Excellent job and I am very impressed with the professionalism of all of the people that I had to interface with. Everything was on time and went smoothly with my bag making it to my destination intact. I will probably fly United Airlines in the future. I used to fly a lot in the last century and even with all of the TSA regulations, they made it as painless as possible for me. Masks were being worn by everyone and I felt pretty safe.
Good service. Used mobile app. I wish there was still one seat open between me and another passenger outside of my family due to ongoing Pandemic.
Ride was smooth mostly. Everyone was behaving and cool. We arrived 15 minutes early.. unloading was fast and ii sat near the back and still was deplaned politely and fast!!!👍👍👍❤️
Flight Attendants were helpful and polite. As with most airlines nowadays seats could of been a little more comfortable. Overall great service and good flight.
Our trip from Baltimore to LA was seamless. The flight attendants were pleasant, and purchasing the Premier Access ticket, made it easy to check-in and board. Using the app made everything extremely easy. United is a professional company that runs like a well oiled machine. Enjoy the flight!
Worst customer service over the phone. Ive tried 3 times now to reschedule a flight. Been hung up on 2. Was told by someone that I wasnt hung up on who was not even there. And then put on hold indefinitely after being interrupted in the middle of giving them my confirmation number. Dont know what I could do to make this very simple request easier on them at this point. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
I have to say, I was totally unimpressed with the booking experience. My return trip, scheduled in early July for mid October, was cancelled two weeks later by the airlines. I then had to spend 4.5 hours on the phone texting with a representative to resolve.$100 dollars later we were able to resolve and upgrade from basic (Which doesnt allow luggage, even carry-on without more $$), to the next level so could at least have carry on.The flight cancellation also cost me another nights stay, plus the hassle of having to move my accommodations.Not happy.I then chose to upgrade a couple legs to first class, costing another several hundred $$. My $800-ish air ticket has ended up costing, including additional nights stay, about $1600 round trip.After flying the leg from Denver to L.A., Im really glad I upgraded as the seats are meant for people with really short legs and zero body mass.Ok.... So that was the negative.... Now the positive.....They fly from my small regional airport! Yay! The United Air app is awesome! I am notified about boarding, Gates, time to get to a gate, any delays, covid travel alerts, and you can even order food in the various airport terminals for pick up! How cool is that!?Big bonus.... All of my flights were on time, even arriving early sometimes.And finally..... All staff was kind, helpful, and really good at what they do.To summarize.... Its worth it to upgrade for comfort (TINY seats). And youre forced to either upgrade or a_la-cart yourself to death just to have basic needs covered, making this a premium cost per flight. However, planes are clean, on time pretty much, staff is really good, and the app is great.

Nobody likes flying during the pandemic. Rude customers and horrible flight experiences are reported daily, but my time on United this weekend was the exception!My son and I were taking a last minute flight due to bereavement and cancellation by another carrier. We were left with a conveluted route wrought with long layovers and high risk of missing the event. United customer representative K. Duenas at LAX took the time to find us a direct route, reduce layovers and lessen my stress level from 10 to 2! She was patient and professional as she explained each suggestion and change. NOTHING is more satisfying than great customer service, nor more engratiating for brand loyalty. I will look to choose United Airlines whenever possible in future travel.Keep up the good work!
If only they consider that its unfair to take payment for non-stop flight, then change it to the 1-stop flight which is normally cheaper (right when youre unable to change anything) .A bit fraudulent, dont you think?But the flight attendees and aircrafts were good. Caring, polite, helpful, safe. Desinfection was on a good level.
Crowded and a bit uncomfortable with a mask. However, the flight was smooth and the staff was friendly. United is my #1 airline.

I almost got SCAMMED trying to request a refund by one of their agents who asked me to pay 200 just to submit a refund request. I told him that’s not how it worked and said I’ll call someone else and he tried to give me his direct call back number. Very sketchy.
Overall its been a great experience. Clean planes and great staff. Check in for each flight has been fast and easy. The text messages with flight updates for everything including boarding has been awesome. Makes things so much easier.

My flight was delayed @ OHare, because of a lightening storm. Since I was a wheelchair customer, I was taken to a nice, comfortable waiting room until time for boarding. I was treated very well.
Both flights delayed, but expected with the crowds and the summer season. The crew did its best. I feel is still one of the better airlines to fly within the U.S.

Full airplane. Everyone was handed a hand sanitizing wipe at boarding, which was nice. Mask mandate enforced, which was good. Contactless system for drinks/snacks.
Some planes are bigger than others. Leg room is my issue but thats personal. Flying was good no turbulence and team members are in point. Thr basic economy tickets however may be cheap but no carryon is pain especially if you only going for a weekend trip
By far the best United Airlines experience Ive ever had considering it was delayed by only 4 hours for what was originally a 30-minute flight

United Airlines first class experience paled in comparison to business class service for SAS or Swiss air. The staff was friendly enough but they seemed to be worked to death compared to their European counterparts. No blankets or care kits, no pillows. And look at the food offering! Such a sorry presentation, fewer options and not very tasty. Beverage service was also spotty. Paper cups for instant coffee. Sad that the states can’t offer a higher quality experience and employ enough staff to truly care for their guests on very full long haul flights.
My flight is packed! Though I see a negative articles/reviews about United Airlines online, my experience has been pretty positive, and Ive used United almost exclusively for domestic flights, especially flying to see family in the South. Today is my first flight since, and the process all the way up to loading now, has been uneventful and feels safe, like normal. And the attendants are courteous and giving lots of smiles 😁.
Unfortunately, I will NEVER be flying with United again. As all the low cost airlines, they are nickle and diming everyone and punishing those who dont pay the full fare who purchase the economy fare. Bye bye United.
Perfect trip! Boarding on time & faster than Southwest ever is. Wheels back 2 min early on both flights. Landed 6 min early in LA, 30 min early in Lihue. They now do free carry-on and personal item again, as it should be. Theyve made flight changes free permanently!
Charges $$$$$ for bags. Careless. Broke the handle on one of the bags and bent the axle of the rolling ice chest from throwing it around. Took the luggage strap that was in place so the lid would not open.Flight was good.
They need a good partnership with lounges in South America, carribean etc. The perks of flying first were taken away when we couldnt use the lounge in Jamaica
It was good. One thing I can say is that United Airlines is really into safety and security.

Service was alright. Being an aviation geek, I am happy that United allowed me to fly the 757-300. However, the age of both the 753 and 737-800 aircraft were showing prominently. United should speed up its modernization quicker and create more enjoyable cabins if keeping older model planes. Delta, for example, has quite modern 753 cabins. The United terminal (7) experience at LAX was great as the terminal has been modernized. Though improvements can be made, service was fine and prices were decent.
Complete trash. Cvnts work for them. Rude dont do their job at the desk. Customer service has one rep at the desk for an entire airport. Efficiency at its best. EAD american airlines
United Club was a nice place to wait for the flight. Its conveniently located right after the TSA checkpoint in terminal 7.No lines to get in end large enough not to get crowded. The terrace to enjoy the California weather is a nice touch.Wi-Fi and food are good.

It doesnt matter if youre flying business or basic economy, united is a consistent middle of the road AVERAGE.PS. Frontier is identical in service and price (after you add bags). Worth a try.

I have flown in many airlines locally in the US, among those I prefer to fly in United, never been delayed, and the staff has always been really helpful. Now is the only airline I use.
It was nice the customer service was awesome but because of the Covid-19 they do not serve food just snack but they do serve food at the first class 😉

I knew flying United was a bad choice. However today confirmed that. First, a man jumped out of our plane as we were about to depart from the tarmac. Then after all that, I’m sent through the ringer to find my new flight, new gate, etc! As soon as I do, the time I’m given is wrong ! And missed my flight….. needless to say, I’m traumatized by a near terrorist attack and now stranded at LAX. Thank you very much United for taking great care of your paying customers! Never flying with United and will be sharing my experience with all my friends and family
The Hawaii pre-screen process was unclear. Any confusion could easily have been avoided by putting a sign immediately after the TSA security check directing Hawaiian-bound passengers to the pre-screen desk. Also the pre screen desk was slow. Less chit-chat and lets get on with it--the line was long .
We booked this airline to fly us from California to Hawaii. It was our first time flying there and we were very excited. When it was time to get on the airplane and put up our carry ons on top, the spaces were full. We told the flight attendant who just nonchalantly pointed to the back of the airplane. She then proceeded to whatever she was doing. As we went to the back where she pointed, all those spaces were taken there too. We literally had to check every space and found a spot at the very end. She never once said anything or seemed concerned at all. We had to wait until everybody got off the plane to get our carry ons in the back. The pilot made the announcement about our baggage claim and told us to go to Baggage Claim 29, which was rlly supposed to be 9. Literally all the passengers went to the wrong baggage claim on the other side of the airport (15 min away) and then had to wait another 45 minutes for a shuttle to take us to the right Baggage Claim. Mind you, we traveled with 3 minors. Shuttle service was upset and bothered by the delay.

Wonderful! United was kind enough to credit my account for a flight I booked and had to cancel. Due to an exchange error, I do not recommend Booking.com. Norway c)s and or customer service does not prices an English translate. Rate of exchange was an issue. Gee, United only charged me 53.00 American dollars more! LMAO. And to think UA puts up with that.. . .
Horrible airline. Before taking off the strip, the plane was having issues lifting off and we had to emergency land. Scariest thing ever! They explained to everyone that the engine shut off and had a technical issue. They got everyone out the plane and told us it was going to be 15 to 20 mins. After waiting 2 hours, they canceled our flight. After hours of going back and forth with us and other passengers, they gave all of us a complimentary stay at a hotel 30 mins away and told us the issue would be resolved the next day. The next day, our flight was still canceled and insisted us on staying one more day. I booked another flight with Delta and got out of there. Never again with United.
