GREAT service, as always. I was out of town, visiting in Longview, TX, when the check tire pressure light came on in my car. I drove to the Discount Tire store and they had a line set up that you could just drive through specifically to check and adjust tire pressure! AMAZING idea and the usual 5 star service. It literally took me 3 minutes for them to check and air up all 4 tires. Discount Tire is the BEST!

I never give reviews but these guys are great. They have put together a solid team at this location. It is always running smoothly and efficiently. They are the best in town hands down.

Only place Ive bought tires since 1985, its the service, guarantee they always honor, price and quality of tires. Rarely had a tire problem in all those years and was taken care of with a smile. Nope, dont work there, just a satisfied customer.

LONGVIEW TX Store.... On 3-26-2021....I would like this to get to the Owner of Discount Tires or someone Representing owner... I am from Oklahoma and had traveled 4 1/2 hours to purchase a 40’ Tandem axel trailer...After getting trailer I was worried that the trailer would not make it back due to the tires.,.After googling for tire stores near me there was a few choices,I picked Discount Tires because I use them In Oklahoma and are Happy with my service there... I got there around 5:00 and every bay and parking spot was full,I purchased 8 tires and when the crew started working on mine the outer duals came off easy,But due to how long they were on my trailer the inner wheels seemed almost like they were welded on to the drum,After a long time of using penetrating oil and using a sledgehammer they finally came off....The Guys stayed till 7:30 to make sure I wouldn’t have any problems back to Oklahoma,This was one of the most Pleasant stores I have been in,And if I was ever close to the area and needed tires I would DEFINITELY go there again...I Hope the Company takes care of these guys and they stay together,For as a Group are a AWESOME TEAM to REPRESENT (Discount Tires) Again,Thank You Guys... Amazing crew and fast at what they do

My husband and I visited Discount Tire a couple of weeks ago when our low tire pressure light came on in our Camry. We were pretty sure one of the back tires was leaking. We took our car to these guys, and our attendant thoroughly looked over our tire and found nothing wrong. He checked the other tires as well, and it turned out they all just needed a little airing up. We appreciated their thoroughness, kindness, and honesty. They were also quick. And it was all free! I highly recommend this place!

Went in for a rotation. Total time about 10 minutes. It was all hands on deck here, even the manager was working. The store is very clean, and has ample waiting area. Free water is available to guests. Bathroom is cleaner than I expected.

Discount went above and beyond making sure the customer experience was great. I purchased the wrong tire and they changed them out for what I wanted on the same busy Saturday proving they care about their customers. Thanks Jacob for taking care of tire needs.

Bad experience, had a blow out on a road trip. they werr crazy busy. we tried calling ahead but they wpuld not answer any questions until we got there. almost 3 hours to get one tire put on. wish i had gone somewhere else.

They got me in and out, tire change, it was busy, expected a 2hr turn around, but was ready in 30 mins. Life customer now.

Exceptional customer service and excellent products with something to fit each budget. You can do much worse as far as Longview tire shops go. I personally dont go anywhere else for my tires.

My daughter recently came to visit, and while here she had low air pressure in her tire. I told her no problem we will stop by Discount Tire, and they will take care of it. (she did not purchase the tires at Discount Tire) We drove into the free air check area and the service tech discovered a screw in her tire. The removed and screw and made the repair for no charge.Today I went in for a tire rotation on my truck. I had an 8:00 appointment. I arrived shortly before 8:00. When they opened, they took the truck right away and 11 minutes later I am on my way. My wife and I have purchased out tires from Discount Tire for almost 15 years. I can recommend this company to anyone looking for great service!

Absolutely the best place to get new tires. I paid the extra $15 for the warranty. And sure enough 8000 Miles into my new tires they got torque cracking. They gave me two new tires for free. And of course I went ahead and put another $15 warranty per tire. $33 out the door got two brand new tires balanced and rotated. I will never get tires anywhere else. ❤️

What can I say? You go online, you find the tires you want, you set up an appointment, and pay for them. Then, all you have to do is show up when you are supposed to. These guys will get you in and out QUICKLY! I havent had to spend more than 30 minutes waiting in Discount Tire in over 10 years. Yes, I keep going back because these guys have made it that pleasant.

I took my 2107 Lexus GS 350 to Firestone for an air leak in my front left tire. They were going to charge me $46.00 to repair it if it was repairable. Told me it wasn’t repairable and that I needed a new tire. I didn’t fall for that. I told him to just put the tire back on and I’ll get back with them. Took my car to Discount Tire the next day. They repaired the tire and didn’t charge me a dime. Zero charge!!!!! The employees are kind and considerate. Exceptional service. This is now my new tire shop. Had a nail in my tire and the staff got right on it. Got me back on the road and since I had the warranty on the tire, didnt cost me a dime. Friendly mgr and staff. Great place to have tires checked and aired if needed.

This place was very busy! However they are quicker than our car dealership and work on all makes and models. Have been doing my tire business there since they first opened. Dependable service and free flats repaired.

Would never go there again. Took my Jeep Wrangler there to get my tires rotated. After waiting around 2 hours finally got it back and didn’t even think to check the job they did (which is my own fault). Well a couple days go by and I go to do the brakes on it and come to find out they rounded off about 10 lug nuts which made me have to go to another tire store to even get them off. When they finally get the lug nuts off they also find that discount also stripped one of my studs so I will have to change that out. From now on I will take all of my business somewhere else

The staff were all wearing masks for Rona. I didnt have to wait long without an appointment. The affordable tires here have better reviews and shorter stopping distances than anything else I looked at. Got new valve stems too. The tires were fresh stock as well, only a couple of months old. The last set I bought at a Midas in GA were 7 years old when I bought them and didnt last 5k miles before starting to rot enough that the tread separated off one so thats important to me now. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and the Treadwell feature on their website was very useful. I dont drive much so price and stopping distance were the most important factors to me and I was able to find Sentury Touring tires that were very affordable with stopping distances as short as premium Michelins. The car rides very nice when I left and had no problems with alignment or balance. The Sentury tires didnt make the ride any louder or less comfortable. I cant speak to the longevity yet because I just got them but it seems like the store and staff did their part right. They also put air in my donut spare. For my little car at least, all the good tires were cheaper here and the cheap tires were better. They also price match.

Im having a very rare issue with a tire that is leaking air, but they cant find the leak. They have been working with me to get it fixed. Im curious to know myself where its leaking from !! Im glad its only flat on the bottom !!??

I wanted to replace my tires on my 2016 car. The dealership didnt even have the tires I needed. Not only did they have the tires but they were at a very good price over 20.00 cheaper than what the dealership would have charged per tire. They put them on promptly and gave an excellent warranty with them. Will only go here from now on.

Stopped in to have my air checked and found a tire I bought there had a bubble in it. They ordered a new tire which came in the next day and I got a new $200 tire put on for the cost of a new warranty($30)

Very fast service, ordered my tires for install and when they arrived i was in and out quickly.

I bought two new tires to replace the back tires on my car. I went for my appointment and told them I needed the new tires put on the front. I said I wanted the front tires put one the back. Instead they put the new tires on the back and the back tires on the front. I am on a fixed income and cant afford to buy two new tires to replace the ones that were bad that they put on the front. When they said my car was ready I asked if they had put the new tires on front and the front tires on back. They said they had so I left. This happened on 12-10-19 in Longview TX. I didnt notice the mix up till the next morning, I have never had a problem with Discount tires until this happened. Dont get me wrong they are very friendly here and quick.

Very polite counter workers. Service was fast and efficient. Prices were better than most other places. We left our vehicle so we could go run other errands and they sent a text message soon after we had left to let us know our truck was already ready. We will definitely go there again the next time we need tire service.
