Joe is an amazingly nice guy who takes pride in his work!! My entire bathroom was plugged, abd Joe rearranged his schedule to get me in same day. Joe arrived within a couple hours if my call and got me all fixed in a short amount of time. A friendly family man that takes pride in what he does, and charges more than fairly. I was at the local hardware store trying to find supplies for a unique plumbing situation. I was explaining the situation to the hardware store staff, trying to get help to identify the supplies I need, however, they didn’t understand and I was getting nowhere. The Drain King happened to be there getting his own plumbing supplies. He overheard my discussion with the hardware store staff, and jumped in to help, even though he was already busy with his projects. He lead me to the area of the store where the supplies I needed were located. He then took his own time to show me in detail the supplies I need and how to install it. He really knows his stuff. I asked him if he’s a Plumber and that’s when he humbly replied “Yeah, I’m The Drain King”. He really saved the day. What a stand up guy! He provided great service to me and I wasn’t even his customer!

We had an emergency and the main line was clogged. Despite having a busy schedule Joe was able to accommodate us. He was able to remove the blockage by jetting the pipes. He was also able to let us see the condition of the main line with his camera. He did a great job and would definitely recommend him. 😃

No one wants to go 24 hours without flushing toilets and working drains, but Joe, the Drain King, was the only service provider willing to provide same day service for a plugged main drain line. And given that my residence is 30+ miles from Longview, in the Oregon Coast Range Mountains, I am grateful that Joe was able to come out late on a cold evening to unclog our drains.And while other service providers would have charged a hefty fee for that 30+ mile drive, Joe gave us a discount! I would definitely recommend Drain King. I have a home owners warranty and contacted them for leaking washer hookups. The plumber they assigned bailed and they didnt have anyone else. After weeks of looking for one on my own someone recommended Drain King. I am so glad they did. He was professional efficient and fixed the hookups without any problems for half the price the other plumber wanted before he bailed.

Joe had a job out in Gig Harbor, but made the effort to swing by on his way back to help us get a drain line unplugged that was blocking our kitchen sink and washer. He gave some great advice as to how we can reroute the pipes in the future (old house, OLD pipes) as well as got the issue resolved. He was professional, friendly, and we really appreciated the effort he put into coming out on such short notice. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Five stars is just not enough! I was desperate after spending several days with a tub/shower that wouldnt drain at all. I spent hours of my own time trying to fix it myself and finally gave up. Over the weekend the toilet backed up it was late at night and Joe came out on time and unclothed the main drain, he was very professional and joyful even after working 8hours already .and the after hours charge was not bad at all .

The sinks in our bathroom were not draining. My husband called Drain King in the morning and Joe was at the house later in the afternoon. Drain Kings really impressed me this week. I had a clog that backed up into the kitchen sink and flooded the floor. While they were out i also wanted a water purifier uninstalled. Drain Kings flushed out the pipes, unclogging them, but revealing a leak which they fixed. Joe was very informative, teaching us about our plumbing and what he was finding. Definitely was a pleasure finding the Drain King, he is a very hard worker who is upfront and willing to work within your means and is one to try and help everyone he can and will sacrifice his sleep and sanity to do it!I went on a Journey starting the day after Christmas where our Sewer stopping draining completely. Joe was the only one on last minute notice over a holiday weekend to squeeze me in to try and fix the problem!From there it transformed from a hopeful quick fix (snake/jet) into a quest (nay journey!) to narrow in on the problem; which ended up being a 5ft deep hole in my yard.. That hole led us to our discovery of perhaps one of the biggest snake of tree roots the plumbing world may have seen... We were able to remove the problem and put a temporary fix in place while we were waiting for parts and authorization from the City for a final fix after which everything is working like brand new. Definitely will be my goto plumbing needs for the future.

We HIGHLY recommend Drain King!! After finding out we had a leak in our crawl space over the weekend, we called around to several places, including Mr. Rooter, who all seemed too busy to help, no one was able to send anyone out, we had our water shut off, and everyone was saying it would be until the end of next week until it could be fixed. We called Joe at Drain King and not only was he super nice and understanding, but he also came out that night, which was a Saturday, to fix the leak temporarily so we could at least turn our water back on. He made sure to come back out on Monday to replace the pipe that had started leaking. Word of warning do not use. I hired them to move a hot water heater 8 ft. They were here for 9 hours . When they left the job was incomplete. Leaving a fire hazard and no hot water. I hired a general contractor to come out to complete the job, here are the contractors findings:Bare 220 wires not securedWater lines hanging loseHot water line hooked up to the cold recepticalCold water line hooked up to the hot receptionHe cut out the copper lines, taking the copper.Used temp. Shark bite connections.Did not secure water.Did not electric lines.Joe does not have an electricians license.

The 5 Star rating for Joe Milian’s “Drain King” is a no-brainer.We experienced our most serious plumbing problem since moving into our home fourteen years ago. As the washer discharged, water came out of the adjacent shower drain and burbled in the toilet; in the guest bath on the opposite side of the house, water emerged from the tub’s drain, beneath the toilet and flooded the floor requiring a lot of towels – adding to the laundry backlog.After a couple of calls, I reached someone who referred me to a business better suited to deal with a significant line blockage. As it turned out, I couldn’t have been more grateful for the suggestion.Help arrived sooner than expected. Joe listened to the described problem; checked the locations; explained the likely causes - later proved accurately - and began working. After clearing lines from several access points, there was obvious improvement. We provided a drawing of the subfloor plumbing to aid his visual inspection which confirmed the source of likely future problems - a haphazard tangle of pipes and acute angles of an earlier decades’ old addition. We agreed it would be best to “fix it.”A two-man crew returned did the needed cutting, capping, more direct rerouting to a larger common discharge point, and satisfactorily - meaning successfully - tested the outcome. Afterwards, they ran a camera down the line for us to observe what had been accomplished and discussed additional actions for preventing “most likely” - not “every potential” - future problems. We immediately arranged for installing a more accessible cleanout.In search of professional, thorough, and economically priced service? I recommend starting with “Drain King.”
