Love this gym, no mask and I have all the freedom of jumping into a class or hitting the free weights. Plenty of machines to choose from. Plenty of space to work out, never have to wait on benches or machines. Plenty of things to keep you busy if you ever do.
Just paid over $250 to a bill collector after this location not only didn’t cancel my subscription, but flat out refused to return a single phone call I left them multiple messages asking them about how to resolve the situation.I have multiple medical issues that because much safer to address at home, so I canceled my membership. After several months I got a bill in the mail saying I owed them money and that after non payment they had canceled my membership.I was upset so I called and they asked me for proof of cancellation. The conversation I had was entirely verbal since I was there in person. They again asked for proof but since this shouldn’t have ever happened I didn’t have any. I also had a new card number since my card got breached. So I don’t even have the right card in their system and that mattered, for some reason.They told me I had to pay them for the 2 additional months they tried to charge me but couldn’t.*sigh* that’s all kinds of jacked up, but now it’s worse because they made it hit my credit. I have proof of that payment at least, so I am fully done with this company.The fact still stands that I had to pay over $250 to a gym I visited twice, realized wasn’t a good fit, and canceled the membership to.This was a nightmare, if you join this gym and decide you want out, get your proof in writing with signatures, stamps and a letter head. You should maybe video the process if you can too.Do not trust them.
This is the best gym we have found in Longmont, plenty of equipment and lots of space, though it does get really crowded, and I question their cleaning procedures because every time I wipe down one of their floor mats, I find that they are all super gross and dirty! I suggest bringing your own mat if you want one, and wiping down everything BEFORE you touch it.
This is a great gym, it’s large, clean, well-equipped, and feels like it’s always open! It’s the best gym in Longmont
I encourage you in the strong possible terms to consider not supporting this business. They openly engage in fraudulent billing and collection practices. They are not a worthy and welcome member of this great community and, as other better facilities are opening (and they are popping up everywhere) it is my sincerest hope that this gym will go out of business. I have taken legal action on several fronts and will not rest until they are exposed.
I have been going to this gym for about a year now (minus the closure during covid), and I love it! They actually have enough benches, cables, and squat racks that I rarely have to wait for anything. Its clean and neat, and Ive always had really friendly customer service. And the massage chairs are awesome :)
I spoke with Danielle regarding issues with my membership. She was so very kind to me and helpful. The world needs more understanding & she gave me that and more. I would not pick any other Gym than Golds.
Poor management! I suggest better customer service to new customers trying out the facility. Manager was rude to son, for not having check in tag, she acused him of not having a membership. Not nice.
They literally will not do anything to enforce mask wearing. It’s a shame given how many lives COVID has taken. I’ve spoken with management and staff about concerns and they have done nothing. It doesn’t matter what time of day, there is always at minimum 25% of the gym population not attempting to wear a mask and even more just wearing it on their chin. It’s a shame because they have a great selection of equipment, but not worth lifelong health issues.If you want to feel safe and like public health orders are being followed, this is not the gym for you.
I liked this gym a lot, however Im really disappointed with how they handled my cancellation, I had moved right at the start of the pandemic and they gym was shut down for sometime due to the pandemic, I had called the gym and had asked to cancel my membership as I was moving, and was told OVER the phone that this would be resolved without me going into the gym. Left it at that and figured I was good. Well 8 months later I have a collections debt from them and wasnt emailed or contacted by them through email or phone about missing payments on a membership I had thought I cancelled. I called the gym and spoke with the manager after getting the collection letter and she said their wasnt any record of my phone call cancelling and that they couldnt do anything unless there was a name I could provide from a phone call I had 8 months ago. She said she would send me a formal cancellation document through email and see if they could help get that collections removed. Well waited 2 weeks and no email. Just paid the collection for 194.94 for a gym membership I thought was cancelled per an employees word, guess that doesnt mean much to this company. Honestly this is just shady and very harsh given the state of the world. I havent stepped foot in that gym since March of 2020 dont think I will ever again. Customer support really dropped the ball on this one, just sucks cause I really enjoyed going there and would have gotten another membership if I moved back home in the future.

The staff are always extremely friendly and inviting whenever I walk in, and the bathrooms and locker rooms are very clean. Both of these factors contribute to an overall great gym atmosphere. In addition, there are tons of different machines and free weights, so there are countless ways to get a workout in. I would highly recommend this gym!
Great equipment but unfortunately there has been no ability to social distance at this gym, and I have not seen them take action in enforcing that their clients wear masks. Unfortunately I’ve seen a lot of people without masks and people shoving themselves into the sauna, ignoring all signs. I understand it’s hard to control but it definitely makes me feel very uncomfortable. I’ve been a member at golds for about 4 or more years now and this is super disappointing.
This past Saturday I went in to cancel my membership. There was a sign right as you walk in to let customers know they are required to wear masks and that they didnt want members to risk Golds ability to stay open. Well guess what I looked over in the weight machine and free weight areas and I saw 10-15 members working out without masks. I even mentioned this to the employee at the front desk and all he did was shrug. Well Golds great job enforcing what you are preaching! I was only canceling my membership due to relocating back down to Denver. I would have canceled that day if I had walked in and saw the lack of mask wearing. You are putting in danger peoples lives as well as businesses ability to stay open. Great ownership and management! I see that Golds, quite often, only responds back to great feedback. I am thrilled I was charged for late fees due to my card on file having expired. Was I ever contacted? No. It expired in June and here we are 3 months later. 2 more examples of management lacking.UPDATE- 10/26/20- COVID cases are on the rise again and if this gym doesnt start enforcing mask wearing at all times they will be shut down again like all gyms in Boulder County!
Its about the best thing going in Longmont. That said, its a far cry from what it should be. Seems always to be understaffed, especially on weekends. The worst thing, currently, is that there is no active enforcement of the mask mandate and social distancing. This simply invites the irresponsible to flock here because they know they will be tolerated.
Horrible! We supported this company all through Covid-19 and when we decided to cancel our membership, they decided to charge us an annual fee and another months membership fee. They are the WORST......we will never return to this gym and I will notify everyone I know to stay away from Golds Gym in Longmont, Colorado. Unfortunately they do not realize the BAD NEWS TRAVELS FASTER than good news. Buyer beware!!!
Great gym has nice equipment im here everyday in the afternoons. They also have spray bottles with sanitizer and paper towels everywhere so u can wipe down equipment after use I always see everyone doing there part to wipe things down after they use them they have a sign on the front door right as you walk in saying masks are required and everyone follows that rule all in all great community, staff and atmosphere.
New member at this gym now two weeks. Im impressed with the much higher quality equipment compared to 24Hr Fit and MUCH cleaner, too. The only reason its not 5-stars is because their website is misleading. They only have a sauna, not a steam room. They duped both my workout buddy and I. Its essential during these times that a companys digital communications are precise and not misleading.

The reopening of the gym was done in a safe and organized way. There are disinfectant spray bottles, paper towel and hand sanitizers all over the premises. It has not been crowded when I go, in the morning, and I have felt safe working out. I am sure the reopening process has been hard to adapt to, but they are doing a great job. Unfortunately they cannot force people to clean the equipment after using it, so I just clean whatever I am going to use before and after. No big deal, better safe than sorry.

This gyms totally rocks...great equipment, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and serious lifters...I dont want to wear a mask while working out so I love this aspect. For those that dont, go elsewhere & stop criticizing this great gym. Believe me youd be hard pressed to find a better gym and I have belonged to many.
After several years of having 5 memberships for my family at Golds Gym of Longmont we decided we could no longer keep our memberships. Through the cancellation process, unfreezing our accounts and being outside obligation I have been charged $243 in fees. I find this incredibly excessive to cancel our memberships and helps reinforce our decision that we wont be back.
I have been a member of Gold’s for years. They have always been there when I needed them for training or rehab. Spin, Team Training, Yoga classes are always amazing. Locker room is always kept clean and sanitary. Personal trainers know their stuff! Nutrition and physical flexibility and strength are customized for each individual. During this pandemic they are bending over backwards to keep things sanitized and clean as well as following social distancing guidelines. I cannot say enough how great this place is!
Gold’s Gym has a very cleanly environment and is following proper sanitation protocols with easily accessible cleaning materials. The overall setting is exactly what a gym needs with good equipment, friendly staff, a variety of excellent classes that are fun to take and are well run. They even have chiropractic and personal training services!!! Would definitely recommend
Great place to get your workout in!! I have been a member for 6 months now, and I have nothing but good things to say. The gym is always clean; they have a Crossfit room, a huge weight room, and all the cardio equipment you can enjoy.
10 out of 10 would recommend if you dont like working out with a mask on and do not care about the social distancing. They put up the signs saying that a mask is required to meet state guidelines but there is no enforcement. I wouldnt recommend anyone with compromised immune systems, any elderly, or those that may be in contact with the previously noted. Overall great place, although fairly busy and often times waiting for the equipment but glad to see it back open after the pandemic.
Good facility. Absolutely horrible management. I requested to cancel my membership after they reopened post quarantine and was told I was all set, in phone and in person. Months later I am dealing with 3 months of charges being sent to a collection agency with absolutely no contact from Gold’s, them sending all mailing notices to an old address which had already been changed through them. After refusing to call or email me back I am told when I finally do get a hold of them that I never came in nor called, and either way through the contract they had the right to keep charging me. Their poor communication between employees, management, and customers is infuriating at best. I would avoid this place like the plague; easy to sign up but a nightmare to cancel, even when you do what they tell you.
The manager is the rudest person you will ever meet. But most gym employees dont last long so she probably wont be around for long either. Other than the rudness at the front desk the gym is alright.
This place not only has a great selection of equipment but the added bonus a working sauna and top end massage chairs and group classes make it a great value for the money! Although I moved to a different area the management was understanding and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. I had a great experience!

I don’t think I’ve been able to call any other gym my second home, like I’ve been able to call GOLDS gym mine. The staff, equipment, and it’s gym goers are simply the best. Plus, all the new equipment is the cherry on top.Gym is always clean !
I absolutely LOVE Golds gym. I belong to a few gyms but This one is my favorite. First of all, the staff is exceptional. I used to teach Pilates here when they opened. Golds has had stellar staff since they opened. Ive made so many friends on both sides of the desk. The equipment is keep in working order and the store is CLEAN. MY FAVORITE GYM IN BOULDER COUNTY!!!
It was tough not having them during quarantine but theyre managing the reopening phase safely and professionally.The equipment is well maintained, the whole gym is clean and comfortable and the whole staff is professional and friendly and makes me want to keep coming back. Sensible layout, spacious, clean, friendly staff, well qualified trainers, and above all great supportive community. As a side note saunas are always hot people are respectful and the $10,000 massage chairs are all cherry.
There’s a reason I’ve been a member at golds for so long. Very manageable pricing, strength equipment, free weights, functional training goodies.. equipment is high end without the environment feeling uppity. Everyone is so welcoming!

Im very happy with this gym. I didnt have a membership for a super long time, but it was very affordable & included tanning/classes. Everyone at the front was really nice, I never felt like I was being pushed to use personal trainers or pay for additional services, and the classes were always fun. The space is new & clean, and the parking is great. I cancelled after awhile, my office moved & it just didnt work in my schedule to have a membership here, and I was able to cancel via email and it was very quick. Overall, Im very happy and would recommend this gym to anyone.

THE WORST GYM. During COVID they still charged me even though they were closed. When I brought this to their attention, they mentioned how they would place my account on hold, but refused to refund me the money they charged when they were closed. They have you write an email to cancel your membership and charged me for a full month even though I sent an email to cancel my membership 1 day into the next month. Please go somewhere else. This gym is horrible. Horrible staff, extremely busy, and seriously a waste of money.
Great gym and workers. People that give this place low stars need to go switch to planet fitness and get there monthly zoomba class in. Then complain to the front desk at planet fitness about how they didn’t pay for a 2 month contract that they signed for and how the music is to loud and the temperate needs to be at 68 degrees. Golds gym is a very clean and affordable gym and deserves 5 stars.
I’ve been a member of Glods Gym since they opened. I’ve been extremely impressed with their handling of Covid19; their closing in March and now, reopening. Through the closing and reopening Management has been communicative in all aspects. As for reopening, details have been available on social media, emailed, and there is signage throughout the gym. Information includes Capacity, Masks, Social Distancing, and Cleanliness. The place is clean clean clean, spirits are high, members and staff are respectful of the rules and of each other. I’m a Happy member and so glad to be back.
I love this Golds Gym. The people are fantastic! The classes are awesome with phenomenal, caring instructors. The gym employess work hard to keep the gym clean and safe. There are cleaning solutions and paper towels placed throughout the gym for people to clean the equipment. Signs on cleaning and covid-19 regulations are posted everywhere. Its so wonderful to be back! Great job all you Golds employees! Thanks!
The best gym in town. Great variety of equipment so the workouts dont get routine/boring. Separate areas for specialized training like cross-fit, Olympic lifts, free weights, yoga, group workouts, spin classes, cardio, stretching etc. Morning crew is friendly and treat the members with courtesy and respect. Ive made many friends through Golds.

I love going to Golds Gym in Longmont (and Loveland too!). The staff is mostly fantastic and friendly. I personally think they have been doing great job keeping the place clean and safe for everyone during such trying times for all of us - its also up to the members to be self-disciplined and clean up after themselves, they are adults arent they?I wasnt very pleased at first they wanted to keep charging us back in March when they were closed during the lockdown- but once I emailed them about it they froze the membership. So its no big deal, although they could have done a little better, especially when the owner wanted us to keep their business going - they could have reached out to everyone of us and I would have no problem supporting them along the way.All in all, I am happy with the gym and happy to keep working out there.
Give this business a break! They are doing all they can to survive in this unprecedented landscape. Also any reasonable healthcare provider will tell you that it’s not safe to wear a mask while doing cardiovascular exercise. Seriously... you’re going to pass out. If you feel unsafe working out at golds - DONT GO.
I have been a member for years, went back Tuesday to see how the COVID was being handled. ZERO ENFORCEMENT! Almost no members were wearing masks or cleaning up after them. The trainers werent wearing masks either. I posted on Facebook about it (not being mean about it either) and they immediately removed. So they obviously dont care about peoples health, I will be canceling my membership. Sad. Just enforce the restrictions.
This Gym is simply one of the best all around gyms I have been to. And for the money one of the best deals. I travel quite a bit and they will often honor your membership anywhere at Golds Gym. The personal trainers are great as well. They will often offer help if they know I need it.
Stay away from this Golds gym longmont. They just want your money. First they charge people while they are closed due to Covid and now they want to charge another month of membership to cancel the account. Please consider other more ethical gyms available in Longmont.
Seems like an above average Golds Gym and the people that work there are friendly. However cancelling memberships seems rather difficult.My wife signed both of us up for a membership and was listed as the Account holder. When she cancelled her membership, we were under the impression that she cancelled both of our memberships. It turns out they only cancelled her and made me go through a separate process. In my opinion if one family member signs up the family, they should be able to cancel the family rather than making each family member do it themselves.
I love this gym! The staff is amazing! One time, Lea said I was a badass...such an awesome, encouraging compliment. Ive never felt more comfortable in a gym! Ive never had any issues (pre or post covid) with cleanliness or sanitation. As a hairstylist that went to school for two years and had sanitation and cleanliness drilled into my head daily, I always appreciate how clean it feels inside. If you have any doubts about the cleanliness of this gym, simply walk in and realize it doesnt smell like a a gym.
Terrible staff (including the manager) and service. I am over this place, and the people who work there are rude, probably because clients are always complaining. I couldn’t cancel my membership fast enough. Oh, and trying to cancel my membership was an absolute nightmare. When you sign up they tell you it’s easy to cancel, but when you do try to cancel it’s absolutely nightmarish. It’s farther away, but I’m going back to Orange Theory. The longer drive is worth working with competent, amazing staff that make starting and ending a membership so easy!

I started coming to Golds the very first day it opened at Village at the Peaks. 6 days a week- for the past 3 years. I have loved every single minute I have spent in this gym up until today. I am a loyal member, a veteran if you will. And today for the first time ever, I was told I am no longer able to wear just a sports bra to workout in. It is apparently a new policy they have decide to recently enforce. Well, let me start by saying this. BEFORE I ever started wearing just a sports bra to the gym, I asked the front desk employee at the time (Dawn was her name) if it was allowed, to which I got the reply, yes, thats fine. So now I have spent tons of money on gym clothes that I am no longer able to wear. The only thing in my contract about dress code is proper gym attire so what is a sports bra, if not proper gym attire? It is not okay, for Golds Gym, or any business to update Rules or policies- but not have new contracts or agreements presented to its members to sign. I am a grown woman, I will wear what I want and what I am comfortable in to the gym. If someone has a problem with it-isnt that what Planet Fitness is for? We should be empowering women to be in the gym- and to be proud and confident in their bodies. Not driving them out because other members are jealous or uncomfortable with.. a sports bra?? Cmon Golds. This is truly upsetting. Ill be exploring other gym options that are more comforting and welcoming. Ill make sure to pass this message along to my whole Fit Community. You guys should be ashamed.****UPDATE**** Golds Gym just informed me Monday (4/2/18), they have changed their policy yet again, and now I can wear sports bras ..Im a happy girl :) Just wish they would be consistent with their policies! One week its this, another week its something else.But thanks for allowing me to be myself- much appreciated Golds!
So I’m reading these reviews and I have to laugh .... I’ve worked out in Brooklyn NY for 20 plus years and that my friends was not glorious . For $30 bucks a month this place is a palace. People out here get there feelings hurt way too easy. Social media has made it way to easy to complain about nothing ! God forbid someone is not 100% happy about there situation that day . Also for work I travel up down I 25 . So I also belong to Lifetime Fitness as well . You want a Cafe, pool and people who are snobby and want nothing to do with you for $90 a month that’s your place. I’ve been there so far for ten years but I get the same workout in Golds gym . Personally I like to get down and dirty and get a good workout and call it a day . Golds gym IS ALWAYS clean and the staff is always nice.
Ive enjoyed my experience since joining in October. I highly recommend Crew for personal training. Both my husband and I have had sessions and hes a true professional - clearly loves what he does and takes pride in it. He respects your personal goals and ensures you walk away with what you were looking for. Im much more comfortable in the weight room now and have a clear understanding for what I need to do to incorporate fitness into my daily routine.
I went to see gym the other day, A lot of young people. Girls at counter were talking with their friends about all the sexy guys and which one they wanted. One wanted 1 for his money and the other for his money. Music was to loud and to much of a sex seen for me.
I tried to cancel my memberships due to having no work from being on maternity leave, and was given the wrong email address. Then when I called for the second time to get the correct email address, I was hassled for over a month. One of the managers told me that if I forwarded the original message they were able to wave this months fees, and then a different one emails me saying that they cannot wave the monthly fee and I have to pay. The communication among workers is awful, and they do not try to help you in anyway at all.
Just about everything in this gym is exemplary. It boasts the best equipment, nicest staff, and cleanest locker rooms. Just please fix your aux game. I wanna be hyped up, feeling like an absolute animal tearing through the jungle, but instead the aux makes me wanna call my ex or watch Disney channel. Once my AirPods die, it’s game over. My will to stay on the grind is extinguished by what the aux game brings.Update: aux has been much better. No more Disney channel music or sad songs. Great selection of rap, hard rock, edm. Well done! I am an animal once again.

The instructors are amazing. Committed, caring, friendly, very knowledgeable, on-time. Very happy with Golds spin instructors.Was not happy that the salesman misrepresented the spin equipment when asked if consoles would be on the new spin bikes. He absolutely committed to having them and they dont. There is one, the one they had in the showroom to advertise the spin bikes. Very misleading.Also was promised hair dryers in ladies locker room. Still none after 6 weeks.This gym has an abundance of lockers and we are not allowed to rent. This is truly disappointing when using the facility before work. Carrying daily shower and dressing essentials is frustrating when there is plenty of locker space to rentHopefully spin class schedule will increase for early classes after new year
The group fitness instructors are AMAZING! Class is always fun and motivating! They are very informative and always make you feel like youre a part of their team ! . Childcare providers at Golds are also super friendly ! Thank you Golds for becoming my home away from home
The facility is amazing. Equipment is clean and new, and there is plenty of it. Even when its crowded, there is usually available equipment. The bathrooms and locker rooms are always kept in great condition as well. The staff are always friendly and are usually helpful. While I took a trip in Cali, I had to use a YMCA gym and a 24 hour Fitness. Until that point, I didnt know how spoiled I was at Golds. You guys are great!
Fabulous gym with pretty much every piece of equipment you could ask for. Great friendly staff.dis my starting point training session with travis. Got lots of good info and tips. Its always clean. Great hours and good kids club hours. Totally satisfied
Their sound system hasnt work for nine months I was told by co workers. Apparently its not a priority to provide music to their paying customers which was in the signed agreement papers. Every everyday I ask if they could provide music to customers in the gym. No one wants to pursue or follow up why no music at Golds in Longmont CO. I mentioned to them its a gym, people want and need an atmosphere music in a gym to workout to. Im trying to locate up management to have a conversation however no one with provide this information to me or others. Fix the damn music system. Their are plenty of others workout areas in Longmont.

Did a 2 year contract with this place and with only 2 months left on the contract I moved out of the area. They would not forgive the last 2 months and made me pay up. I get it, it’s a contract. But at least they could have done the right thing and let it go. Now I have no respect for Golds gym and would never go back. Plus I will now tell anyone who asks that it’s not a good place to go.Machines there a generally broken and dirty. Cleaning is for a poor woman that comes in once a day and has to do it all. Staff is usually busy working out or trying to pick up the female staff. Steam room features gum on the hot rocks and is littered with water bottles. Just saying.
I usually dont come on the weekends but I came Saturday 45min to closing... right away the employee made sure I knew they were closing in 45min (he seemed annoyed that I went at that time), then he turned off all TVs at 8:25 when they close at 9pm.... very rude!!!! and at 8:50 he started to turned off some lights.... like there’s still 10min left..... horrible, that’s all I have to say 😒

I went in a week ago Friday and signed up for a trial period. I was going to do the $1 introductory fee and it was a bunch of young kids up front. I was never shown around like I have other gyms. I went in today thinking that I would sign up for my $1 fee and was then informed that I had to pay the 34 monthly fee and then 60 days later I would pay the 29.99. Im just upset that this was never properly explained to me when I went in the first time. I will be staying with Planet Fitness for $20 a month.
Ready to cancel my membership. It’s been two months and the AC has been broken for more than 2 days at a time on three separate occasions. The building isn’t even 3 years old yet..If I wanted to workout in the heat, I’d just workout outside and save myself the monthly membership fee.
Love this gym. Some very attractive people here including the staff. Need a decline press and dont have any ab machines.

Kids club wanted to charge me for two days even though I have a membership. I pay monthly for kids club. The girl had no clue what to do. So NOT helpful also if I already pay a monthly fee for kids club why would you want to charge me another fee?
Good gym with everything I need for a great workout. I mostly just do free weights with some machines so its great for me. The cardio cinema room is the only way I can stay on a treadmill for 45 minutesStaff is friendly and trainers seem good. Ive never used a trainer here but from what Ive seen when they are working with clients around the gym I wouldnt hesitate to recommend anyone to use their personal trainersI do wish they had a couple more weight machines and a pool/hot tub but that would require more square feet. Definitely the best gym in longmont
I went to this gym for the first time since the pandemic last week, and noticed several people not wearing masks, so when I got home I called the gym to see what their mask policy was and they said some people had pre-existing medical conditions and were exempt from wearing masks. Ok not really comfortable with that. But still gave them another chance. Went in today and almost no-one is wearing a mask. So i went to the front desk and asked to cancel my membership. With no hesitation they cancelled. So instead of enforcing their own policy they would rather lose members. Doesnt seem like they are interested in keeping people safe. Honestly would have stayed had they done a sweep and asked people to wear masks.
Lots of equipment and a good price,way better than the Longmont rec center.
Friendly staff, real good facilities and modern equipment. But a little bit too crowded most of the time. You find yourself waiting for machines or weights sometimes, or having others wait for you.
Ive been training in gyms for 30 years and this is far and away the best gym Ive ever trained at. It has everything you could imagine and way more.They have tons of functional weights for everyone from professional athletes to first timers, cardio galore, awesome fun classes, cross fit, and even a movie theater cardio room. The place is very comfortable, clean and inviting. It is also not intimidating at all. Everyone is welcome. Its also an extremely good value.
Group and mind and body classes are supposed to be for gold and platinum members; however, other silver and basic membership members are allowed to do those classes. We, gold and platinum members, pay a lot more to do those classes. Not fair!!!
Management is not enforcing the mask requirements dispite the managers claim to the contrary. The staff admits they can merely suggest to put masks on, eviction is not an option. Its a slippery slope as it is apparent membership has suffered during the pandemic.
Lots of equipment, enough so that even when its busy you can usually get to what you need. The staff are pretty friendly and knowledgeable. The gymWifi is great, no problems streaming video on cardio days.Update - After two years, I can confidently say this is the best gym in the area. They’ve consistently maintained AND improved the facility over the last two years.
I love tgis gym. The staff are friendly they have every machine you can imagine plus massage chair and they make smoothies.
People complain about this gym, but literally go to any other national gym, hell even another golds gym. I was down in FL for a week and half the showers at the gym were broken and youd probably come out feeling dirtier. This gym is clean, its never too crowded when Im there, the locker rooms are big and clean, the staff is friendly. I have nothing but minor nitpicks, like the light in the sauna is always burnt out which no one seems to be bothered by(silver lining: dont have to see all the sweaty hairy dudes), the showers are clean and always have soap, the equipment gets fixed really quick never once saw something out of order for more than a day. Really no idea why people are complaining so much. I think if it werent a chain people would be more understanding of minor short comings rather than passive aggressively leaving bad reviews when something upsets them. Plus the place has 4 class rooms, they do yoga classes 6 days a week, and the membership is less than youd pay for a yoga studio membership and thats like a small part of the package.So far my experience has been stellar, and Im here at least 5 times a week.

Needs more dumbbells and machines for arms. Too much space and packed but after 8pm it’s awesome
