As normal, I started my process by reading reviews on Google. Parker Tree Service had the best reviews. Now I know why. Jamin was professional from the first contact. He came out on schedule or he communicated well ahead of the original date with any changes needed for the appointment. All through the process he explained why he made recommendations on treatment versus removal and what he considered good options for replacement based on trees native to the area. Jamin truly has a passion for his work. He and the crew spent most of the day on site trimming, removing and chipping around 7 trees. At the end of the day there were no signs of any debris and no damage to any of the property. Parker Tree Service was a pleasure to work with. The wait times are obviously high with these guys as they seem to be a popular choice among customers. We waited a month to get our work done, but it was well worth it. I had them do a full service on a tree over my patio and smaller trimmings from two trees on the back of my lot that hang over my neighbors back yard. Further, I had them remove a dead tree from my lot as well. Jamin was very informative on his visit and gave me a full layout of options. The process on picking what to be done on the quote was super easy and fully customization per tree. I was able to figure out the cost on my own before finalizing the quote based on the clarity of options. It was exciting watching the transition they did on my trees. They clearly know what they are doing and they have made a customer for life with me.

We used Parker Tree Service last week and they were fabulous, I would highly recommend them. We had a very large evergreen that had to be removed plus some other minor branches cut. They had safety features that most outfits do not have which helps decrease homeowners liability and they are very professional. Karen in the office is quick to respond to any questions and if they are going to be even a few minutes she calls. They responded quickly with request for initial estimate. Jamin is a certified arborist and very knowledgeable and If I could give them 10 stars I would. We even had a nasty next door neighbor who wanted a branch cut that was hanging over his property because he doesnt like the squirrels jumping on his tree, and they handled this situation with the utmost professionalism and the work was done. They did a great job with clean up as well.

We were very pleased with the services provided by Parker Tree Service. Our maple tree is the focal point of our back yard and we wanted to make it was trimmed correctly. From the very first day everyone was helpful and responsive, the crew showed up exactly when they said they would and had the job done and cleaned up in no time at all. I found Parker Tree Services in a web search and I am so glad I found them. I e-mailed a request with some details about what I wanted done. I received an e-mail reply that confirmed what I wanted done. They were able to view my property via the Google satellite. They were able to pull up and look at the project and requested confirmation of what they saw compared to what I requested. They could see the specific trees and the shrub I wanted removed via satellite. I received a formal quote and was put on the schedule. The crew showed ten minutes early and introduced themselves. Confirmed the work to be done. I went back into the house to finish my cup of coffee I was making. Heard the chain saw and when I went back outside the trees were being fed to a very hungry chipper. Jamin and his team arrived promptly, and proceeded to do some extensive work (removal of a dying maple, and pruning of several other trees). They were very safety-conscious; my husband and I watched as Jamin moved gracefully amongst the various tree-limbs, always properly harnessed in.They cleaned up/chipped all the various limbs that they had dropped, and carted off the big trunk chunks for use by a local artist.Jamin was very professional at all times, and he was willing to answer all my questions (and I ask LOTS of questions...).Great team to work with!

I just wanted to say how VERY PLEASED I was with the tree and stump removal at our home in Longmont on Friday 11/6/2015. The crew from Parker Tree Service and Pro Lift Crane Service were very professional and courteous. They took great precautions to protect my property when attempting to drive the lift truck into the back yard and positioning the crane in my driveway.I was especially pleased with the safety precautions that were taken throughout the day including roping off the area around the crane and cones in the street. The radio headsets used for communication between the crane operator and Dan who was doing the tree climbing and cutting appeared to be a very beneficial to keeping people and property safe. The whole operation was very efficient and well-coordinated throughout the day. Great team work!The cleanup throughout the day and at the end was much appreciated. They left my yard and street in front of my house and the neighbor’s house cleaner than when they arrived. With any other contractor I have hired I always have to clean up a mess after they leave. Not so with Parker. I was amazed at how quickly the whole process took to remove 3 trees. My wife came home from work at 1:30 PM and when she didn’t see any trucks in front of the house and no sign of work being done she thought they had not shown up yet. But in fact, the work was all done and cleaned up.The stump removal company called to say they were delayed by another job and would be arriving later than planned and may have to complete the work the following day. However, they arrived at about 3:15 PM and were able to complete the job the same day. They did a very thorough removal of the stumps as well as large roots in the yard. They mentioned concern about possibly hitting an underground sprinkler line but all worked out fine.And of course, I cannot forget the office personnel. They have kept me informed throughout the whole process with no less than a dozen emails since September 29th. Every question that I had was answered promptly within less than 24 hours. The only issue was my last minute request for proof of insurance for Parker and Pro Lift. Although you quickly provided a copy of Parker’s proof of insurance I was disappointed that you were not able to provide the same for Pro Lift since I see Parker as the primary contractor. When my wife contacted Pro Lift they did NOT respond with a copy of their insurance as promised.In the end I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done. I would definitely use Parker Tree Service and Pro Lift Crane Service again and will highly recommend you to my neighbors and friends.

This company was one of the ones I reached out for an estimate based on their reviews. They responded quickly and stayed in communication throughout the process. They asked if I preferred to be worked in the schedule or needed a firm appointment as they were working a few weeks out. I opted for being worked in, and in less than a week they came out.I had four dead and one dying aspen that needed removal. They performed quickly and cleaned up the area afterwards. The prices were more than reasonable. I will use them again next year, since I have two other trees that will need their services soon.
