I have used them before and they were AMAZING this time it was horrible & still had to pay ANOTHER Mechanic to fix their mess up. Very disappointed because I liked them but likes doesnt keep me driving.

They do exceptional work. This is the only place we take our vehicles. They are fast, efficient and reasonable.

I have used Pine Tree Automotive several times, HOWEVER the last time I took my Jaguar in the mechanics left 2 bolts out of my fuel line assembly. The entire engine block was covered with fuel and smoking before I could get the engine turned off, half a tank spewed out on engine. I took the vehicle to North Town Automotive where Joe solved the problem and stated I was lucky the car did not catch on fire.

My truck was repaired and now she runs like new! They fixed what was wrong and did not push me for add on repairs. The staff had knowledge and personality to match! They have a new client in me and all my repair needs from now on!

I took my car in to have the rack and pinion and power steering pump replaced. It took them 4 days and three tries to get it repaired properly! Either the mechanics, who look very unprofessional and disheveled (one with the little pony tail wouldnt stop staring at me...totally creeped me out) couldnt figure it out or the parts they put in my carWere junk to start with.... It was extremely frustrating. Not only that, the mechanics totally ruined my interior floor mat with greasy foot prints. The second time I brought it back, I had to ask them to put down something to protect the carpet! The third time we got it back, there was a HUGE scratch down the passenger side door! I will NEVER take my car here again. The Three Stooges could have done a better job!ween

The owner of the place and his wife cursed me out and told me to leave because I asked them to check my engine to properly see if the problem was the right problem.. They told me not to come back.. I was just trying to save money for my wife and daughter. Mr. Ronnie is the only one there that cares. The other people who service the office just want money.

I have gotten great service from Pine Tree Automotive since I started with them back in October or November of 2017

I spent $720.00 and nothing to show for it! My vehicle runs the same as when I left it. Im contacting the BBB and then going to small claims court.

All these reviews are fake. They couldnt tell me the right price until it was done. They fixed the wrong thing. My car had scratches that werent there before. They werent friendly at all, they left the stick out of my oil, and no joke my car broke down on the highway the day after I got it back. It took them 2 days instead of 2 hours.

Believe me these guys went above and beyond for my Mom and I.10stars on customer service and quality work!! Thank you Pine Tree Automotive.
