1st time picking up here. This place is a joke ! Never again

If you deliver there they are computerized. Sign in on the computer as soon as you walk into the building then go wait in your truck and they will text you to come to the front desk. When you are docked stay on the dock by your truck so when they finish they can sign your paperwork. If not you will be waiting. Dont be afraid to ask. They are very nice but busy there.

You have to ask Security for permission to park at a dock...to load or unload usually takes 2-5 hours

Usually this airline is always busy, but they do have days where it just govquick either to pick up or drop off

Eva cargo is one of the most terrible warehouse airlines there is i recommend all brokers not to use this airline unless they want to pay waiting time

IT SUCKS,BAD SERVICE, FOR DRIVERS,LONG WAITING TIME.

Horrible experience getting our dog from Eva air cargo. Took over 5 hours for them to process the paper work and when it did process the entire system crashed, so we had to wait even longer! We weren’t given any information on how long we would have to wait, or what was happening the entire time. I would rate a zero if I could.
