I recently visited the store off of S. Hover street in regards to an issue with my phone sending and receiving text messages. I have had terrible experiences with prior management at this store and mentioned this store needed change. Well my voice was heard, this store is under completely new management and i couldn’t be happier with the way i was treated by both managers Kyle, and Sharon. They addressed my issues with such ease and professionalism and got my phone working! It’s Safe to say i will be back to this store for all my needs!
I went in to this store to upgrade a new phone and to my surprise was greeted at the door by one of the managers. Jaqueline helped me get a new device and made the whole process complete cake! Got a sweet deal and was in and out in about 45 minutes no wait. 10/10 would recommend this store and its a corporate store which i guess is what you want!
I can in wanted to get a new provider, I met with Dan he was fantastic and willing help me with my needs. He was very helpful and will and do recommend this location for best experience. This was the fastest change in provider ever and easy! It took longer to cancel my extra line from Verizon they lost my service for good over there lack of customer service!Talk to Dan if you want life to be easy!
Much like the AT&T signal strength in CO the service is just terrible. If there are 2 or more people already in the store just leave and go online, your not going to be helped and no one is going to care. Pro tip seems like t-mobile has the best coverage at least in the northern Denver up to Longmont/Ft Collins areas. If your not locked into ATT do yourself a favor and go else where.

I’m well past the age of understanding all of the technical gyrations of tiny pocket computer (iPhone). And everything I get a new phone it’s a chore. However, the team at the Longmont AT&T made the experience pure pleasure. Got my new phone, updated, switched over, or whatever you call it..And already know how to use it. No small miracle. Cudos to the AT&T team.
I met Gabe while I was visiting Fit Republic and he came out and introduced himself. He was very high energy and he started to tell me about the recent promotions AT&T were having. We had a great conversation and I was back the next day picking out a new phone. When I started to have problems with my phone, Gabe and Christian helped me. Every time I go in to the S. Hover store I am immediately helped and if there is a problem it is solved. Thanks to Gabe and his crew, I will be a long time AT&T customer.
This store is under new management and the customer service is top notch. I have been in here twice in the last year and received incredible service. The employees are kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Gabriel!
I have been an AT&T customer for 25 years. I even worked for them at one point in my career. I went to the store in Longmont to purchase a new phone and additional line of service for my son. They had the Google Pixel 4A (5G) for $10/month for 30 months with a new line of service. They stated I needed to upgrade my current service plan to get the deal so I did which entail 2 other lines plus the new line. I called when I was first billed at the wrong amount of $17.50 per month and they said the credits had not shown up yet. The next month I called again and they said they couldnt discuss my account on the phone so I went in and they stated I would need to wait for another billing cycle. I called the following month and they said they would need to wait for 3 billing cycles. Meanwhile the 2 week grace period had long passed. After 3 billing cycles I came in again and was told I would need to talk to the manager who wasnt in. This was on a Saturday and they said he would be in on Tuesday. The original sales person was Anita D and the manager Manuel I who also helped with the transaction and recommended the 4Gb upgrade so that I would get the discount on the phone. After 3 months of bills and multiple visits to the store Manuel I stated my plan would not give me the discount. He was very dismissive and refused to look up the original transaction. He kept looking at my current bill and was concerned about what my monthly bill was and not what the phone cost which was the actual concern. Not only was he totally dismissive and not helpful, but was not wearing a mask and was not social distancing from other employees despite all the signs in the store. I filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted AT&T as well. Needless to say am extremely upset in disappointed in my experience with this store and most notably the manager.
Store was very helpful getting my phone active. I was in a hurry and Brock was understanding and quick thankfully.

This store and the customer service at this store is absolutely amazing! I went in there after a bad t-mobile experience and was expecting to be treated similarly, but I was blown away by how amazing their manager Gabe Minjarez and their store associate Carlee were. I went in with my two friends, who have limited English and were awaiting for their IDs and paperwork. Carlee was so patient and understanding in what my friends were looking for in a plan and the price range. Carlee set them up with exactly what they needed and Gabe took his time to explain the difference in multiple plan options. My friends had IDs from a different country and I was absolutely amazed how much effort Gabe put into helping my friends set up a plan, while throughly explaining everything and making them feel welcomed. There aren’t many people left like Carlee and Gabe and I am SO glad they were there to help my friends. Absolutely amazing, they both deserve a fat raise! I 100% recommend this location!
Overall great experience at this location. I’ve had some troubles in the past dealing with store employees but not here! My concerns and questions were quickly answered. Will definitely be back!!
They are always helpful they have managed to find a solution to whatever problem I have if they cant help you its probably because you went in with a bad attitude

There was a manager not wearing a mask. I dont recall his name, but for a bit of ID he was a middle-aged man. I also saw a woman at a distance without a mask- I cant say if she was a customer or employee. The employee helping me said this is store policy, but there was no enforcement.

I came in with a messed up order I had from buying a phone from a representative at a target. I had Christian help me. He was very knowledgeable and a cool guy. He got my old order canceled and we started a new order right in the store. He fixed everything and I was also able to walk out with the phone I wanted that day instead of having it shipped. A+ service! Thank you!
Great overall experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I had to take both kids with me and right away, they greeted the kids and got them settled with some netflix shows while we got to work. Gabe and his staff were friendly and very quick getting my phone returns and upgrades taken care of. Made the experience quick and easy and will definitely return for future service! My mom and I went into the AT&T store on Hover St. in Longmont hoping to upgrade our devices. When we arrived at the location, we were greeted and waited maybe 5 minutes until we were helped. During the process, Gabriel M., the store manager was beyond helpful because he was able to find us the best deals as well as what was best for everyone on our plan. He took the time to sit with us and explained everything so we understood what we were changing and getting. All of the employees at this location were very friendly!

Come here on multiple occasions for various reasons. Not one time did they help actually. Ive had one good rep at this store l. Never met a such a lazy staff with poor customer service. What do you get paid to actually do? Last time coming to this location and using AT&T.
I worked with a delightful woman named Rachel. She was very helpful, knowledgable, and personable. Then her manager showed up. He put his hand out for a handshake... in the middle of a global pandemic. He was also wearing his mask incorrectly (not covering his nose) when he wore it at all. A while later, he was tossing a football around the store and it flew right between Rachel and me while she was holding my brand new iPhone, which did not yet have a case or a screen protector on it. As he was leaving for the day, he approached us again, stuck his hand out for a handshake, again, and referred to the Rachel as Lauren multiple times. He asked me to come and leave a review on Google for this store so, here it is. If I had only met and worked with Rachel, this would have been a 5 star review.
These guys rock. My wife and I just set up service for 3 new iPhones and 2 new watches. Everyone in the store was very helpful and accommodating, and though the process took some time, they all remained that way throughout. We had a bit of trouble porting our old numbers over, but that wasn’t their fault at all, and when we went back the next day to sort the issue, they were just as positive and helpful as before. Definitely recommend this store and crew to anyone looking for a new phone.

I want to be clear my complaint is against this branch and not AT&T as a whole. The sales team at the Hover St. location will lie to you to make their sale. Do not trust them. Bought an A71 after being assured it had wireless charging and then would not accept the return after I found out it doesnt.I would like to thank the call center reps who helped me out. To everyone who took the time to read this - buy online or at another location - stay away from this store.
I thought moving from tmobile would be a pain but Brock made it very easy. Even got help from the store manager getting my stuff transferred.
This store is the best!!! I have struggled with AT&T (both online and Littleton) for months trying to straighten out issues on my kids’ lines. The store manager, Gabe, not only got my issues fixed, he also dug into my account and found where I was overpaying. Not only saved me money each month but also have better coverage and insurance!
I went in to get a new phone and was out within 30 minutes. Gabe and Dayne helped me & were very nice, professional, and helpful. Definitely going back in for any problems I may have, service was great!!

Wasted an hour and a half of my time telling me one price for an upgrade and then at the end changed it. Manager was very rude to his employees. Employees were very kind and apologetic.

Dayne/Kenneth was fantastic! After spending over 3 hours and multiple visits in a certain other AT&T Store about 15 miles away, and being treated like absolute dirt the last time I went there (and providing a reason that I will *never* go to that store again), I have to sing the praises of the staff in this store on Hover in Longmont.I had been fighting for two weeks to get a prepaid account activated as a second line on my cell phone. Tech support via chat and cell phone was completely useless (3+ hours spend there too), so I started going to a more local to me AT&T store. That was hopeless and the disdain I was treated with led me to try the Longmont store.Kenneth listened as I explained the issue, the horrible customer service experience I had just had elsewhere, and sat me down and said something along the lines of we will fix this before you leave. It took a long while, multiple calls where he strongly told the tech support that he could reach that the problem was going to be solved that day, and some creative solutions to get to the people he needed to talk to in the various help departments. But with his super effective customer service, I finally (after two weeks of runaround from other support/stores) had my line activated. He was a rock star! The rest of the staff also showed concern and didnt treat me dismissively which was much appreciated.This was all for a pre-paid account and I am sure the store gets no credit/bonus for the hep they provided me. I will consistently recommend in the future that any friends/colleagues who need AT&T service visit this store, even if it might be a bit out of their way.As for covid readiness, I found the store extremely clean, masks worn correctly by all, adequate hand sanitizer available all throughout the store and plexiglass shields at all tables. When the support staff on the other end of the phone line had connection difficulties/volume issues, Kenneth made sure to go to a far corner of the store away from customers and fellow staff to lower his mask to talk to them.I wont recommend ATT on-line tech support, or a certain other store, but I would highly recommend this AT&T store!

Great service, except that due to covid we were sent home to do all our data transfer and sim card swapping on our own. One misstep on my part resulted in two hours of extra cleanup. Overall very happy with the treatment we always get here however.
Sean helped me sync my old phone with my new phone with ease. I tried with 2 other Walmart and AT & T employees and they couldn’t help. I am so grateful! Superb customer service, never had to wait. I will be back.

#1 this is a review of THIS LOCATION. Not AT&T.Walked in, only two reps available both with customers but no hi, be with you in a minute. Nothing but the tiniest glance. I just need to pick up an online order. THEN I have to eventually interrupt because I have to get my daughter from an activity and the rep says she doesnt know anything about an online order (we got a confirmation email) but shell check the back anyway. THEN she says she cant release them to me because my name isnt on the order. Im not only an authorized user, but Im the MAIN LINE on the account! As your can see from the picture, I just need to be an authorized user. I ask if we can call my husband for verbal permission, they said no. I have a check book with both our names on it to prove we are together even!!! THEN because I dont have time to change the order to my name, my husband calls. Takes him SIX TIMES of it ringing and kicking over to no one is available before he gets through. Asks to talk to a store manager and is told hed be called back. That was nearly 15 minutes ago and when we were called back and the rep REFUSED to connect him to the manager. My husband has been a cell phone store site manager before, were not naive. EVEN THOUGH CORPORATE AT&T ON THE WEBSITE SAYS I CAN PICK IT UP they refuse. AT&T, this store location is ruining you and you need to do a complete wipe of management and staff so that they can match your other locations and high standards of customer service weve received in all the other many places weve lived. There are more 1 star reviews than anything else, we are calling corporate to lodge a formal complaint.
My fiancé and I had such a great experience at this location. We walked in about 45 minutes before they closed, and everyone was so welcome and helpful. Cody and Tara ensured that we had a great experience and kept reminding us that if we needed help to just stop in! I would definitely recommend this location!
Absolutely horrible service. I can’t wear a Mask due to health reasons and the assistant manager was extremely rude and required that I show him a note against HIPPA regulations. He has no right to ask personal medical questions under any circumstances let alone require that I show him proof.Went to the store across town. Not only do they not require but they came out to my vehicle to assist. The Assistant manager at the hover store needs some training.
I had the difficult task of shutting off my fathers phone and switching my mother to my account due to my father passing away. I made an appointment at the AT&T store and Phillip made a difficult process very simple. He was empathetic and very straight forward with options to best support my family and I moving forward. I never felt pressure to buy something I didnt need, and left the store with more clarity into my new plan and ways to utitlize all of the options than I ever have. I cant thank him enough for his support and efforts that went above and beyond my expectations for customor service!

I had a great experience with Denise tonight! My grandpa was in the process of switching his iPhone 5 to the 7 and wanted to make sure everything transferred over. I had called prior to make sure we would be able to do everything before they closed at 8 (I called multiple times starting at 7:15 and the last call was 7:40) and Denise was very kind and still helped us when we got there at 7:50. She was kind, patient with my grandpa, and made the process of switching SIM cards very quick!

I came in on Saturday the 22 of May. To see the employee sitting outside with no masks on, then the manager was yelling at a customer and videoing then. I found it to be very Unprofessional I will not be back.

This post is actually for not only the store, but the customer service line itself. The customer service I had received from both were great. I had gone in to the store after my brother had gotten my husband and I a couple of phones when he added us to their family plan. They were fast and courteous trying to help me and finish phone set up, however there was a little miscommunication at some point as we had been informed from my brothers store that we could transfer our numbers over. The store here informed me that as they were already activated under a different number and they were under some form of special, that we were unable to transfer them at that time. I can however see this (although not entirely the case) as being a situation that the store would have a difficult time remedying after calling CS. When I contacted customer service porting the phone numbers required a few transfers, contacting the old phone company, and a little general confusion. Great customer service from everyone I talked to, but would have taken a year and a day in the store that I dont have time for and with two phones, neither do they. I just ask that AT&T possibly equip their store level employees with the ability to remedy a problem like that a little more efficiently.
I spent hours with tech support with no positive results. Went to this store and walked out in minutes with my problems solved
I cannot speak highly enough of the management at this store. Alicia, the store manager genuinely cares about her customers and goes out of her way to build customer satisfaction and loyalty. Her help has been invaluable and even though AT&T have their issues, it is professionals like her who will make the first stop for communication needs in Longmont the AT&T store.
Ive been an AT&T customer for 10+ years but am shopping family plans now that I just got married. After having a pleasant experience at a Verizon store, I walk in to this AT&T and walked back out after 20 minutes of not being acknowledged by staff. We were not impressed and I am leaning towards switching to Verizon.
The wait times here are always way too long, i have seen people with appointments wait 20+ minutes. however, once you are done with the insane wait the service you get is friendly, quick, and all around amazing which to me makes it almost worth the wait.
The young woman who helped me had no clue about hot spots and actually made it seem difficult to ask questions and get informed. Was so unhelpful and annoyed I couldnt wait to leave. Too bad they didnt give her better training.
All phone stores suck. This one sucks the least in my opinion.Ive had *reasonably* good luck there, but getting them to answer the phone is another story. They *really* want you to go to the web for ALL support, and if you go in the store, prepare yourself for a good long wait.
I have been visiting this ATT store since it opened several years ago. Great visit today. I called ahead and talked to manager, Mason, who was quite helpful on the phone. When I went into the store later that day to seek assistance with my phone upgrade, I asked for Mason. He politely introduced me to Lando, who was an amazing help to us from start to finish. This location has good days and bad days. I suggest going in there with a smile and a patient attitude and in turn that positivity will come back to you :)
I visited the store last week to see about getting my Iphone repaired. The gentleman who waited on us was terrific. He not only helped with my phone but gave us a number of tips. It was a very positive efficient visit to the store.
AT&T tech support said I qualify for a free upgrade. The store said theres no such thing as a free upgrade you can buy any phone theyve got and pay in installments with no interest so it appears the only benefit to being an AT&T customer is feeling like youve been robbed and every once in a while they try to throw free movie tickets through their thanks program at you. Sorry grad guys oh, Im not really impressed. The store did nothing but a sales job my simple question what upgrade do I qualify for was never answered. I thank them for their time and left. Ive been an AT&T customer since 1986 far too long! They are not near the company they used to be.
Poor attitudes by the staff here. They spoke to my wife in a rude tone and basically told her they did not value us as customers and they would make no attempts to keep us after being with them for ten years. When we told them we were considering switching to another phone company, they made no effort to offer to fix our problems. It sucks because I have enjoyed ATT for a long time and dont really want to change but I guess I will have to.
Went in last Friday to get a LG4 sales rep Davey was really nice and helpful. They were out of the tempered glass so he ordered it for me which was no big but when I came in to pick it up the sales rep Dan was a real dick copped a altitude with me when I asked him to put it on. He is very unprofessional. Some people shouldnt be in the costomer service business he is differently one of them.
The people were so rude!! They all sat on the lounge chairs watching TV while they wouldnt help the new guy that didnt have a clue of what to do. They gave me a phone and i got home, I couldnt call out. They didnt put in the proper sim card. This is the worst store Ive ever experienced! Absolutely terrible experience!!!! Negative 20 stars.

At&t certainly has stepped up the game with their in-store experience! This stores new manager, Nick has really put a focus on customers and it really shows through their employees. Even if I go in just to pay a bill, I always get a positive experience.
One of the most terrible experiences I have ever had. The workers have no knowledge of what they are doing. The so called managers could care less for the customer. I had one of the employees a male at that get in the face of my wife. And when I asked him to back off or deal with me he said I was threatening him. Funny thing is he was ok doing it to my wife. They ruined my Verizon they never paid them off and lied about not being in contact with direct TV. Be careful when you deal with this store.
I have come to the realization that AT&T is horrible. 12 years as a customer and getting ready to leave as quickly as possible. I have been over to this store twice in the last two weeks to figure out why I randomly have an extra $100.00 dollars tacked on to my already ridiculous bill of almost $300.00 for only 4 lines. The customer service was horrible and the people only wasted my time. They said they couldnt understand the change and there were just too many notes on our account. Yeah, i think after 12 years there are bound to be A LOT of notes on my account especially since I have nothing but problems. I would save yourself the headache and avoid AT&T altogether.
Web Site said they can unlock the phones at the store. When I went by the customer service rep immediately said they dont do that. What do they do in that store?I have a new phone and want to pass the old phone on. Guess Ill go through the web process.

I went into the store despite the review from John. I have been to this store before for upgrading my device and it was a pleasant experience but this time around it was a nightmare.They have this new system of Checking in but there is no one there to assist you in checking In. You will have to wait 20-30 min to be even checked in and then there is another long wait to talk to an associate.Appointment system is a joke. Even if you have an appointment they will make you wait atleast 30 min. No one really coordinates the check ins and ensures people are being attended to.The manager of the store is rude and gives only conflicting information as against the information provided by AT&T on their customer service line.If you are a professional who values your time, dont ever go to this store. They have no idea how to treat a customer and they dont really seem to care.Use AT&T website or call he customer Service.. Trust me you will love the experience (Fast, Friendly and Accommodating) and save yourself from the terrible experience of visiting this store.
I cannot recommend AT&T to anyone in the Longmont area. The connectivity in this area is terrible and the local AT&T branch is slow. It can take 30 minutes to just talk to a representative; with several trips to fix any single issue. Their standard response to anything is to replace the SIM card. Useless except when WiFi calling is available.
