I have used this place for years and the service and pricing have been great. Staff has always been friendly, upbeat and accommodating. I think management must have changed because the staff seem to be annoyed when you come in and rather combative when you ask questions. Think it’s time to find a new place to go.

A huge thank you to the Jacksonville location. I was on my way to Bullard from Center to watch the Timspon Band when I suddenly had 10 lbs less air than I should have in my passenger rear tire. I had been good the whole way so I knew I had to have hit something that caused a slow leak. Google maps pulled up this location on the route so I pulled in and asked if they could fix it. They said of course and had me ready to go in 10 minutes! When I tried to pay they refused and sent me on my way! I cant thank you guys enough for the help you gave me today. I made it in time to see my daughters last UIL competition, and that is priceless 💜 You guys obviously know good customer service and I wish I were closer to use you regularly. Thank you again!!!

My wife and I ran over something yesterday while out running errands so we went to Discount who has always done our tires. They said the hole was in a place where it couldnt be replaced and a new tire (which they didnt have in stock) was going to be $300. I called Bill Day at my wifes suggestion and they told me to bring it in so that they could take a look at it. They ended up being able to fix it and said they get many of those instances per week where someone else wont fix it. To top it all off they didnt charge me a dime. This is where Ill be getting all of my tires from here on out. Im old enough to understand and know that customer service seems to be a lost art and when you find a place that values it please support them.
