
I love Wally Park. Clean, secure and the staff is alwas friendly. Its our go to place. A few more coupons might be nice.
Loved the contact less entry and exit. Just make your reservation and drive in. Shuttle was running frequently, although there is not much going on at LAX these days.
Shaded parking and airport shuttle to and from, that was great and fair pricing.
Close to airport, fast and easy shuttle to and from airport.
Park was easy they have padded stalls!
We prepaid online for the valet option. When we got their, the barcode would not work. We ended up having to get another ticket. The shuttle was nice and clean, and they have a nice coffee maker. The morning staff was nice. When we returned, our car was not in the valet area. An attendant asked for our ticket number and went back to find our car. He came back much later and asked if we prepaid. I told him yes and he went back for the car again. I went into the office to make sure we were not being double charged and to get a working bar ode to get out. There were a few people ahead of me and they all had complaints for various reasons. While I was in line, our car pulled up. There were about 4 attendants standing around in the valet area. My wife went out to put our luggage in the trunk while I spoke to the desk. The attendants all watched her put the luggage in the car and did not offer to help. As soon as I walked out, one them walked up to open my door hoping for tip. My wife told me that she did all the work. It was a real unorganized messed when we were there. We try a different place next time.
The staff and management at this location make you feel like a guest not just a customer. I have been parking here for well over 15 years and would never go anywhere else. My opinion of their operation was validated again this week when I got a flat tire about a mile away from their entrance and had to leave the car with them to catch my flight. I have run flats so I ask if someone could send me a picture of the tire in about an hour so that I could assess what situation I would be in on my return. They not only did this but they sent it again on the day of my return. They left the car in their staging area over the three day period I was away which I know was in their way. Upon my return I called AAA to arrange a fix but they offered to change the tire. Who would offer to do this today? They did, that is who. Great attitudes, Great people. My thanks to all of the supervisors and staff. Your one of the best places to do business with in LA.
I have used lots of parking places and Wally is definitely legit.-The location is easy and simple to use.-Valet is located right at the entrance.-The vans are new and clean.-The car wash was excellent.-Good Value.Highly recommended!
I always have a good experience hear! Their service is prompt and always professional!!!!
It was a fine experience. Easy to find - unlike actual LAX parking. There were plenty of open parking spots. $19/day. The shuttle service to the airport was fast. When we got home, it took a long time for a shuttle to get to us. We ended up calling because we had seen literally every other shuttle and the spots shuttle 3 times. They did finally show up. Also, this is not the same shuttle as the Wally park shuttle - a little misleading when waiting for shuttles. Overall, not bad.
Parking seemed legit but drivers took forever to come. Last thing you want is to wait 30 min for a shuttle after a 5 hr flight
Getting to this location not difficult. Park my car and pick up very quick. My issue after I landed from my return flight waited almost a half hour for the van pickup. Prior visit almost 40 minutes. Will now look at other locations as I noted the competition had a number of vans that went by me 3 or more times while I waited for my pickup.
Premium parking. Courteous staff, however, I asked via phone and when I dropped my car to please charge my electric car. When I come to pick up my car post vacation, NOT charged. Sitting a Wally Park waiting for the to charge.Manager is very helpful and gave a free charge and discount on parking. Still a bummer, however, he did his best to diffuse.
Easiest and best rates LAX parking
Terrible. I waited over 30 minutes and saw about 10 The Parking Spot shuttles stop by (not exaggerating), but no Wally Park. Honestly, multiples of almost every other parking lot shuttle even...Then, I talked to the manager and it just got more embarrassing for them. His main excuse was traffic. Then said i was the first complaint tonight. He even mentioned having a log and implied the shuttles were stopping more frequently than I claimed. I guess I need new glasses?Check out the yelp reviews. I’m definitely not the first complaint. There’s a clear theme.
I made an online reservation for this place. when i arrived, all of the self-parking was full, so they let me use the valet parking for no extra charge. it was first class all the way. the place is very clean and safe feeling. nice restrooms. free coffee. very low stress way to fly in and out of LA when parking your car for a few days.
Great services. However, website needs to list where they are located when they pick you up at the airport after arrival. I called and the lady couldn’t explain to me where to find them. I was surprised they couldn’t direct me when I am sure they get asked that question on a daily basis. Especially since it’s not listed on their website. Seems like common sense to add that important detail!
Wally Park Premier has kind of gone down hill. They still have the Wally Guards, which is why I still go there but they used to drive you to your car on the bus but they dont do that anymore.
Convenient location and you usually dont have to wait long for a shuttle. It can be a little chaotic during peak times. Ive been here twice when the garage is completely full, but theyll still take your car to valet park, even if your reservation is for self-parking, at no extra charge.
In my previous position I was required to travel a great deal and I LOVED being able to use WALLY Park! Their parking facilities are stellar, prices reasonable and their pick-up/drop-off service is fantastic!! I highly recommend it!
The parking structure seemed safe. I liked the division between vehicles that are supposed to prevent door dings. The shuttle to the airport seemed to run every couple of minutes. I did not give a full five star rating because it took longer than I thought it would for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport for the return to WallyPark, and the driver nearly speed right past the shuttle stop that I was waiting at!
Valet parking was great - smooth and quick - on the return texted and was picked up within 15 mins plus driver also called in my ticket number so when I arrived car was there waiting a few feet away - I have seen a bunch of negative reviews so just thought I would balance them with mine because everything was smooth, courteous and quick.
One of the airport parking in LAX. Is nice and functional. Rate is not so bad. They have a membership so if is frequent user, make sure to enroll since they give you credit points.Make sure to reserve in advance.
The shuttle service is on time to get you in and out of the airport. It takes less than ten minutes to the terminals and is very convenient. However, I’ve paid twice for the indoor parking garage and had no other choice but to park in the roof because of the valet taking the majority of the spots. If I could, I would give 3.5 out of five But leaned to four because the shuttle drivers are friendly and professional.
BAD MANAGEMENT!!! I had a number of problems at this parking lot. I finally found a manager who was willing to do something about it but hes no longer there. Theres no way to call and talk to anyone if you have a problem. They dont answer their phone and they dont reply to voicemails, EVER! Theres no way to email anyone and have them answer. They have never responded to an email . Feel free to send an email but no one will answer. I sent several. One time I showed up with a prepaid non-refundable reservation and they told me they didnt have any parking spots and I would have to come back later when they did. This is an airport parking lot and typically people parking in airport parking lots dont have time to come back later. I finally quit parking here and I park at another lot and pay more because I get reasonable service there and am treated reasonably. This place has a nasty habit of overbooking the reservations and then double parking all over the lot. Its significantly increases your chances of having your car damaged. And with the way theyve treated me so far I seriously doubt theyre going to help you then. You spend a lot of money on your car Id recommend parking it somewhere else.
Waited an hour for the shuttle. Watched 4 shuttles drive by. There were about 20 people waiting with me. When a shuttle finally arrived there was no room for me and told myself and 10 others to get off. At the same time another shuttle drove right passed as we tried to flag it down. Next time Ill park at the Spot parking . I watched their shuttles go by every 3 minutes.
Best place to leave your car in Los Angeles. Its safe and secure and reasonably priced
Parked my car here for 4.5 days, no issues with the car (thank God). And they give a 25% off military discount, which was a huuuggeee life savor.CONs: the bus took forever to pick me up (see all other reviews) and of the two elevators in the facility, one is completely out of commission, while the working one doesnt go to level 1. Suspicious.
I like the fact that there are padded barriers between each parking space to help prevent door dings and their shuttle runs often. Its best to book online in advance for a better deal, otherwise it can get pricey. Still not a great deal but better than no booking prices.
Large safe multi level drop off car park easy to enter & exit.
Loved everything about this place a must use
I just returned home after a long weekend out of town. I went through my options of getting to LAX (public transpo/Flyaway, cab, Super Shuttle, asking friends), but decided to try the whole park thing.I printed their coupon from their website, and then came here to read reviews. It sounded awful, but I was running out of time, and no other parking lot had any better reviews. So I took a chance and went with Wally.IT WAS GREAT!I did covered Valet for 3 days ($20/day...only $1 more than non-valet, so why not?), and had the One Day Free Coupon so it cost me $47 total. Still more than a friend drop off, but about the same as a shuttle or cab, one way.I dropped my car off right in front Friday, then returned Sunday night (catch their Shuttle from LAX under the red Hotel Shuttles signs by Ground Transportation). I waited maybe 5 minutes, no more. They called ahead to have my car waiting, which it was when i got there. I was greeted by a valet attendant and he carried me bags to the car, gave me a free cold water bottle (nice to have after a long plane ride), I paid, was escorted to the exit gate by said attendant (who I also tipped generously), and was on my way. They were very friendly, helpful, and would use again.Only reason it isnt 5 stars, is because it was still $47, when I wish it was more like $20...but most places are around the same if not more. But the service here was fantastic.
Had an IPhone stolen out of our glove box, so not pleased with the experience. word of caution take everything valuable out of your car! havent been able to contact customer service on any line.
Considering that this garage is not that close to the airport, its pretty expensive. The cheapest rate is $16.95/day and thats if you park on the roof. We parked in the garage and were happy to find cloth dividers in between each car. When we landed back at LAX we accidentally took the WallyPark *Express* shuttle instead of the regular WallyPark shuttle. Before leaving the airport the driver asked us for the number of our parking spot. Since we didnt know we just told him we were on the fifth floor. Once we got to WallyPark Express and realized there were two different shuttles he started taking us back to the airport. Thankfully he changed his mind at the last minute and took us down the street to the regular WallyPark garage. There is a 15% AAA discount which ended up covering the cost of tax for us. Still expensive. Next time we have to fly out of LAX during a busy time we will make reservations at a cheaper and closer lot.
I liked this garage until I found out that all my four wheel covers were stolen. I called customer service but nobody answer the phone and nobody replied my voice mail. I emailed customer service and never heard back from them.SAFETY is my number one concern. I will never park here again and never recommend this place to anyone!
The drivers were prompt and gladly helped us with our bags. I was able to get a hold of customer service easily for questions. Next time I will definitely be using Wally Park.
Clean and safe...car wash was good.Had a super negative experience in Oct/2017 with their shuttle for a wheelchair-bound traveler...I reserved parking specifying that we needed a vehicle that will transport a wheelchair. I confirmed the night before our travel. When we arrived the vehicle was not there, we waited 20 minutes. When the vehicle that would be able to transport the wheelchair arrived, the ramp on the vehicle was not working, waited another 20 minutes.Long story short, we missed our international flight and since three of us were traveling, including my mom in her wheelchai, it ended up costing me a lot more $, plus I almost missed my sons wedding (but I didnt)...very disappointed with Wally Park Administration and service... No way can I recommend them, not at all.
Have waited over an hour called 6 times and have not seen one van come around!! Would not recommend this place to anyone!! Horrible customer service when you call!!! Dont use them!!!!
So much for a system that makes you contact them with your terminal when you arrive because apparently they wont stop with that information alone.
I am a long time customer of Wally Park as I travel approximately 36 weeks out of the year for my work. Primarily I use the location at the LAX airport. Earlier this year in January I left for one of my weekly trips and Valeted my car at your LAX Wally Park Location and also ordered a wash/detail.Unfortunately when I returned not only had the vehicle not fully been cleaned/detailed (there was still trash in the side doors and under the seats) the valet also told me that there was a very large bolt stuck in the tread of my tire (not in the side wall). He told me that the tire had deflated while I was gone but they had put air back in for my return. Now up until this point, my experience with Wally Park staff and fascilities has always been positive. The staff has always been friendly and professional and the fascilities have always been well maintained. So it was very surprising to me that the valet (manager maybe?) basically handed me the keys and told me there was a gas station I could probably limp the car to refill the air in the tire and I could try to drive home. I asked the valet several times how the bolt got into my tire (it wasnt there when I left) and all he kept saying was that there isnt any construction in the park so it must have already been in my tire when I arrived. I told him that looking at the size of the bold and also how far it was sticking out of the tire it simply wasnt possible, I would have noticed while it while driving and with the size of the hole the tire would have gone flat before I made it to the parking garage (I live in long beach it would have gone flat on the 405).He again just shrugged his shoulders and said I should take it to the gas station and refill it with air and try to limp it home. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Im telling the guy, there is no way Ill make it home the tire will go flat, he just shrugs his shoulders and walks away. I should mention its 9:30PM at this point there are no repair shops open this late.I chase him back down and ask if I can keep the car on site to the following day he says they will have to charge me for it. Really unbelievable. So I call AAA the guy comes out - the bolt is so large that if AAA guy takes it out the hole would be too large to fill with tire sealant. The only thing he can do is fill the tire with more air and put a little sealent around the bolt head in hopes that it will last long enough for me to take the car home and then to a shop the following day.The AAA guy also noticed that there was also some scuff marks on the bumper and also around the wheel well as though someone maybe drove over a curve. I thanked the AAA guy, and basically am so jet lagged and exhausted so I dont have energy to argue with the valet anymore and just am going to try and limp it home. In driving the car even in the parking garage I could hear and feel the THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP of the bolt in the tire. There is NO WAY the bolt was in the tire when I brought it in. I would have felt and heard it.Trying to limp it home I made it maybe a full 2 miles on the 405 before the tire completely ran out of air and I had to call AAA again. Luckily I have a free 100 mile tow so I went with my car to an overnight repair shop and then asked very politely if the AAA driver could drop me off at home, which he was under no obligation to do but I was the last tow on his shift for the night (It was around 11pm by this point). As a result of my experience, especially the way the staff just really didnt seem to care - it left such a bad taste in my mouth that I dont really want to use wally park anymore. I am currently in Cincinnati on a 2 week trip (15 days) and have parked my car at a competitors self parking location - which by the way is more expensive. Hopefully my review of the location will result in a reimbursement for the replacement of my tire (the tow was free), and credit for more than just 1 day.
WORKERS ARE THIEVES!!!Left car here for a week. We paid for self park but were told upon arriving that self park was sold out and we would get valet for the self park price. We keep all of our restaurant and shopping gift cards locked in our glove box. This wouldnt have been an issue if we self parked and brought the keys with us. Because we valet parked the company had our keys. These jerks unlocked our glove box and stole everyone one of our gift cards. Every single one of them. On top of that our car battery was dead. With all of that brought to managements attention we still had to pay.Manager took the theft report and said he will go through video surveillance in hopes to get to the bottom of it. I never heard back from him even after calling many times and leaving several messages.I was able to get someone from their corporate office out of San Diego to respond to an email. I spent time doing everything he asked me to do (send receipts of my gift card purchases and copy of the report) and it was all for nothing. I even explained I would be satisfied if they resolved this matter by giving me some credit at their parking lot. Still, have not heard a word. These guys are a disgrace. I will keep trying to resolve this but as of now its a complete waste of time and I urge anyone reading this to take your car elsewhere.
Wonderful customer service. Fast in and out. Fine shuttle service. Reasonable rates for Los Angeles parking.
Simply the best LAX parking experience I have had to date. It costs a little more, but you get what you pay for with the professional valets, fast shuttles to and from your gate, and friendly staff. Pair it with a Groupon for some extra savings. Highly recommended and I will be parking here again!
Upon arriving a shuttle followed me to my parking spot on the roof. Before I could get out of my car, the shuttle driver had our bags out of the trunk. We were quickly whisked to our terminal at LAX.Upon returning at LAX a shuttle was pulling up to the curb. We were dropped back at our car and the driver put luggage back in trunk.Love this place... It was the first time there.
Very kind vallet. Shuttle service is provided and drivers are very kind. If you are not doing vallet, the ramps going up to upper floors are narrow. It might be hard to navigate in such a large vehicle.
Be careful, if you show up past your scheduled pickup time they will charge you an extra day for $30. I park here monthly for work travel and they are always trying to get a extra buck as if I’m a tourist. Might be time to try somewhere new.
Seems like they only have one driver working.Bus packed, waited 40 minutes for pick upHideousParking Spot buses in abundance, watched every other service pass multiple times while waiting.Useless service
Another job interview. A Great establishment for all your shuttle missions.
First time parking here . Got on bus right away . Then got picked up easy at terminal 6 to go back to parking. So far so good .
Starting off i have been a customer for 15+ years and a member what ever thats worth, arrived from Panama Monday night, Text when leaving terminal, Stood at pickup for more than an Hour NO Wally Park Buses. Text 4 additional Times - Nothing - a Gentleman standing next to me called multiple times, his last call was i will take a taxi to you, we have been here more than 1 hour and my children are tired he then told me that he was hung up on. i than called and was told 5 min and then click - 15 min later they arrived - i spoke with the manager and was told we did not text or call - WTF - i asked him how he was going to make this right - Nothing, I paid my $350.00 bill and Left - this is not the 1st issue i have had - last month i returned from Bahamas - $165.00 bill and when i received my Amex Statement i was bill twice, accidents happen called and was cleared up - 2nd transaction 2nd failure within a month - you failed to meet my minimum standard, you dont deserve my business and i hope my rant helps others
We self parked and had an excellent discounted rate. Took a bit of time to find a spot to park. Bus to airport ready and comfortable. On time to flight!
Valet parked and informed them my arrival date back and I needed my car charged. Fast forward, its 4 am the day of arrival and I check my car app....my car hasnt been charged. I have 80 miles on reserve and need the full 250 miles battery charged to get home. At 17mi/hr. charging capability it wasnt going to cut it, my vehicle will not be fully charged upon arrival. I called at 4am to let them know my car needs charging and their response is, your car has been charged. .....No it hasnt my app says otherwise. Needless to say I arrived and complained to Mayra, whom apologized, told me the manager will be contacting me. That never happened to date. I had to go to a supercharger, a total inconvenience. I hope management reads this. My arrival date was April 29, 2018.Model X
Nice parking lot, but the shuttle service is always too long. Wally Park needs to fix this. I will not use again.
Its good covered parking. Just wish the shuttles would get you closer to your car and the process was explained a bit better.
Sometimes they are nice behind the counter but usually they arent. At least the bathrooms are clean and they have free cookies. The shuttle drivets though are always good people.
Reserved a spot, but never used it. 4 phone calls and 3 emails later, complete with proof of parking elsewhere for the exact time period I was charged, and I still have not been reimbursed for this. Why they would pre-charge I have no idea. Use the ParkingSpot. They do not charge until you check out. EXTREMELY upset with the time and effort Ive spent trying to work with this company for no resolution. I want my $ back.
A little pricey but a good place to feel safe about your car not being messed with or scratched each spot has a barriers to protect your paint from careless people throwing their doors wide open. I have used them several times now and each time have been satisfied.
For drivers of EV vehicles. You must pay valet rates $22.95 per day plus another $6.00 tax per day on top of that and you pay 75 cents per kilowatt hour. This information is not found anywhere on their websites. Nowhere. Yhey need to get with the times and not surprise unsuspecting customers.
A little pricey. Great for cars that need a roof cover. Great personnel. Free coffee.
Friendly Service but shuttle didnt come until I called them.
Place was had different owners a few years back. When a new ownership arrived they screw their number one source of income, their customers, I lost over 4000 points I gained over years and planned to use only to have it changed to no points, no help, no nothing. Spend your money else where! Some people here are kind but when upper level decided to rob customers of their hard earn points(money spent) is a no no. Never ever again at this place.
I used the parking for 2 weeks in last trip. The woman that drives the passenger shuttle is useless to help with the 7 bags that my family carried. When we arrived there was no perssobnel to help us. But that was not the worst part. The worst part was when I walked to the office to realese my frustration. The man said. If you want you can talk to my supervisor. The supervisor told him to tell me that he will fix the problem. But he never got out of his office. I paid $400.00 left and never comeback. I suggest the general manager take a deep look how the supervisor that worked on September 2017 between 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Good experience here first time using them for LAX parking. I’d definitely use them again.
They had over sold their parking spaces, but still were able to accommodate all the cars in a very professional and efficient way.
Its gotten a lot better as the drivers seem to care about their clients and the payment desk handles things right away. Id use again for sure. The only negative is that LAX requires then to pick up on the upper level instead of lower arrival level so you have to go up to get picked up. Its out of WallyParks control but it is an inconvenience.
