I’ve lived here at Wellington for just over two years and I have no complaints! The property is GORGEOUS; the amenities are always clean, the landscaping is always pristine, and the staff is the friendliest!! Being pet friendly and family friendly are two big pluses also!Everything makes you feel right at home and you automatically have a little community/family of your own when you move in!

Was not a good first impression went to view apartments and didnt even get through door.

I lived here for about a year, I originally moved to the complex next door when I came to Longview but moved here as soon as my lease was up next door.I loved my stay at Wellington Grande, never had a single issue while living here.If you’re looking for a really nice and safe community in Longview Wellington Grande should definitely be at the top of your list.

I lived at the Wellington briefly two years ago with my parents and I absolutely loved it. The apartments are beautiful, its quiet and everyone is very friendly. I recently contacted the Wellington about my rental history and even though I had lived there in two years they treated me like I was one of their residents. Krista is super helpful and is amazing at her job! You will not be disappointed living here!

Love living here!!!!! I feel like I am on a vacation. The staff here are all so kind and helpful. Krista Morris is so very helpful and attentive to all needs. I live in a 3 bedroom and have plenty of space. Everything is clean and well taken care of. I work and come home to easy living!!!!! Looking forward to enjoying the pool this summer. The hot tub has been refreshing on cool days. I love the Wellington here in Longview. It’s like a vacation but I am home.

Great location! I almost rented here but found a comparable place for less money. However, this place is really nice and clean. The buildings look great!

This is our first time to live in an apartment and we had heard negative things about apartment life so we were a little nervous. The Wellington has been a very pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is friendly, the apartment is beautiful, the grounds are well kept and the staff is superb. We love living here and highly recommend the Wellington!

We moved in right after they were opened, and stayed for about two years. Absolutely loved living here! The staff was great, gym was well stocked, pool was beautiful and our neighbors were wonderful! Only reason we left was to buy our first house and have a yard for the dogs.

Management here is First-class: they really care about keeping the property the Best place to live! Your home does not look or feel like an apartment but someplace you feel comfortable entertaining or just relaxing from a hard days work. I love it here!

Had to give a review after I plan to leave this wonderful place. I have experienceed nothing but greatness of the management team the maintenance team. The floor plans and everybody that had a part in my lifestyle living.I am truly excited to move on but truly sad day I will not be able to find the standards that was set buy this apartment complex in East Texas. Im been in the big cities they call themselves apartment homes and make you feel like youre just a tenant this place makes you feel like your truly at home and not in a apartment no matter where you are on the property. It has a very warm inviting and friendly have only made two of my neighbors within the 8 months that Ive been here and they were awesome.. I hope that those of you that are looking for a home to truly call home you choose this place definitely five star... I love the way the apartments are designed over the garage is so it gives you more privacy and not disturbance of your neighbors thanks for a great design. The gym is on point great on demand fitness and tan beds. The pool and lounge area around to include the jacuzzi are the best because cleanliness is paramount. Wellington you rock

I have been a long term resident here and I absolutely love Krista the property manager. She always has been nothing but professional and courtesy when it comes to service. They are pet friendly and offer an array of amenities. Thank you for making my extended stay a welcome experience.

By far, the best apartments in Longview. The pool is amazing! The staff and customer service you get here is so welcoming, they make you feel like you have known them your whole life. They keep everything very clean and maintenance is on top of things. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely loved living here. My husband and I were there for 6 months and enjoyed it. It’s very quiet and everyone is very friendly.My only complaint is that after moving out in January and not hearing from the office for five months (except about a wedding package that was accidentally sent there that the person that moved in wouldn’t say they had) my husband gets a call from a collection agency saying we owe all this money for something we were never notified about via email, call or mail. Very unprofessional and seems like maybe they are running a scam! Nothing was ever posted to our account for them. I even showed up for wedding packages multiple times and was never notified in person. Beware of this scam! Once sent to collections the apartment people won’t talk to us about it.

Best apartment living in town! Moved here from Dallas and its very comparable to the apartment living in uptown. Best part is you have your own connected garage!! Amenities are also wonderful. Friendliest staff and location is perfect!

From walk through visit to signing papers to moving in; Wellington Grande has been terrific and comfortable to deal with. Office faculty are very nice and responsive and the complex is very clean. Great place to call home

Great community! The neighborhood feel makes it very homey. Clean and gorgeous property and landscaping. The amenities and units are the best youll find in Longview. Could not be happier.

Me, my husband, and my two fur kids love it here! Going on two years here and wont be leaving till we buy a house! Its quiet, clean, and secluded. Amazing staff!

In Fall 2018, I got correspondence from a collection agency about a frivolous cleaning charge by Wellington. Luckily I took time stamped pictures when I moved out in Fall 2017 and disputed the charge with the agency. The collection agency cancelled the frivolous charge after receiving the correct facts from me. Very unethical and bad management. Krista, Im surprised you are still there but I guess bad managers can survive for a while in Longview lol.For prospective renters, living options are limited in Longview, I would look at the place next door (The Reserve). There was also a nice looking new complex being built when I left in 2017 that may be a nice option.

Ive lived here almost a year & I love it so much, I just renewed my lease. Krista, Melissa, & Jessica all excel at their jobs & make living here amazing.

My family loves it here we have been here 2 years and we have no plans to leave this place is great people awesome staff very helpful plus they keep this place super clean awesome amenities everything is so close great job keep it up

Just passing by and decided to look up this place because I live in an apartment community currently and just love finding and searching new ones. Oh my goodness how I love this place, I may be moving to Longview just for this experience lol. Question? Does this owners have any properties in the Dallas area? Any in formation is helpful. Love coming home to Wellington! Awesome staff and the apartments do not feel like an apartment it feels like a home.

The leasing office had a printer that the residents could use. But the printer was out of order very often. And sometimes in the night, coyotes come into the complex. And some people let their dogs run around without a leash.

Really enjoy living here and its a great location too!

The apartments are great! The office management keep the property in tip top shape and are always willing to answer any questions you have for them.

The office staff is wonderful, responsible and very helpful. They are one of the main reasons I am living here.

Bottom line, the staff genuinely cares about the residents and go above and beyond to make Wellington Grande the best place to live in Longview. If I could buy my apartment and live in this community forever, I would!!
