I booked my mom a flight to Lax. The flight itself was pleasant and the flight crew were very courteous despite it was a total of 20 hrs. I requested a wheel chair accommodation for my 76 year old mom. Qatar airways did not deliver on that for the entire trip, my mom was very disappointed since every single other airline she traveled on accommodated with a wheel chair. I also purchased 2 super wi-fi vouchers to use on the plane. Qatar airways website states that each of those vouchers are good for the duration of the flight, but they only lasted 1 hour. Needles to say we were very disappointed. I will contact Qatar Airways to find what is response and how they are going to remedy this in her return part of her trip.

Great customer service. I had to change my flight which I did online but for some reason my seat selection wasn’t changed so I had to call. They quickly saw and solve the issue it was super easy..only trouble was waiting on hold for 10 min. But hey it’s during a global pandemic what can you say🤷🏼♂️
Ive had good and bad experiences with Qatar airlines.We flew out of LAX on August 2nd. they said the plane had technical problems, we had to go to another gate and get reissued seats, we lost our extra legroom seats we paid extra for and waited 2 hours to board the next flight. Once boarded Qatar made us wait 3.5 hours while other flights were canceled and other connections got onnthe plane. Mind you the flight is over 16 hours to Doha Qatar, thus we were on the plane 20 hours by the time we landed.Not a good experience, we also had a room at the airport at Oryx hotel we only got 8 hours in rooms compared to the 15 we should have had. Room was fantastic.We returned from Greece via Qatar, had our better seats and had a better experience, food is so so, they dont provide much water to drink and by the time we got to LAX from Doha, the restroom were filthy. Lots of filthy foreigners on the plane to laxy to lift seat or have any educate on cleanliness.
Good service and hospitality as well but they should more cautious regarding covid-19
Maybe their hospitality on the aircraft is good, but the service till you get inside the plane is subpar to not say terrible. Mediocre at best is the way they handle unanticipated situations like the blackout at LAX last month. That was a cluster. Managing your booking through their website is tideous and sometimes impossible. Then you call and wait for hours for someone to talk to you. And after someone talks to you, they cant even help you change a returning flight in an efficient and effective way. Be ready to waste at least half a day waiting on them to service your simplest request.
Stay away from Qatar Air. Their phone number does not work, All circuit Busy. In case if you are lucky to get hold of somebody, their customer service is terrible. They cancelled flight at last moment and refuse to accommodate .
Worst airline ever when you have to cancel with having travel insurance they still give you the run around. and don’t want to give you your money back you can’t understand any of the operators there and when you can they make no sense and every representative gives you wrong information every time don’t fly with Qatar ever you will regret it it’s been 6months and still haven’t received my money because supposedly they can’t find my account. I bought my ticket with my credit card so I have my statement and still problems they want to say I bought my ticket with a third party agency yeah sounds good just think twice before even looking at this airlines!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed in the service with this airline. They kept us on the plane for 6 hours and finally they made us depart the aircraft and stay overnight at the hotel so we can fly the next day. My luggage was damaged and no extra accommodations were made.
Good experience not the best one I have travelled in Emirates and Etihaad Airlines and this is of the same segment IMO I would rate Emirates better thn Qatar.

Flew from colombo, Sri lanka to Doha on 27th of August on 27th. The queue was exceptionally long because shortage of workers at Colombo airport. The flight was delayed by two hours when it arrived in Doha. Because of the delay I missed my connecting flight to Los Angeles. The transfer desk instead of booking a hotel or finding space at one of its lounges just gave voucher for 80 Qatari royal for breakfast and dinner. But they later booked me on a midnight flight to Los Angeles. The experience was very unpleasant and inconvenient. Nevertheless the in-flight service was great they served excellent food but the stewards and stewardess failed to inform some of the passengers to keep their masks on. If not the service was great and pleasant experience.
