Swapped my winter to summer tires here. Cost $80 (which is about on par with most other places) and had it done in less than 2hrs.

I had a wonderful experience here the other day. Came in for a balance and rotation, and they did it for free! They also inspected my car, and even emailed me the findings. The manager made me a delicious coffee after I had mentioned how tired I was. I’ll definitely be back when I need to buy my next set of tires!

Usually these guys rock with great service. But then, there are times when you wait, and wait, and wait. And you watch other customers come in later than you, but get served before you. It would help if they gave realistic expectations on time.

I woke up to a flat tire due to a screw. I went to Les Schwab first thing on a Saturday morning and was warmly greeted as soon as i arrived. They took in my vehicle and fixed the flat very quickly and as a added bonus..at no charge!! I have been a long time customer and will continue to be one.

We were on a 2 week road trip and were staying in Longmont, CO for a couple of days. Realized that one of my tires was losing pressure. Found Les Shwab Tire Center on Google. Called them at 4:00 PM. They said bring it on in and they would take care of it. They close at 5:00. Got there about 4:20. They took it right in, fixed it in 15 min. They told me, no charge and thanked me for coming in. If they ever have stores in the south, theyve got a customer. Thats Service!

Yesterday, I discovered a leak in one of my tires. I stopped by the Longmont location today and Darian quickly helped me. I thought that because my tires are run-flats, that it was likely not repairable. They quickly evaluated my tire and repaired it for free. I was so grateful for his help. I thought I would be a $1,000+ bill today. I will return once these tires reach the end of their life.

Im very happy with my tires, but I came into Longmont store on Monday, 4.12.21 and the unfriendly service doesnt phase me, but Anthony the tire tech repaired a flat and instead of putting in 36psi back in, he put in 65psi. Im surprised my tire didnt blow. Anthony is a lazy POS.

I needed an oil change and someone to check a tire that had leaked some air and so glad I made the decision to go here! Linda was so sweet. She checked me in and got everything going. The store manager, Justin, was so personable and made sure everything on my car was checked and up to par for my drive to Kansas. They ended up finding a screw in my tire so they patched it up, did the oil change and had me on the road in no time. Everyone was friendly, efficient and professional...everything I expect Les Schwab strives to be! If you have a need, bring your car here. They definitely do their best to take care of you and make sure you get your money’s worth!

Found a screw was causing a slow leak in my front tire. Called them late in the day and they said to bring it on in. Didnt take them even 20 minutes to plug it and send me on my way... for free. Really surprised me. I hope to return the favor in about 12K more miles when I have to buy 4 new tires.

I totally spaced that it is new years eve and came in for a screw removal/tire patch like 5 minutes before they closed, nobody said a thing about coming back tomorrow or making an appointment, they just took my info and keys and got to it.The shop is spacious and clean and it is evident that theyre taking excellent covid precautions.While I waited I watched them handle a frail elderly potential customer who wanted a job larger than what theyd be able to take on today, the staff member was so polite, advising the customer when to come back, giving him a business card and were just generally patient and clear and awesome, and another tech was listening to another guy go on and on about every car hed ever owned.I only mention it to point out that even though they were by now technically closed, none of the staff was pushy or anxious to get everyone out so they could lock up and go home.About 10 mins after close, they were done with my service, the staff member in charge of my job was again, super polite and friendly, took time to answer a couple of questions I had about my remaining tire life, and best of all, there was no charge for the patch or any associated work, which I wasnt expecting due to my tires not being from there. I wish I had thought to offer a tip or something but I spaced it, not wanting to take up any more of their time that theyd already been more than generous with.Oh and I want to especially mention, there was no up selling, no bs recommendations, no pressure tactics at all! What an unexpected relief.Due to the professional, kind, friendly welcoming atmosphere and staff I will be back when its time for tires and wont hesitate to recommend this location and team to my friends.Big ups to the entire staff (including the workers on the bay who were all over my car like a f1 pit crew), thanks and happy new year!

Everything was great, but once I left a constant flapping noise made me pull over half way home, all to discover that the tech didnt remove the stickers from the tires they mounted! It would have been easy to do before the tires saw use, but since I had driven a few miles they were torn and covered in road grime. I had to take 20 minutes to peel the many parts it had separated into off, and was covered in a sticky mess afterwards.Aside from this simple mistake, I would say that I was pleased with the front counter service and their waiting area was very clean and even had popcorn.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and wanted a pre trip check along with shocks. They said they checked everything, but my coolant was still low and my tires were not equalized..I will have to check all my other fluids.

Took my husbands car in for an alignment, mentioned muffler-area noise resulting from hitting a rock last year.Robert inspected the area, straightened some bent parts that were causing the noise, then explained to me what still needs to be replaced and why. He recommended a good mechanic, then printed up a page that showed the part in question so that I could carry on a semi-intelligent conversation with both my husband and the mechanic. Chris, the asst manager, also texted me photos of the damaged area. All for no extra charge!!! I was super impressed, and can comfortably recommend them to anyone without hesitation.PS- waiting area is super clean and nice, and staff is always friendly and courteous. Whenever I have had work done, they were respectful and never made me feel like a stupid little lady, which is more than I can say for some places Ive been to.

Good tire service but technicians parked my car across 2 handicap spots when I was ready to leave. It caused a large confrontation in the parking spots when someone tried to park there! Do better, please Les Schwab.

This is my first experience with Les Schwab, and after todays experience, it will not be the last. I called as soon as they opened up with a flat tire repair for a nail found in my tire. Upon arrival, I already had someone coming out asking me what they could help with. Customer service I received was excellent, and on top of that, they were able to the do the tire repair, for free, and I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. Everyone was very helpful, and the facility was very clean and presentable. I will be 100% coming back for any tire related items needed on my vehicles.

Justin and his team were totally amazing. I brought my truck in for an estimate on my brakes late in the day. His team went right to work, went out of thier way to get my parts in today and get me out the door. As a LYFT driver I need my SUV and they werent going to make me wait another day. The went to work, made sure I was covered not only on brakes, but tire rotation and oil change. Robert was awesome making sure I was covered and set.This type of customer service is amazing. I called Les Schwab Tire Center at approximately 5:15 on 7/9/19 to inquire about having a defective valve stem repaired/replaced on my business vehicle. I was hoping for the best because I needed to be on the road working first thing the next morning. Knowing they closed at 6:00, I wasnt sure what I would be told. What I was told was yes, bring it on down and well take care of you. I arrived around 5:35 and was promptly greeted in the parking lot by Justin, who inquired about my needs and took my vehicle right in the garage. At about 5:50, I was told the tire was fixed and I could be on my way. When I tired to pay for this awesome service, I was told no charge. The team said please consider us when you need new tires and thats all they would accept. Today was my first visit and experience with Les Schwab. They created a loyal customer with me and I will be back for any and all my tire related services in the future. All I could say when driving away was Wow!! How impressive!! Do NOT take your car here if you have a modified or even slightly complex vehicle. I called and asked before taking my 370Z to them for alignment explaining it was a complex car due to high quality aftermarket suspension & chassis parts, and whether it was okay for me to specify alignment specs, only to have some cocky kid go yeah...we do it all the time. As an engineer and former Benz technician I realize the extra work involved and even offered to pay them extra. But no, confident as ever, they took the car in and attempted alignment.Resulting damages:-Damaged threads in $800 control arm assembly, driver side-LOOSE lock nut on upper control arm adjuster (this could have literally killed me), driver AND passenger side-Rear toe not adjusted to 0.00* - 0.05* requested spec, was actually adjusted to 0.24L and 0.17R. Way off.The lack of customer care is just striking. Someone is literally paying you to perform work on their highly cherished vehicle and you couldnt care less about their needs. I attached the darn instructions for the fancy control arms and their tech was crying about having to look them up. $100+ mistake. Never again. It baffles me that you have technicians working for you who are unable to utilize shop equipment. All it takes is a little humility.

They have done work in the past and have been great. However, today was beyond my expectations. I brought in a tire, that was not purchased from them, that had a screw punctured in it. They promptly repaired/patched the tire and did not charge me anything!! This is, as stated by the employee, policy, which is an extremely generous one to have. Thank you for your excellent service.

The guys in the store were great. I had a flat and it was repaired quickly and free of charge. They put the spare back in the compartment and buttoned everything up nicely. I will definitely return when I need new tires!

I had a screw in my tire and a slow leak. I pulled in there and they looked fairly busy but I was greeted as I walked up to the store in the parking lot and they said theyd take care of my flat right away. They checked me in and estimated a 1/2 hour wait, so I sat in the very nice clean waiting space, had some popcorn, and watched my car get brought in to the bay. The dude literally ran my tire over to the fixing station and back and got me out of there in 20 minutes. They pulled the car to the front, handed me my keys with a smile and wished me good evening.

I called three shops that were closer to my house about a flat repair, all of them said I was going to have to drop the wheel off or make an appointment for another day. That wasn’t going to work for my schedule. I called these guys and was told they’d have me back on the road in 15-20 minutes. Great service, friendly staff, and they refused to take payment or even a tip for the flat repair. I will be returning to them for all of my tire needs.

Normally dont submit reviews unless the service is stellar. I came in without an appointment needing a quick repair on a tire for a riding lawnmower. They fixed it, cleaned it off and even put it back in my car for me. The staff were super nice and made everything very easy. A quick flat tire repair is obviously not a major task. Regardless, I received great service for a great price and wanted to let it be known.

Dropped set of tires and wheels at 9 am. They told me it will take about 2 hours to swap my tires and they promised to call me. They didnt call. I called them about 4 pm and they said almost ready. And they didnt call me. And now is 6 pm and they closed. It was my last visit to this store.

I just feel i need to make it aware to people about this place. i have a 95 subaru, it is old and beat up. i bought tires on the internet. called les schwab to see about bringing the rims and getting the tires i bought on them. they quoted me about $150. they said since i did not buy the tires from them, it will cost more. discount quoted 80 for all 4. schwab was almost 100% more. i have other cars, like 18 of them. i bought these online because i was not going to spend $500 on tires for a $500 car. i would for most of my other cars. i guess i need a place that can handle all my tire needs, and i guess discount will still get my business. sorry les. also, the lady that answered the phone had this oh well attitude. i should add that i called the headquarters and they verified that this was their policy to charge more for others tires. i guess they will not have this guy as a customer, because i just called every tire shop in longmont, and this place is 2x as much. they charge almost 100% more than every shop in longmont, let that sink in.

I have never had a bad experience here. I wont go anywhere else for my tires. Today my low tire pressure indicator light came on and I didnt even have to get out of my car, they saw me pull up and came out in the snow to check out my tires. They quickly checked them out, filled them and assured me they were just low a couple of pounds. They couldve fooled me into buying new tires but they are consistently honest and friendly. I went in to get their free brake check on my 2001 Subaru. Turned out the brakes were fine but the shocks were gone! They gave me a fair price to get all four replaced. I feel like I can trust them. The place itself is clean, friendly, and professional.

First time coming here to this facility, I must say they really take care of their customers! I came in for flat tire and tire rotation and it was FREE! Did I mention that I didn’t even buy the tires here?! If that’s not taking care of the customer I don’t know what is! Next time I need tires I will for sure be buying them here! Quality of the work done was excellent. The lobby was clean and pleasant, and the wifi allowed me to work remotely for the 3-hours that work was being done on my vehicle. My daughters tire had a nail in it resulting in a slow leak. We had some tire changing training that every teenage daughter should go through with her dad... Took the tire to Les Schwab and they got on it right away. I would have been happy to leave it but the guy said Hang around - my guys will get on it right away. It might have been only 10 minutes later the guy rolled it back out to my car and threw it in the back for me. No questions asked, no charge, no sales pitch, just quick friendly service. I think the next tire service I need Ill be coming here first!

I really like this Les Schwab. On several occasions they have been able to get me in without an appointment. Just had front brakes completely re-done (rotors, calipers and pads). They did a very good job and I can watch them re-torque the wheels from the lounge. Prices have been reasonable and very competitive.

Are getting quotes from several places, Les Schwab gave me the best price on tires (and also the friendliest vibe over the phone). They are just down the street from me, so that makes everything better. All of the guys I talked with were friendly and they got my tires taken care of faster than they estimated. Their warranty seems solid. Ill be back for regular tire upkeep and probably other work in the future.

This place is awesome!! I noticed on my break that I had a screw in my tire and did not look low but I had to make a drive to Denver so I want to get it checked out I first went to discount tire there in Longmont and they said that they could not patch the tire and insisted I needed 4 new tires The tires are older but I have very little wear considering I used other rims with other tires. I decided to have it looked at Les Schwab they said that they could definitely patch the tire if it even needed it checked it and the screw hadnt even punctured it told me my other tires looked great and I wasnt in need of anything new for a while. I was so relieved and grateful for their honesty I wanted to go ahead and get my tires rotated and do business with them and they were done much to my surprise there was no charge for that! This is a great company I will never go anywhere else! Thank you guys so much for your integrity!

I had an alignment done in late August in order to get new tires put on. I noticed this weekend that the inside of both tires are almost bare and the outsides look brand new. The car never pulled or steered wrong. I went to talk to them today and was told that there is a 30 day warranty on alignments.After talking with the store they made everything right and proved they had very good customer service

I ran here over my lunch break because my car gave me a scary warning this morning that my tire was low. They got me in (no appointment) and pulled out a nail and patched my tire in under an hour and all for free! I asked if I needed a new tire and he said to just keep an eye on it. Didnt even pressure me to buy anything! I will be back when I do need tires.

Went in to get a leaky tire fixed with no appointment. They were polite and efficient. Car was fixed very soon. Treated me like gold.Highly recommend.

Before work commenced on my wheel bearing and tires, I asked if the coupon I received in the mail would be honored and received an affirmative response. When settling the total after the work was completed, the coupon was determined by Chris to be inapplicable. Contradicting his colleague, Chris said that the coupon cant be applied to any discounted tire and all of their tires are discounted thus making the coupon useless. This discrepancy resulted in my final bill exceeding the original quote by $100. The agreed upon terms were not delivered. The junk mail coupon is merely an amalgam of meaningless symbols printed on wasted thick glossy card stock.

I have an account here, I didnt remember to pay my account at the beginning of the month because I just moved across the country and it slipped my mind. Today I received a call for a reminder to pay it instead of receiving a late fee. That, in my opinion, is excellent customer service. Thank you!!

First of all...75% of the people that are complaining on here are also constantly complaining on Facebook in local Longmont groups. I would take it with a grain of salt personally.I had a great experience today. I was in and out in 45 minutes on a Saturday. I find that impressive. I asked them to check a tire for possible repair or replacement. Everyone was extremely nice from the gentleman who greeted me at the front door to the young man who returned my vehicle. The waiting area is EXTREMELY clean and large. I didnt purchase the tire they were looking at from them either. Not one person tried to rip me off, lie to me about random made up problems or even try to sell me anything! It turned out there was a nail in my tire. Everyone was nice, fast and efficient. Especially for a Saturday! The best part...they didnt charge me a penny! Ill definitely be returning to purchase my next set of tires. Keep up the good work guys!

Chris Hoskins helped me and was awesome! Not only did he repair my tire quickly and professionally, but he discovered that it had been improperly installed by different tire company (inside-out), fixed that issue as well, and checked the others to make sure they were properly installed!

Right before leaving to go to Estes Park, I saw a screw in my front right tire. Im not from the area so I looked up tire places near by and randomly chose Les Schwab Tire Center. When I got there, I stopped outside, contemplating entering, and one of the service guys saw me and approached my car and asked if I needed help. He told me that they do flat tire repairs for free and to go inside to be attended. I Walked in and was attended by a really nice lady/representative who took my information and said that it would take around 30 to 45mins. Overall, I think it took a total of 10mins and turned out, the screw didnt go through/puncture the tube. Everything turned out fine and one of the mechanics returned my key and off I went. There was no charge. I would recommend this place by far. Five stars.

I went to Les Schwab to put on two front tires and an alignment. I leave and they tell us they will have the vehicle ready by 430. I get a phone call at 430 but they tell us they have put on the two new tires. However they havent done the alignment because they need to get new tire rods. They cant do the alignment until Monday. My problem is Les Schwab did not communicate to me they wouldnt be able to do the alignment today OR I needed new tire rods until AFTER they put on the front tires. I am upset with the lack of communication and the assumption that they could go ahead and put on new tires without consulting me on the alignment. Then it also makes me speculate they were going to put on the new tire rods without telling me until it was done then charge me for them. Honestly go elsewhere if you need tires. Not worth your time or money.

This is by far the best tire store i have ever dealt with, . the customer service is by far tops, in the industry, their managers chris, and david, really know how to take care of people. their techs are fast and efficient. they also stand behind what they sell, and the pricing is excellent. i would recommend this store to anybody who wants to get a great deal, and quality service, thanks guys for taking the time, and effort, to care about people and sell a quality product.

Hands down amazing customer service at this location. We have had some issues on a set of tires we have bought awhile back. Come to find out before we go on our cross country trip in our Honda pilot. I asked my wife to take it in to get an alignment cause she told me it was pulling to the right really hard.Well long story short we ended up needing a new set of tires cause it continued to pull hard. At first I was in shock and very frustrated but Justin’s team went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He got us lined up with a nice new set of tires and an alignment before our trip at no cost and tomorrow is my B-day so my frustrating start to my day turns into a really good start to my bday road trip with my family across the country to the East Coast.Thank Justin and Chris

These people broke off a wheel stud and didnt tell me about it. They also sent me a letter, months after doing business with them, declaring that simply using their website gives them permission to share my personal financial information with their affiliates. It doesnt help that they charge more than most others. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

This was a 5 star review but after today Im dropping them to 1 star. I have had my truck aligned 3 times at this shop and it still pulls left. After the 2nd alignment they said I needed new ball joints, so I installed them. After the 3rd alignment, I gave up. They just cant make it right. This issue was obviously upsetting, but today I go in for a rotation and I get told theres an hour wait. I said great, well be back in an hour. The lady tells me that my truck must stay there because its first come, first serve. Unbelievable that I cant schedule an appointment here. The next time I buy $2,000 worth of rubber, Ill do it elsewhere and I wont have my family or friends using this shops services either. Do yourself a favor and find another shop where they can do a proper alignment and will schedule you.

Justin was super professional and had awesome customer service. You can tell he cares about you and his job. Place was clean and tv, popcorn, cofee in lobby room. 5 star service.

Worst experiance in my tire career....I spent thousands at discount, which they wouldnt even fix a flat for me so I looked at other places, my step daughter told me these guys are nice, but what I found is they dont pay attention to customers plus 5 people in after me and left before me. I am done with this place 6 vehicles i have will not come to longmont Schwab anymore....3 hrs later, tires mounted wrong, redoing ughhhh.
