When this place first opened it was legit. Now the past 4 times me and my two sons come here we wait up to three hours and there will only be 2 barbers. When the barbers are done with one haircut, they take hour long breaks without letting customers know it will be another hour. Poor customer service. LONG wait times. And for the cost you could send yourself to barber school.

On Monday afternoon I made an appointment with them for this Tuesday because I could not wait any longer. (Tuesdays are by appointment only.) Although I was a walk in and there were several customers in front of me, I had to take care of unexpected business and could wait no longer. So upon apologizing to the barbers for abruptly leaving one of the barbers asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for Tuesday at 9 or 10 am. I chose 10am. I showed up 10 minutes early. When no one had arrived at 10am I called the number on the door and left a message. I waited until 10:15am and went to another barbershop. The haircuts that I seen leave the shop seemed sure enough though. I seen men, women, and children get haircuts there that looked just fine. Not bashing them, just stating my experience.

Great experience. Astro is an extremely talented barber. I walked in, got in his chair, threw a design I wanted in my hair at him and he freestyled it to perfection. Definitely my new spot for haircuts.

Don’t go here if you are old, may die waiting

If you’re into top notch service then this is NOT the place to go! Mind you this was our first visit, and our LAST! My son and I were told it would be a 20 minute wait after have waited 20 minutes. To add we was not greeted, and this a barbershop filled with MEN! I sat in my car and my son sat inside. After seeing at least 6 people go in and out I was puzzled as to what was going on, after-all there was only two people ahead of my son at sign in. So it’s a hour now I go in and asked what might be going on, they look at me and let me know my son is next after the barber got done with his client he just started on. Think about it, its probably going to be a two hour visit here after being told 20 minute wait then two people ahead of my son. My point is treat people with the up most respect even tho they’re new to your place, don’t forget that they’re waiting, they come to you for service so be of service cause anyone can chose to go anywhere, but they chose your place of business. Y’all failed in every area possible here. I am a single mom with 1 day off and the last thing I need in my life is my time wasted cause someone failed to deliver.

They were really great!!! Was busy but spoke had me sign in and I was in a chair within a good amount of time. Watched and EVERYYYYY BARBER had really good technique and gift cutting. Great friendly family atmosphere which is rare.

The black lady barber messed up my fade and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I complained and they gave me my money back.. other guy seemed to know what he was doing though but wouldn’t recommend space cuts Derby’s is better!

This is an A1 barbershop plain and simple. I just moved to Longview and had to find a new barbershop, and I’m really picky with my cuts. Really picky. I walked in and immediately got in a chair, and got one of the best cuts I’ve got in awhile. In and out in under 30 minutes. I definitely found my new barbershop. I’ll be back for sure. I highly recommend Space Cuts.

I’ve been to many barbershops here in town and this one here is by far the best in town the barbers and cosmetologist are great very down to earth they treat everyone as equals make you feel at home kind of like family actually the environment is great kid friendly and very clean I love how everyone from the customers to the employees get along definitely the best shop in town I highly recommend it!

Place needs to be cooler. Shades and fans would be great. Other than that this is a great place.

Walked in with two buddies about an hour after they opened...all the barbers were busy cutting hair, and there was customers waiting. We walked upto the counter to sign-in or get on some kind of list. There wasnt a list. No one acknowledged our entrance, informed us where to wait....guy literally looked passed us...and called the next person up....stood there for 5 mintues and left. Wont be returning
