Do no use this airlines. They dont deserve due to poor service.Worst Airlines and zero Customer Service.They cancelled and rescheduled flightswithout any notice or message or letter. You will never know about the change if you are lucky to call in advance. It is big financial burden and great inconvenience for any family, with Disabled Parent and little Kids. No hotel accommodation, and you are on your own.If you have visa you can pay and get hotel outside airport. Otherwise stay at airport and make prayers at the Holy airport.I have to buy last minute expensive hotel accommodation and travelabout $2000 extra.I tried talking to several customer service personals but they have no authority to facilitate consumer and their hands are tight.So the GOLDEN WORD OF ADVICE IS TO KEEP AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE AND BE SAFE AND HAPPY and spread the message.

What serves you here on the counter of the lines is the local employee of American or Latin nationality ..
