I had an old broken set removed and a new one put on. I’m happy with my nails and will be back. They were on time- only took 1 hr to have my set removed and new one put on. Nail art was okay - but most impressed with the price & professionalism here.

The pedicure was great, highly recommended. However getting nails done there was by far the worst i have seen. She didnt listen to anything i said and did not do what I asked after saying 3 times what I wanted. The acrylic was so thick by my cuticles that a little grow out would look disgusting. Called and complained and so I went back the next day to have them fixed. Better but the paint job was less than desired. This is definitely a get people in and push them out facility, but no customer service at all. Listening is one of the most important things within a business like this and they definitely didnt do that. I would recommend pedis but not getting your nails done at all.

I really liked my experience here. They where really nice and did my nails how I wanted I got the owner/Manger she was amazing and really social. It was my first time paying for my self and she told me how to do the phone number thing. Over all I am going back here again.

My daughter and I went in for pedicures and manicure and I wanted waxingOn my eyebrows. The place its self clean and nice. But not very friendly experience they didnt speak to me or my daughter they just kept heads down and tap your feet when want something..and the appointment I scheduled was way past what schedule. When came to doing eye brow waxing the room was so gross and dirty and the bed they wanted me lay on was dirty and the liner hasnt been changed. I asked if they could change it and not a word wouldnt look at me. So I wont be returning. New to Washington this was not a good experience. I wont be back .

The lady didn’t ask me what style of nail I wanted which was very unsettling, she rushed the whole time, nails are all different sizes and shapes and one is super short, definitely never coming here again.

I had gotten my nails done somewhere out of town and two of my nails cracked (I had to dip manicure) and I couldn’t get into that same place until the next week so I decided to try them in town. I called Bell and told them the what I needed and they asked me to come in whenever I was available. I showed up and told them what my problem was and what I needed done. When the lady came over and saw my nails she asked where I went and I told her and she told me to go back to them so that they could fix them for me. I told her they didn’t have any availability & that I wouldn’t mind paying for them to fix it for me. I just wanted my nails fixed so that they would not break more while I was at work. The whole time she was really aggressive and was being rude and pushing my hands away and I know she was talking in a different language to the person sitting next to her and she kept saying “nails fixed “and was just overall very rude. She rushed and I could tell she just did not want to help me even though there was no one else waiting. They only charge me $10 which I was okay with. Overall it was an unpleasant experience and I will not be returning.

I am so torn with this place. In terms of quality, theyre the best shop in Longview. Julie is very kind and they do a fine enough job, but Ive made an appointment every single time Ive needed to get anything done and Ive never been sat on time and always had to wait at LEAST 30 mins past my appointment time to be sat in a chair and they always seem to seat people who come in after me and treat me like Im irrelevant and not even there. I also have tried to request a full set a couple of times and they just tell me I only need a fill, but I know that it isnt true because youre supposed to get a full set every x amount of times. I dont necessarily want to go anywhere else because theyve always done good work here but I also am getting fairly tired of being ignored when I walk through the door and treated like a less than customer. That, and when you call to make an early am appointment they tell you on the phone when they open but then when you show up there are already 6 people in the shop already almost done getting their nails done. Its just frustrating.

Pedicures have been great mostly. But getting my nails done is a hit & miss. I have had a full set done 3 times and only loved one set. They work too fast and need to pay attention to more detail. This last time the clear polish was too thick and while dying under the light, it all pooled up and hardened in the creases of my fingers. Also 3 days after getting them done, they started to bubble and peel. The first coat of polish wasnt dried because they dont allow the full dry time, rushing. So layers would peel, and wet polish was getting all over my hands at work. The lady across the table also yelled at me when I asked another lady a question. While finishing I watched the employees several times grab utensils from dirty areas.. wish I could post a pic here.

Pros: Dip manicure took 20 minutes.Cons: This was one of the oddest experiences Ive ever had while getting my nails done. The nail tech barely acknowledged me, didnt do any nail prep, and left tons of dip residue on every single one of my fingers. No lotion, oil, massage, etc. Also didnt have any clean nail brushes. Came back from washing my hands thinking shed do the final clear coat and check everything but she had already moved on to a new client and acted like I was crazy for sitting back down at the station. I left with uneven nails, the wrong shape and residue everywhere that I was told, would wash off later. Oh and they were lifting by day 9.

I wouldnt be able to comment on their quality of service, because I never received any service. My friend and I had an appointment for 2pm, arrived on time, and were left waiting over 30 minutes. She was getting a pedicure, and I a manicure. I never even saw a table, and her water got cold. We just left. I gave them the courtesy of saying just give our spot to someone else, and received a snotty you dont want to wait? in return. Uh, we did. For 30 mins. WITH an APPOINTMENT. This was my first time in, and my last. Theres never a second chance to make a first impression. Ill give Downtown Nails my business. They know how to treat customers with appointments.

The guy i got was not very friendly he seemed rushed. Did a fill like Ive never had done before. Then I go to pay he says 35 I give 40 waiting for my change because Ill decide what tip Im going to give and he just took the 40 and walked away never gave me my change🤔 and then 2 days later a nail chipped. In all the fills Ive ever gotten Ive never ever had a nail chip😡I dont think Ill be going back.

First time I got my nails (acrylics) done there, a guy did them, they were amazing, not too thick or too thin then I went again for a fill and the lady I got rushed, seemed annoyed (which I understand there’s many customers coming in back to back and it’s busy) but she rushed on my nails and made my nails very thick, didnt budge to care for my cuticles &’ she rushed putting the gel on so it got on the side of my nails and on my cuticles, which damaged my nails very badly. Moral of the story if you go there, get one of the guys to do your nails, they’re more gentle, friendly with you, don’t rush, and they care for your cuticles.

First time customer... and last time customer. I had an appointment for 2, and my friend was running a wee bit late— just about 2 minutes. But, I managed to tell them I had an appointment for 2 at the scheduled time. I was instructed to sit, and she started on my nails. My friend came up to us, and she was instructed to another station across the room. Needless to say, I didn’t get to spend the quality time with her we had planned. My tech was super fast- way too fast, and didn’t say a word to me. While I told her what I wanted. I got square shaped when I asked for coffin shaped. She decided to not listen to me. She was too busy chatting with coworkers and watching tv. Once she was done and I was drying my gel with the light, she vanished so I sat down with my friend. My friend was shuffled off to three techs today. Three! And with my time spent inside, there were techs hitting each other... and pretty hard at that. This nail place lacks professionalism and listening skills. I’m definitely not happy with my nails or my experience.

The massage for the pedicure was very lazy. She just rubbed the top of my leg a little. She trimmed my big toes crooked and put no top coat. Then with the full set they are ok but sloppy. He left extra product underneath. Also they were super pushy about getting the gel polish. I turned it down several times and they charged me for it on my daughter anyways. Very unprofessional. They lost me as a customer.

Second time Ive been here and absolutely love it!! Everyone is very professional and clean! We showed up at our scheduled appointment time and they were very busy. They sat us right away. I had the older guy ans my little sister had the other. The tables didnt look clean, the plastic berrier was all sumdged and the guy was using his own nail to push my skin away from my nails on the side😷 All the employees were in a heated argument as the men were doing our nails, sometimes just holding my hands for a full minute just speaking loudly and pointing at the girls in the front. The guy was very rough and hurt my pinky with the electric filer causing it to hurt everytime he did anything with it but I felt like he wasnt being sensitive about it at all and wasnt even talking to me, only arguing with all the employees, watching t.v and pointing at stuff to have me put my hand somewhere. The ladys came over to yell at them as the men were doing our nails. It was super unprofessional.

So fast paced, very rude and all over the place. Wouldn’t ever return.

I scheduled an appointment Tuesday for a Sunday appointment. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I ask them what time they open, they say 10. I show up at 10 and no one is there. Last time I was able to call and someone came and opened the door right away. This time I called, no answer. I sat in my car for 15 min (10:15 at this point 15 min past my appt time) and said forget it. Very very unprofessional. Don’t set an appointment time for a customer and then not have the salon open on time. I will not be returning. Very upset and disappointed especially since this was a birthday present to myself.

Sat in the pedicure chair for over half an hour before anyone even turned on the water, said they had color changing which turned into some BS magnet polish, called ahead was told it was gonna be $45 but ended up paying $75 out the door, extremely unhappy. Will not go back there, will tell friends and family not to go back there.

I love this place! I went here for the first time today, and I was immediately impressed when I walked in. I got a pedicure. It came with a lot of things, even though I got the standard. First, there was a massaging chair. I know every other nail salon has one, but they gave me the remote so I could control it. The last place I went to, it just turned on. Next, they have a large selection of colors. There were glitter colors, pastel colors, and a lot of different shades of pink (which is good because pink is a really popular color). I got a navy blue glitter. Last, the staff is really, really nice. My mom accidentally inhaled when she laughed, so she started coughing. The guy who was doing her nails made sure she got a bottle of water. It was really soothing, and Im definitely going back!

I popped in as a first-time customer be just for an eyebrow wax. I was seen immediately and out the door and under 10 minutes. The technician was clearly the one in charge so she did get pulled away briefly but she was polite and got the job done. Im appreciative to be able to be a first-time customer and get service so quickly. Looks like a popular place as many of the chairs were full. I would go back.

Upon arrival I felt like I was being interrogated by a lady and a man coming out. They asked me why I was here and what did I need done. I explained that I had an appt for myself and my daughter. After going in another rude lady came up and asked us what we wanted. I started with a pedicure. The girl was young and the pedicure was fair at best. My daughter was getting a fill and the rude lady never really spoke to her and didnt offer her anything different. The lady spoke to everyone else the whole time. When it was my turn for my manicure, I was walked over to the older man and he just pointed at me to sit. He never spoke to me, never trimmed my nails and it was the worst dip job I have ever received. When he was doing my nails, he was very ruff and forceful. He also was watching TV will doing my nails. Very poor professionalism. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK.

A couple of days ago I left with unhappy nails and left a poor review. The owner acknowledged my review, called me and asked me to come in to fix my nails! I love them, and very pleased! I appreciate the acknowledgement! You didn’t lose a customer! Thank you so much!!

Wow, hit my big toenail with the dremel tool twice. Going to completely lose that nail. Knew it was hit but didn’t realize until this morning when I was experiencing pain that the nail was knocked lose from the toe. Totally PO’d. The gal had to have known because she couldn’t get all of the old gel off. Took 4 coats to cover. Then she said something about it would grow out in a couple of months.

They give really good pedicures. I only go there because they are so amazing and polite.

I went to get my nails done about 3 days ago and the male i got was rough, didn’t not ask me how long i wanted them, and was done within 30 minutes. My nail already broke and another’s coming off. i frequently get my nails done and i never have this issue.

They did a horrible job on my nails and they burnt the bottom of my cousins feet with the wax treatment and as it got close to.closing time the guy yelled at my cousin to.hurry and make her decision because the fact that theyre going to be closing soon, so Ill never go here again and I dont recommend anyone else either

I was a few minutes late to my appointment and they still had me. This was the first place that didn’t cut me while filing down the acrylic and cutting back my cuticles. The lady I had was super quick and kept her station clean. Prices are reasonable as well, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been to Bells every two weeks for the last few months and I always leave happy. My nails are beautiful, the vibe is relaxing, and you really get to enjoy being pampered. The techs are knowledgeable and personable and really take into account what you want and what your preferences are. They have a great selection of colors and designs and the salon itself is absolutely beautiful. I don’t have enough good things to say about Bells. They don’t bounce around between people either and I very rarely have to wait when I come in. 10/10. See y’all in two weeks!!!

My first time going to this salon was great. I went in for a fill and left pleased. Today I went for a full set of acrylics and left not even liking my nails. The gentleman who did my nails was friendly but seemed to rush through the whole process. While using the nail file he filed into my finger and left my finger bleeding without saying anything about it. My nails have sections hanging off of them off to the side that should have been filed down as well. He did listen when I asked him to make the nails slightly thinner than the standard acrylic nails, but continued to rush through the whole thing and you can tell by looking at them. I unfortunately do not plan on returning to this salon and feel like I wasted my money.

By far the best place I have experienced! My nails and eyebrows look fantastic. It was very relaxing and the atmosphere was very soothing. They were very nice, professional and very welcoming when I came in. I want to also add that I got turned down by two places prior to stopping by so I was very thankful I said how welcoming they made me feel. Bell is the ladys name that did my nails she was very gentle and very fast I give this business five stars and I definitely will be returning.

Richard did an amazing job on my nails. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I wish they had more seats for the waiting area. I had to stand for a bit and waited about 40 minutes before it was my turn. But it was well worth the wait!

The shop itself is beautiful inside and the facade of the staff is a nice touch but they majorly suck. I went there 2 weeks ago amd got a brand new full acrylic nail set. A middle aged woman sat down and got started on my nails. Never spoke a word to me, never asked how long I wanted them, what shape, or if I wanted gel or regular polish. She didnt even finish my nails just got up and left sending an older gentleman over to finish my nails. He silently did, also didnt even ask my preference on any of it. He tried to give me square long nails. I prefer short almond shaped nails. It took a out an hour and a half to do my nails. Normally it takes an hour, but if the quality is good then I dont mind the extra time. My nails started lifting the next day. Not only did they make them too long, they didnt shape them properly and didnt put enough acrylic on the back to hold my tips on my nails! I refuse to give them anymore of my money ever again and I caution you to do the same. They judge you when you walk in. If you arent barbie or ken then apparently you arent worth their time

Honestly Ive gave them a few chances and they always get it wrong. Dont clean my nails up. If you want great service and show great nail work/art I go to Taylor at serenity spa, you show her a picture and she copies it to a T and will make it look great. Never again will I come to this nail spa

The man who did my pedicure I think his name was David? Not sure. Anyways they were rude and not very friendly towards me. Im 7 months pregnant and waited a while with no where to sit and just received a fast bad quality pedicure. I knew they were fast service but I mean slow down a little and could be nicer to customers like myself.

Acrylic Nails broke within 2 days. Not worth my money. I had high hopes for the cost but definitely won’t return any time soon.

I got my nails done this morning and asked for a full set and showed a picture. Im not sure if the girl was new or what happened but my nails are bumpy and so messy and look terrible. I got a pedicure a couple weeks ago and that looks nice, but this time this younger girl did an absolutely horrible job. My nail tips are crooked the tips are raised up with the paint. I have a photoshoot today and I am very upset with the quality of service I was provided.

It seems the cost should be for the same services for all. The nails all looked good when done.

Lena was great! French ombre with a glitter powder accent nail. Their selection is out of this world! Every color imaginable and options and limitless! I am new to the area and had went to a couple different places but no luck. I was impressed with how new and pretty the nail salon was. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because of their cleanliness .My only complaint is that they dont offer, nor do they provide new files/buffers. Good thing I brought my own. Also, they dont sanitize their Dremel bits between customers. Being from Oregon this is something ALL nail Salons do for their customers. I would like to see sanitized tools being used before they are put on Dremel to be used on customers. Other than this, I loved the service I received!!!!❤
