The VelaShape Treatment is everything! After only two treatments I noticed a huge difference. After having 3 kids im always looking for ways to improve my body.. Diane was the technician who did my hair laser treatment. I love this lady, she is so fun to be around. She also made sure I am getting a good treatment. She asked me how was my treatment each time I visited and adjusted the settings in a way that was best for me. People are different but for me, After only 7 sessions I did not need to go back and my treatment was complete.

This was my 3rd time trying laser hair removal (different locations) and boy am I glad I didn’t give up. I’m African American so I called to inquire if a laser for my skin tone was available. I received a call from Diane the same day confirming it was and scheduled an appointment for an upcoming date. I completed 4 sessions before coronavirus hit and things were paused. Once things opened again Diane reached out to schedule my next session. She adhered to the COVID guidelines, you had to text when you arrived, only allowed one person in at a time, put down clean paper, had hand sanitizer and sanitized the goggles. I just finished my 6th session and I’ve had AMAZING results. So amazing that between my 5th and 6th sessions I didn’t have to shave at all. Diane was very knowledgeable, kind and always on time. If spot treatments are needed in the future I will definitely be going back to her. I may even consider getting laser done on another part of my body. If you are on the fence about getting laser look no further. You will not be disappointed!!

The room where the treatments are done is clean and comfy. You dont feel like youre in some sort of clinical doctors office. Diane is also very wonderful to talk to while the procedure is occurring. She’s incredibly nice and understanding. The laser hair removal treatment are affordable and you get results immediately after the first session (well for me). Overall the pain isn’t has bad even without the numbing cream but if you do get it it’ll be even better lol.

I was very nervous at first about laser hair removal but Diane has been very patient and caring. Best Groupon purchase I’ve ever made! I originally bought a laser hair removal package for 6 treatments. After I saw how effective it was, I purchased another 6 sessions to do my legs. I no longer have to deal with the terrible razor burn and ingrown hairs that I used to get. For that reason alone, I would do it again if I had to!

Service provide: Laser hair removal with groupon. Do your research BEFORE you book!!! BE AWARE that unless a person is under a medical Doctor supervision, they are using the wrong machine on you. Done way too fast, did not take the proper time it takes to do this treatment, as a result NOT effective! NOT under medical a medical doctor supervision. Physician assistant with other company, much better results.

This was by far, the absolute worst salon experience Ive ever had. Diane, the lady who made my appointment, messed up and scheduled me for the wrong day, Wednesday instead of Tuesday. When I showed up on Tuesday, she proceeded to act as if it was MY fault that she scheduled me on the wrong day. Not only that, but her attitude and her business ethics were completely unprofessional. I hesitantly scheduled my second appointment only for her to schedule me for the wrong day once again! Mind you, I had over an hour drive to this salon and there was no one else at the salon, but she made a big fuss about fitting me in. She was on the phone with her boyfriend the entire time. Think twice before going to this horrific excuse for a salon.
