I treated my nephew both times to get his hair colored. He got dark green the first time. It wasnt pretty at all. It looked yellowish green. Second time was bleached and then died red. She let him choose what red he wanted. It came out really nice. He loves it!She is very sweet to him the hole time she is doing his hair. They cut hair really good too.First 40$ with a 5$ tip.Second 60$ with 5$ tip. So very low price for the work she did.

I always get my hair cut at Supercuts by Miss Tammie. She always does a great job. I dont usually have to wait very long to be called for my haircut. They offer ample parking spaces. Its a nice, clean environment Ill be returning.

I love using the app to schedule my appointment, I feel a little guilty walking in to a full waiting room and immediately getting my name called. Stylists are all very friendly.

If you are desperate for a cheap, quick cut, this is the place, but would not recommend for quality. Went in at 4 and was told about a 45 minute wait, finally got called 2 hours later, after a number of other people that came in after us got called. I did ask for Denise as I saw her name in alot of good reviews, and was told I was next around the 45 mark. Then she called another people before me. My friend who was there with me and I found it amusing that every person who left was told you are next, tho!, no matter the order they came in or left. When I finally got called, my haircut was... mediocre. I asked for a side fade and the top to be cut to about 1-2 inches, also with a fade so the back is about an inch short than the front. The sides were barely blended and a bit Patchy, and the top was not done how I asked. I dont think Ill be coming here again.

Went to get grandsons haircuts. Was told to sign in on paper so we did. Several people came in after us and put phone number in system. They were asked if they called ahead and said no. After approximately 45 minutes and seeing 3 people go ahead of us that came in after we decided to leave. One of the stylist said sir yall are still in line. .these people were waiting on me. But I told her that 3 other stylist took people back before us. They never looked at the paper that they had us sign in on. Yes it was busy but they definitely showed no organizational skills other than trying to get her clients in before anyone else. Would not recommend or go back.

Went in told the lady cut the sides and top of my hair, and do not touch the back because I have been growing it out for a year. she was on her phone constantly not paying attention and the first thing she did was buzz the back of my hair I just told her not to touch! Horrible service, every experience I’ve ever had with them was terrible. This is the last place I would ever recommend for someone to go to.

Dont waste your time calling to set an appointment, because they will let a walk in go first. And you can only be inside with small children as a parent. They need to be more specific like age. Luckily they didnt mess up on my 12yr old sons hair. Great job on the cut, but bad job on the customer service we got from the other employee.

The lady worker accident made a small bald spot in back of my head that everyone can see it very clearly. She never admit and apologize to me. I found out later that day and was VERY upset that I paid for my haircut knowing nothing about bald spot. Wasted my money and tips. Never go back there ever again. I don’t think I’ll get over it with that bald spot. I am going to wear my hat until it grows back and get other haircut at different place.

Very reasonable price was not that long of a wait even during covid! I tipped extra cause my hair always comes out like I ask it to. Can show them a picture of what you want your hair to look like and, they can basically match it!

This location is managed like a circus, they cannot keep track of customers. Such disappointment... to think I wasted at least 2 hours and watched countless customers be attended before me, even after they called 2 people that checked in after I did.I will use a flowbe before I go back here.

I was very surprised by this place. I normally go to Texas Barber Shop. But they were closed and I was in a pinch needing a haircut. So I came here on a whim. And so glad I did! I got a great haircut for a fraction of what I normally pay. I wish I remembered the name of my stylest. She was awesome and atte tentative to ALL I wanted. I WILL return here next time. Just wished they did a straight edge trim. Hence the 4 stars. But she made sure I was completely satisfied before I got up. Thats just plain old fashioned great customer service. A field that seems to be a dying art. Keep up the good work ladies, youre doing a great job!

I got a senior discount I didnt even have to ask for - but I look younger with the fresh haircut 😆

Supercuts is great, why is it great because of its hairdressers, Im particularly fond of Desiree shes a great hairdresser shes fun to talk to shes professional,shes patient she listens to what you have to say about how you want your hair done she does her very best to give you what you ask for,Im old enough to be her grandmother yet theres no generation gap between us we understand each other very well I always enjoy myself there with her and the other ladies, the place is always full of customers so if you dont want to wait just call an hour ahead of time that way theres no wait time and actually the wait time really isnt all that long,when you see a business full of people theres a reason for that that means theyre doing a good job and youre in good hands, I recommend them 100%.

Josie own the business and is mostly family run. She has one girl who mainly cut men and boys hair. I have been going to her for a very long time. She takes walk in and appointment and has done quiet a awesome job with my hair. 2 years ago I decided to let it grow out and she has been so supportive. I have every summer been trying to get ready to cut my hair, yet she encourages me all the way. This will be my third summer with longer hair, I am looking for a book for different ways to braid hairJust a thought. Try out perfect cuts because each person is very professional. When I get my hair highlighted I have a chance to watch people and they treat everyone with respect a d dignity.

It was good and reasonably priced. I come here often and they always have exactly what Im out looking for. It can be hard to describe some pretty straight forward businesses but these guys are pretty spot on and usually have the products exactly as they are described in advertisements. I will definitely be a return customer and I am very pleased with my visit to this location.

The wait is terrible even when you call in. Called in, showed up 45 min later, waited an hour and they jump another in front of me and told me that was the ladies husband so she just had to take care of him real quick. I recommend brookwood barber shop. Way more organized

The first visit I would have given a 4 because of the wait only. Excellent with our little one. This visit lost that. Before I could say anything the girl shaved the back of his head, then said what, is that not right? I literally had to walk away leaving my husband to deal with it. She attempted to fix it by giving him a fade like nothing Id seen Before! I kept telling myself the difference between a good haircut & a bad haircut is 3 days...well 2 wks later its still terrible! Its uneven, streaks in places, I just cant tell how bad it Is! I dont know if well ever go back! If we do Ill NOT let them near him until Ive told them EVERYTHING! Also think Id check on there experience too.

July 2019: Very friendly staff! Unfortunately I wasnt happy with my cut. I wanted layers to style my long hair. She chopped the layers very unevenly! And the layers were not blended! I went to another hair salon to fix it and they had to cut my hair short to blend the layers. Very sweet ladies, but was not a good stylist, I will not be returning.

My wife just left there and was there 2 hours waiting and then took 40 minutes to cut and she left extremely unhappy. The girl didn’t even cut it how she wanted it right. It’s uneven and chopped up. It is seriously a chop job. The girl had to be told to fix it and still didn’t do it right.. very unhappy and would appreciate a manager contacting us seeing as how there is no management there this weekend at all..

Great place to get a haircut. Employees very nice and caring. The only thing I dont like is the call ahead. Places like that should be first come first served.

CALL AHEAD otherwise you will sit there for over an hour while people coming in way after you will go ahead. This is the second time I have attempted to get a haircut here this week and had to get up and leave because I have other things to do than sit over an hour waiting for a 10 minute haircut... I calmed down and went back in and after another 10 minutes i finally got in. As far as the haircut itself the lady that cut my hair did an amazing job so good in fact that I tipped her $12 almost the cost of the haircut itself.

Really enjoy the atmosphere. I get my sons hair cut here and they do such a wonderful job. That says alot because my son has impossible cowlicks. He is a very well behaved boy and loves those ladies that cut his hair all handsome.

See Charlie, she is the best. She doesnt just hack at your hair. She really listens to what you need. If your unsure about how much to remove she will start small and see if you need more off. She is Great!!

I called ahead of time and asked specifically if there was someone there that could possibly strip the red out my hair and lighten it to a blonde and the woman told me yes . So I came in and everyone just looked at me sitting there . 15 min later another worker had to check me in and then everyone was like “oh that’s who that was sitting there the whole time” well YEAH ! Would’ve known if you would’ve greeted me . And then when I actually got my hair looked at the told me they couldn’t do nothing to my hair cause their “not that kind of shop” won’t be coming back, even for a basic trim, got there at 1pm and just left at 1:34pm with nothing

I normally would choose a chain hair salon. However, my mother went in and lucked out. Next in line for an appointment was Nikki! She is the salon manager, often teaches different types of hair style classes and she is up to date with the latest trends. Ask for Nikki. She BBC qill style you right, correct and will not steer you wrong!!!!

If you don’t call in anybody who did gets in front of you, even if they left and came back. Waiting an hour it not a good system. They say wait is 20 minutes UNLESS somebody comes in that called. Not a good system. Won’t be back

Garbage.They used to be half decent, but lately it seems that calling in for an appointment doesnt make a difference, and people without appointments get to come in and get done first.If you only serve people on a walk in first come first serve basis then dont waste your customers time by pretending youre scheduling them an appointment.Been there a total of 3 times including this one, have had a total of one good experience, wont be going back, and cant reccommend that anyone else does either.

This place is the only place I have found to get my two year olds hair cut. They are patient and understanding to his needs. I highly recommend them.

Im not a big fan of Supercuts due to other branches Ive been to. However the staff here seemed to be able to read people and it was nice that they could talk to each other instead of trying to make small talk happen with all of their customers. As an introvert Im thankful.The care and cut they gave my hair was wonderful, the products they used were so good that after I left I literally came back and purchased them because I couldnt live without.Ive given them three stars here because this should be reviewed in parts and I cant make a solid review unless Ive been seen by more than one staff member.My only complaint is because I am stubborn and grew up in a time when bread was a dollar and gum was fifty cents a pack. Their products are overpriced. But in a way that a convenient store overprices their products-- so theyll actually turn a profit. If you want to support the business please buy the products from there. If youre a broke scrooge like myself, please consider purchasing the products for a more reasonable price at places like Walmart or Amazon.

One of the hairdressers was extremely disrespectful to myself and my boys while my daughter was getting her haircut. They had a magazine on the bench and walked over to look at another one and because they didnt put it back right away she made a comment about how I raise my kids. I will definitely never go to this location again and definitely dont recommend you go especially with kiddos
