I reserved a truck on Sunday, 3/21/21 and left my George Foreman grill in the back of the truck when I returned it the following day. I would have hoped that the owner would have called me to tell me to come get it, but instead he said he put it out to the dumpster. This grill was in great condition, it was not garbage, nor was it old. For the 104.09 it cost me to rent this truck I would expect a better explanation then he threw it out. My bet is that someone that works there decided to keep it. I’m very disappointed that this company wasn’t even honest enough to reach out to me to give me a chance to come back and retrieve my property. They should have a sign up so that every future customer will know that if they forget something in the truck, it’s finders keepers and they won’t ever get it back. Shame on the employees of this uhaul location. They won’t get my business again.

This U-Haul dealer is a crook! I need to rent a motorcycle trailer, called this U-Haul and was told he had a motorcycle trailer in stock for $15 a day. I drove 40 miles to get there only to find that he did not have a motorcycle trailer at all. He told me that he did have another trailer there but the rate on it was $25 a day. I asked him if he was going to honor the price he quoted me less than an hour before that. He refused, the owner operator was rude and wasted my time. I have had many good experiences with other U-Haul locations. I would not go back here or recommend it to anyone!
