Unfortunately i needed them 2 times in a month... But fortunately they are amazing. There drivers are the most professional caring safe drivers ive ever met. They act like first responders would as in making you feel safe, comfortable and cared for. Rodney... Was beyond what i expected from a driver. You guys are all the best. Wait time isnt much, the cost is very fair.

Vehicle was serviced here. Prices were lower than expected. Was kept informed of any other charges prior to work being started. Was given a time when work would start and be completed by, shop completed job ahead of schedule.

So I am sitting in the parking lot of of la familia restaurant and what do I see? A Carls towing truck with a little black car on his flat bed. No big deal right? Wrong it looks to me as if he was racking up a tow bill because I seen him at least 4 times or more go down Washington way cut over to vandercook and drive passed his own tow yard.

Needed a tow. I was helped by Robbie C. Very professional and great at his job. Give this guy a raise!

I’m not usually the type to complain about things going amiss, but I honestly wish 0 stars was an option. Our experience started great, but slowly that excitement dwindled when our driver was nearly an hour late. When my husband called him and asked if everything was ok (since you know, he had our property on the back of his vehicle) he admitted that he stopped to eat something to eat. Which I mean, hey not a huge deal right? But is it really that professional to stop and get food when you’re on a call? Let alone, not calling the customer (that is paying $400+ for a tow) and letting us know? Then when he arrived, it starts with him not wearing a mask. On top of not wearing a mask, he was “dip spitting” all over our property. But just wait... there’s more. Our vehicle is older, and doesn’t currently start without some help. So, the steering is a little difficult, my husband offered to get in the vehicle to help steer as he released the vehicle from the bed. The driver refused his help. INSTEAD he pulled the steering wheel so hard, that he BROKE THE STEERING BOX LITERALLY IN HALF... So, not only am I out the money for a tow fee, I also have to pay a few hundred dollars to have the steering box replaced on my vehicle. I’m super happy... 10/10 would not recommend.

Shout out to the flatbed driver who got behind ourTruck on i5 with his lights on helping control traffic, around 2:20pm by woodland. We very much appreciate his generosity of helping another tow company out ❤️Stay safe out there!

Ive worked with these guys before. Really good people from the office to the guys in the yard.

Called AAA at 4:00 because the steering went out in my truck and spewed fluid all over.. Was told Carls towing was on the way and would be their around 8:15 proceeded to wait 4 hours. Recieved a call from Carls driver stating that due to our location they will not accept AAA we must pay cash $210 an hour... We arrange the funds within 5 minutes only to have the driver leave to the next call... Ok so when can he be back? To then be told they do not have a 4x4 truck capable of towing from our location... On a gravel road? SO now at 9:30 it is dark and we have wasted 5 hours. Do not call Carls if you are on gravel, their trucks or drivers are incapable.

Today I called them to talk to them about my Toyota Camry in which was involved in a hit and run accident. Yes a hit and run. My Toyota was stolen by a local car thief. He stole my car after hitting my mechanic in the head with Brass knucks. Thence proceeded onward to drive it down 3rd and Ash Streets in South Kelso.To tell it plainly the car needed to be towed. Because of the young mans decision to beat down a man and turn the keys on and drive off and take my car on a joy ride without permission, I now have no car to drive. TOTALLED they call it.So Police called this companyand they responded well and the seceretary was very knowledgeable and very polite to say the least. To be fair I recommend this company with five stars. They are the pros in the business.

Contacted Carls Towing via telephone (very friendly) concerning a relatives pick-up truck. The battery was dead, could not shift transmission and clutch pedal was weak. We had the vehicle towed to their shop, after evaluation & estimate of repairs was agreed upon, it was completely repaired to our satisfaction within 2 days. We so appreciate the quick and friendly service provided.

Thank you Carls! My car died in a bank drive-up window Monday. Difficult for the technician to get to, jumps didnt work, more difficult getting it hooked up to their tow truck - did it! After charging the battery down at their shop, its running again - no charge. Weve used Carls Towing for years (both through AAA and on our own) and have always been happy with their friendly, fast, efficient service - highly recommend them!

3 years ago my car was stolen after I decided not to drink and drive after a New years party. my insurance company that I had of the time wouldnt cover the towing fee so I was left the $391 bill. Whens the office and explained to them that I was currently unemployed due to convict 19 and that I could make weekly payments. After hearing my story the manager said they would wave the fee and take care of it for me. I cant thank them enough! Grade A people 👌

Had a car fire and needed my car towed to the dealership in Longview. The driver, Matt, was so concerned and stayed with me until my husband picked me up. Very courteous, concerned and conscientious. I appreciated his concern for me.

I blew a manifold gasket in my 30 motorhome on the way to the Oregon coast, New Years Eve. This company went above and beyond to get me home that night, in a heavy driving rainstorm. I cant say enough about the the service and effort they put into a very difficult situation. BIG thumbs up!

I have called these guys three times to get me into my vehicle. The most recent time, my 7 year old locked my phone my keys and my toddler in my van at the gas station. The phone call to my insurance company to have a truck dispatched took longer than it took this gentleman to come unlock my van. Thank you for the quick help!!! I had Steve R come to pick me and my truck up last night and bring me to my house for a haul of 42 miles. After my stressful event everyone I talked to at Carls was nothing but polite, even the ride with Steve was pleasant this is a young man who truly loves his job and the company he works for he spoke so highly of everyone he works with it was very refreshing to have someone in this field who loves their job as much as Steve does. He was able to turn my horrible mood into a better one so I thank you Steve so much for that I really do. I would recommend Carls to anyone in this area. Thank you to the personnel for being so courteous to those of us who may not be to you during our stressful times.

Blew a flat tire 97 miles from home and Graham arrived within an hour, drove my wife and I with our vehicle in tow back to Tacoma in great time. Highly recommend them.

On Saturday April 22nd, my vehicle broke down. After doing some research I found out I would have to send my vehicle to Portland to get it fixed, I called around and to be honest not many tow companies would even consider helping us because we had to go 40+ miles across state lines. That is till I called Carls Towing. They were happy to help and they helped tow my precious to Portland, granted it cost nearly $330 but the fact is I would have paid anything if it meant getting my vehicle repaired. Thank you Carls Towing, if I need another tow, I know who to call.

I was beyond impressed with the service my husband and I received from Carls Towing. Our driver, Jay, was so friendly, and was so nice to our 2 dogs, which is a major plus in my book! He offered multiple times to stop and let the dogs out, anytime we needed. We were towed to our house about 180 miles away, and not once did it seem uncomfortable. Breaking down was not part of our weekend plan, but I couldnt have been happier with the choice AAA made to send out this company. Jay spoke highly of the owners and his coworkers, and I got the feeling that everyone who works there was treated as family. I would absolutely recommend Carls Towing!

The tow guy ran up the bill to 6 hours for a 30 minute drive and damaged my rv, he hit a sign and knocked off a side panel. He promised to pay me and rectify the situation and then denied it ever happened when I spoke to his boss. He claimed to take me to the best repair shop in town and on top of the repairs they did failing 2 days out of the shop they were two weeks late. In hindsight I would have left my motorhome where it was and abandoned it instead of paying these evil people for their fraud and lies.

I called Carls yesterday with a very sticky situation. I was helping a friend who needed her 37ft motorhome moved. The move itself was very tricky because the space was so tight. On top of that the motorhome wasnt cooperating! Melvin Buck did an amazing job. He was efficient and kind as he worked and actually charged me less than I was quoted. My friends motorhome was moved and we were all thrilled! Thanks Melvin you dont know how much this means to us!

They make it very difficult to impossible to even retrieve your personal belongings. Very poor customer service. Its seems like their fee system makes it damn near impossible to ever even get your car back, which is how thier business survives.

They wanted to charge my 16 year old daughter $900 to pick up her car after a car fire. The driver wanted cash or debit card only before pickup. When I called the office they couldnt even tell me how much it would cost to toe it and the driver tells the prices. Sounds like Highway Robbery!! They should be investigated. Dont use this tow service unless to have money to throw away.

Carls was a lifesaver! My mom and I were stuck on a dangerous overpass shoulder and called the cops and waited for about an hour without them showing up. Finally, I Googled tow truck companies and found that Carls was the closest. We called, and Walter, the driver, estimated it would take around 20 minutes to reach us, and he got to us in 10! The state trooper and him got there at the same time. The rate was much more affordable than we expected and Walter was very nice and accomodating. Carls Towing actually saved our lives.

For a crappy day these folks were life-savers. Our only vehicle broke down on my husbands daily commute from Longview to Vancouver. We panicked to think what the cost would look like. Not only was it much more INEXPENSIVE than we had feared our driver DON was excellent. He was friendly, communicative and squirreled our truck into the hard-to-access driveway for us instead of parking it on the street. Very Helpful! Thank you Don!

These guys made the best out of a bad situation. As it turns out, the catalytic converter on our truck was causing the engine to fail. They helped me get a tow where I needed to go with really good customer service. If you get stuck somewhere close to Longview, give these guys a ring. Theyll treat you right!

ARE YOU OUTTA YOUR MIND!...Well, it was midnight,he was there 1/2 hour after I called, and unlocked my car in a minute...but EIGHTY DOLLARS!!

We blew a tire just out of Longview and called AAA. We are from Canada and didnt know what tire shops were in the area. Carls Towing showed up in 30 minutes and a very nice young man named Josh not only put our spare tire (donut) on, but offered to lead us to the tire shop in Longview. We were on the road in 2 hours.
