This is a very affordable airline to fly with.The beer is cheap. And I like the fact that they use debit cards for transactions.My only criticism is the fact that they only have two flights available out of LAX. And I wish they can add more to their schedule.
Great prices,good service. Be very very patient because it is cheap, airline flights are always full.Downfull is the Aerobus does not have a lot of flights available.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS CHEAP AIRLINE. My experience with them has been horrible. I can not believe they do not care about the health of other people. I need to cancel my flight and they wont allow it. They are offering a change in schedule but what am I supposed to do? I dont have any important events this year. I just cant do that. I dont want to get exposed to anything. I couldnt even speak with the supervisor. I asked to be put on hold and they didnt want to. This is very frustrating!
They cancel the fly I had and move it later in the same day, because of that I had to stay 7 hrs in LAX
Terrible! since we got to the airport they have been extremely unprofessional. They kept on making us move back and forth to board at different gates. They kept on extending the boarding time we ended up waiting over 3 hours. Everyone was so confused and stressed, they never gave us an explanation for anything. It is cheap for a reason.
DO NOT BUY!!!Its cheap for a reason. Just save yourself the headache and pay for a reputable airline. Im currently trying to to get a refund and Viva Aerobus has terrible response times. 20 minutes on hold and I still couldnt get a representative on the line.

Not good experience, I do not recommend. They do not even offer water. Seats very uncomfortable, not even reclaimed. Cheap but you pay at the scale, they weigh twice at check in and at enter the airplane. And if you buy something inside they also go to scale at the enter of airplane. Bad, bad, bad.
La peor línea aérea! Cancelan vuelos, pierden maletas. Simplemente no tienen ni idea de lo que hace, se me termina el léxico correcto para hablar de ellos. No vuele con ellos por favor! Voto por que les revoquen la licencia para volar. 1.- no customer service at all.2.- worst airline I have ever flown with.3.- I ended up paying lore on extra fees than if I purchased my ticket with Alaska Air. Shame on me.4.- avoid them at all cost.
Changed my flight date, then changed the departure time twice. Unreliable airline that changed at will your flight plans.
