They arrived as planned, completed a termite inspection of my home, recommended the appropriate treatment plan and scheduled my treatment service for that very afternoon! Shane Woodson and Trey Shelley were awesome and exceeded my expectations!!!

I had bees in my wall. So gross. They came out found out what kind of bees they were. Told what they were gonna do and the outcome. Next day I had a room full of dead bees and I saw no activity out side my house. I like that they have great customer service skills and work with you.

My technician with Terminex Luis Hernandez is outstanding!!! He always goes above and beyond. I have never been happier with a technician. You guys need more employees like him. He has been taking care of my home for several years now. When others came from Terminex they were not near as professional or detail oriented.Thank you Luis for ALWAYS doing such a great job!!

Due To The Fact That I Was At Work And Not Home They Entered My Home Without Permission. Havent Been Coming To Spray, And Had They Been Doing So Then They Would Have Understood The Circumstances Of My Pet. I Get You Have To Do Your Job But Going To Animal Control And Put Someone In A Deeper Mess Than They Already Are Is Ridiculous. So Yeah I Am Definitely Not To Happy About This At All

The reason for this message is regarding the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. No one from Terminex has been here since 11/26/2018. Someone put monitors under my furniture and they need to come out. Living out of plastic bags trying to get rid of bed bugs . They stopped coming out without saying they were done while I was still paying

Poor communication. Then once serviceman called, told him no I was cancelling. He immediately hung up and came to the house when I was not home and charged me.
