The clarity was good. Connection was good. Paying was simple if you are connecting on the web. Would give 5 stars but their rates are still a little steep. Rates are the same as any others.
Company charges too much for their connection fee put $20 on your loved ones phone account and they take $5 and some change off leaving you $15.Their charge per minute is the highest Ive had to pay. In all years Ive used. Their video visits are even worse.
When I tried to call regarding a call problem because they charged me multiple times in variable amounts over what should have only been a single 1 time charge for $10 to the account being used by the inmate.... They disconnected me during my call. Also on multiple occasions my calls were cut short before the allotted time ended and I was robbed of the time paid for and they wouldnt do anything about it. Not to mention that they apparently dont want to respond to a request for what Im paying for via phone support services and they cut me off every time.
Amazing company. Truly care about the people they serve as well as the people they employ. Truly a hard working community of professionals.

Inmate communications can be expensive. NCIC has a reputation of being one of the lower priced providers.
This company is a rip off. They over charge for calls, and will still charge you even if you dont answer the call and the system leaves a voicemail.
