Absolutely Amazing company to work for!! The office staff keep you informed of whats going on.the pay is great and I could get as many hours as I wanted. I resided in wyoming but had to stay with my sister in Colorado while I worked for synergy so I could pay my bills. Synergy was very understanding and worked with me so I could go home every few weeks to spend time with my husband. Iv never had a job that treats me with so much respect and love before and it broke my heart when I left. They really do treat you like family. And if Im ever back in Colorado Ill be going back to them. Check them out first! You wont be disappointed!!

Clients were amazing the company was super disappointing through my last few months with the company I wasn’t offered-more than 12 hrs a week knowing I’m driving from Fort Collins to Longmont an when I put my two weeks the schedule coordinator and owner decided to get my last few hours covered when I was nice enough to put my two weeks in an not just quit. I was with the company for nearly a year. I don’t recommend this company they have kept a employee after that employee was caught taking photos of a client an leaving a clients house for a shift due to a dog, WHICH I had to stay for a 16 hr shift. I was not given a code for a paralyzed clients home entrance and was outside calling the company owner who I could not get ahold of because another employee told me she was not able to give out our BOSSES phone number I was outside of that clients house for 30 minutes with no information on how to help them. Super unprofessional and not organized since the switch over with higher management.

Absolutely the best decision we made was hiring Synergy to care for my mother. She loves Leighton and Kyle. They are such a blessing to our family.

I would say the caregivers are outstanding across the board. Having Synergy has allowed me to go back to work.Their number one priority is to care for my dad. They also do laundry and clean the kitchen and house. They are committed.The caregivers do everything from bathing my father to following up with doctors on appointments. Every one is competent and skillful. All the caregivers are attached to my Dad, they view him like family and they are incredibly compassionate and sensitive.They text and email with me as necessary. If I stop by the office, they sit down and talk with me. In emergencies, they call me. Every now and then if the caregiver is not the best match they are removed.
