Becky is the best hair color stylist Ive ever had. Perfect every time. She is very knowledgeable about what shes doing and a great listener. Always does my hair exactly how I want it. My color and cut looks great. Looking forward to showing it off at my wedding.

Paid $140 for a perm I absolutely HATE. :-/ However, the stylist, Becky was very sweet. She just completely missed what I was asking for, bc it definitely wasnt a poodle. :-/

It was a good cut, and shampoo for my 79 year old mom

I asked for layers on my long hair and the layers are all uneven and some are longer on one side then the other. Now have to cut my hair short . Very dissatisfied and upset

Latoria is a gifted, and professional hair stylist. I love how she cuts my hair. She always cuts it how I like it, and does what I ask. She works hard to get it right, and how I like it. She can give a stylish haircut! Smart Style Salon doesnt charge that much, and is a wonderful salon in a convenient location.

If I could give no stars I would. After arriving at 1 and came to realization that one lady was working, who by the way didn’t greet or say a word, walked around and discussed with her how long it would be. She asked please be patient I am by myself today. Which is fine no problem. My girl further discussed and explained hey I’m going to sign in and then leave my number so that I don’t have to sit and wait but please call when you’re near done. Employee then agreed. After checking in ever half hour like clockwork and hour and a half later we discovered a new customer in the chair getting a haircut. After we ask hey what happened. O I didn’t see you and he was here. Ok so the conversation we had and all the checking in you never once said I am almost done or even tried to call us like discussed. You agreed to call and if calling was a problem all you had to do was say if someone else comes up then I need you here because then we would have never walked around Walmart we would have just waited. We only had a two hour window to manage this all in because of kids and being a Sunday needing to get ready for the week. So now because of this employees irresponsibility. Now we will never ever visit this smart style again simply because of your shotty employees manners. O and by the way never got an apology just simply o I didn’t see you. So thank you smart styles for wasting two hours of our valuable time with our family to only be embarrassed and humiliated and how mistreated and how insignificant we are to you thank you so much for showing us you don’t value you customer loyalty or service. Goodbye forever smart style and also please know anyone that I know will be cautioned to always steer clear of the type of people you employee at 4th st Walmart smart style. You’re by far the worst customer service I have ever seen at any smart style. It would all have been fine had you just called and explained that a customer was there or anything instead of acting as if our time wasn’t valuable and that you can just have friends jump ahead of the line hope it was worth it. And after asking for your name you made sure to never say it the same way u never would apologize.

First few haircuts were great. however, the most recent visit (Dec2014) was horrible. The lady that cut my hair left me with uneven hair. I didnt notice that until I got home. I ended up going to a new barbershop to fix the issue. Recommend not going there.

Went to the 4th street Wal-Mart. The lady I would have preferred wasnt there so I let someone else cut it. I asked for a long layer, no shampoo, no style, just a hair cut. It didnt look bad in the salon while it was damp but after it dried it just looked chopped not layered and it was way too short to call a long layer. I went in with my hair almost to my rear end and left with it just above the middle of my back. To top it off, she charged me 25.00!!!!! Just for a hair cut!! A bad cut at that!!I also asked about the express cut for 12.97 and she said that cut consists of ONLY a straight across cut.. Im like,,wthWhat a rip off!!

Hailey today did an amazing job at coloring and styling my hair. Normally I have the worse experiences at Wal-Mart she talked whole time was very funny and likable pls ask for her when getting a hair cut....Wal-Mart on the loop

Nice haircuts; kinda pricey.

Worst hair cut ever! Walked out thinking my cut looked weird, but after going home and washing it I looked in the mirror and it was chopped and one side was a 1/2 longer then the other. Called to tell her the problem and she replied, my head must have been crooked. There are also strands of hair she missed. I just wanna cry it looks so bad...

They are a rip off I was charged 65.00 for a style I normally pay 25 to 30.00 for never going back ! All I got was a wash, trim and flat iron and nothing else !
