I have used Nicholas Waggoners office on two occasions. Both matters were handled quickly and at a very reasonable price. The papers they prepared for me were perfect and I prevailed in court both times. I dealt with Mr. Waggoner and Tyler who were always patient and respectful. My calls and emails were returned promptly and I highly recommend them. Should I need further legal help I will absolutely use them again.

Nicholas Waggoner made a hard situation smoother. It’s an emotional time, I just let the Waggoner team guide me. I didn’t know what to expect. I never wanted to be divorced. But he made it work.

Nick Waggoner made it easy to startup a new business! He knew the exact type of corporate structure needed in Florida for my type of business, handled all of the paperwork and even helped name the business. On top of that, his instructions to rush the filing worked out perfectly and I was up and running in a couple of days. A year later, my new business is now thriving!

I felt this service was overpriced. The fee we paid included only completion of one set of papers. At signing, the documents were full of typos and required waiting around for an extended time to get them all corrected. For such a high fee, in my opinion, it should have included the 2 sets of copies needed as well. In addition, the paralegal seems to not be up to date on current trends in paying support. When asked for options, he simply stated there are none other than paying directly through the state (this requires wage garnishment) which is wholly UNTRUE and confirmed with the clerk of the court. I am now spending additional time and money to file amended paperwork to undo this arrangement that this office forced me into. I would not recommend this service.

This office was recommended to me by a friend whom used their services for her divorce. I cannot thank Mr. Waggoner and staff (and Jessaca) for all of the help with my divorce! They always made time for my concerns and provided me with all the legal knowledge needed to make it go quickly! I couldnt be more happy with the services provided, attention to detail, realistic expectations, and definitely the affordability! My ex wife spent over $4000.00 on her attorney! I am glad I found the Waggoner team first! Thanks again for all that you did for me! Happy to say I am now sending another friend to you guys and am extremely confident they will leave with the same good feelings I did!

Way over charged me for a simple stop child support people at courthouse told me that I didnt need 90% of the paperwork that he did. So he either didnt know what he was doing or just wanted to over charge me.
