Aaron and Darrell took time to explain how the system worked. Completed a thorough check on the motor and answered all the questions I had. They were on time, polite and I enjoyed talking with both of them. Great guys.

Do not hire this company, worst company ever!!! Chris broke some pipes while cleaning my septic tank, Called office to complain about it, they never returned my calls after being told that they were going to call me back . I told the secretary that I was going to call my bank to stop the check, they rushed to the bank to cash it . Speaking with the owner did not help either . Chris even told the secretary that he talked to me and my husband about pipes being broke already while my husband wasn’t home that day, he lied. I will make sure to tell all my neighbors and family members not to hire this company .

Cantrell and Derek came out and pumped my septic system and noticed my aerator wasn’t working. Michael came out the next day and was able to repair without totally replacing it, saving me money. Definitely would recommend Ballards.

Were new to septic systems and found Ballards Septic on Angies List. The pumpers were great and came right away to clean our tanks. We needed our control panel replaced and rewiring done along with some other things. Michael and Rody were very informative and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our system work like new. Michael even leveled out our pump box that was originally resting on uneven ground. I highly recommend this company and its team of guys!

UPDATE: They apologized and issued me a refund for the contract.We signed up on the maintenance program in March and requested an initial inspection to make sure all was operating correctly. I gave them the option of the 3 days I was off to come do the inspection- never heard from them. I called the office the next week or so later and they had my number wrong, we got it corrected and then once again I gave my days off so they could do initial inspection. I was told that my first official inspection would be in July- no one showed up, no phone call. Today I called again to request my money back, they may do good work but they have lost my trust BEFORE any work could be done so I will never know!

Our septic system broke on a Sunday afternoon and we were unable to use any drains in our house! Ballards arrived very quickly Monday morning to repair our septic system and their price was very reasonable. Michael did have to come back out later that day as they had not flushed the lines and we were still having issues with toilets not flushing properly. I wish this had been completed on the first trip, but we were very thankful for Michael saving the day!

I would really like to give them five stars thair techs were clean, professional courteous and had to deal with my lovely wife ( Denise Llewellyn ) after a break down in communication when the techs were overbooked due to a situation beyond thair control . They handled her well.I will say the owner Mr Wes went above and beyond what he had to do to rectify and make the situation right . Great group of people to work with. Always easy for me to contact and always eager to answer my questions. Installation went quick and easy. Well thought out design. I’m very happy with the equipment, the installation and the people that will be maintaining it for me.

I felt they do a fine job at septic and grease trap draining .... however I had 3 appointments and they didn’t show the first 2 times ( said they’d come after lunch and called at 530 and said they’d come first thing in the morning and i called them at 2pm and they said they’d be on the way after they finished they job they were on but i couldn’t wait any more ) the next time they said they’d be there in an hour and it was 2 hours later. I feel like I wasn’t valued at a customer.The service name was under Brown and you have cashed my check .. so Wes did show up finally .. after keeping us hanging 3 different times.

I have no first hand experience as to what kind of work they do. They might be very good; I cannot say. However, I contacted them to come out to check our septic system to see if it needed pumped or not. I was told they would be there at a certain day and certain time (they picked the appointment time and day) and that they would contact me after to let me know if we needed it pumped or not. They never showed or never called. As a new customer this was the first impression that I received. After I called (AFTER they were to come out) to check and see if they had then they tried to back-track and say they would be out. I told them not to bother. If you have the option of letting them come or not come when they say and communication isnt important to you they might do a a good job. Again, I cannot say. However, if customer service, communication and integrity (doing what they say theyll do when they say theyll do it) then you might as well find another company from the beginning. If you sort through these comments youll see that this seems to be a common problem.

Received excellent customer service from technician, JVen Wilson! He was courteous and knowledgeable of the system and fixed my problem. He also gave me helpful recommendations, and when I complimented and thanked him, he was humbled and thanked me for choosing Ballards to service my problem! We need more service people like J in this world!

The technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They pumped our system and completed a repair for us in a timely manner. We have used other companies in the past that have failed to diagnose potential problems and necessary maintenance. But, Ballards did an amazing job repairing what others failed to do. We will only use them in the future!

We had a great experience with this company . Our project had more connection points then your typical home and workers stayed positive and rocked on in the cold rain in the dark. Wes and his guys where very polite they didn’t cross any personal or business lines and did what they said they was going to do . I believe I got my money’s worth and learned something.

I wouldnt have gave them one star but I had too. They can dig a hole, follow directions and put a system in but know nothing about fixing a problem. They just shoot from the hip wanting you to pay to replace things one at a time. I would not recommend these folks. They have decent reviews but its best to keep looking. Thank for reading.

Ballard takes care of my resident and business septic needs. They do a great job. The guys call you before the arrive and afterwards to let you know if any issue need to be discussed. They also work with us on a commercial property and I cant begin to express how much help they were in fixing the existing system. Give them a call, chance, and you will not regret it at all.

We own a business in Hallsville and have been using Ballard’s services for several years. We just had two of our pumps burn up and the person who cleaned it and serviced it for us was not from Ballard’s. We just used Ballard’s three months ago and they supposedly came out and cleaned out the tank and cleaned the pumps and everything like they usually do. I found out that the system was full of sludge and the pumps were burned up and full of sludge. Apparently when they took off the pump to clean out the tank they did not hook the pump to the pipe that goes out of the tank. It was just laying there not attached. There was a black sludge in the bottom that was pumped out for five minutes pure black and then he had to do it for another three minutes of complete black sludge before he got Clearwater. I am so disgusted it cost us $669.60 to get this fixed. I am waiting for Ballard’s to call us back and I will let you know how the outcome is. I hope they make this right!Just talked to Wesley and he explained everything. Very nice and accommodating. Will resolve all issues.

Currently renting a porta potty for a construction project. Cleaned weekly and always clean and a great value for the money! Will never use anyone else!

Sent an email late at night. Responded to email at 7:35 a.m. And at my door at 10:30 a.m. Very polite and professional men went right to work. Fixed problem, cheaply I might add. Offered service contract but not pushy. All done within 30 minutes. I might add that I have had multiple problems with my aerobic system over the years and have dealt with multiple companies and never had this good of service, timing, or prices. The fix was simple but I firmly believe any of the other companies would have lied and made me pay much more by saying pump needed replacing (pump was just replaced in June).

Derrick and his partner (I think it was Austin) came to do the regular maintenance on our sewer plant. They called me before hand and showed up when expected. They took care of my maintenance and explained the system to me since I had little knowledge how it worked. He took care of my ant problem while here and left no traces that they had been here. It is always a pleasure when Derrick comes. Thank you.
