We are not CenturyLink customers but let their service technicians in our yard to search for a break. They were rude, arrogant and confrontational with me and my daughter! They accused us of causing the break and said we were lying about having recently installing fence posts! Even after we offered dated photos of the fence from 2018! He smirked and said I see fresh dirt, I am digging! Pretty coincidental that there is fresh dirt and we have an outage! He threatened to call the sheriff when I questioned him about digging up my custom built fence! Then proceeded to dig up the stone from my fence and then a huge hole 3feet in front of my fence and still cant find their own line! Finally telling us that it may have been NexLight who bore a hole in their line! Unacceptable! Extremely unprofessional! Cant even leave a complaint on their website! So I am leaving it here! BTW I have the conversation recorded! He has NO business working with the public!
