The customer service is TERRIBLE at this location. Employees have no sense of urgency, are not friendly, and give off the vibe that they don’t want to help you. Would recommend using a different provider or going to another location.

I was quoted a price for a simple print job by the associate, when the print job was completed the cost was more than 4x the original estimate. The associate then admits they forgot to put in the type of paper we had been talking about the entire time, which was key to the entire quote / print request. No apology was given. Then when talking to the store manager about the discrepancy he was initially resistant to wanting to correct the issue and began attempting to school me on the variety of products they offer and saying if you want the nicer options they will cost you more money. To which I replied Exactly! Which is why I asked your associate to begin with what the cost difference in the cheaper option versus an upgraded option was.” The manager eventually refunded half off the cost back to me, but only after my insistence on the issue. The refunded portion was still double the price of what was initially quoted.I’ve worked in customer service jobs for years and know sometimes you have to fall on your own sword as hard as that may be to diffuse a situation and to make the customer happy. But I also know that the old adage of ‘the customer is always right’ is sometimes true too.Having the store’s manager attempt to toe the company line versus owning up to their mistake and offering to honor the original quote, is what should have happened. There shouldn’t have been the need to push the issue to get “some” of my money back.Highly doubtful I will ever use their services again in store or for shipping either. I’ll spend my hard earned money with companies that put their customers first.

I arrived at Fed Ex today with my call tag. They refused to give me my package without an ID. Just yesterday I took a flight and left my wallet on the plane so I did not have an ID available. I asked if I could use a credit card with a photo the manager said no, it had to be a government issued ID. I then was walking out and remembered that I had a picture of my ID on my phone. She then said it must be present. She gave me the package anyway and said she would make the exception this time. Seems to me that she could have done that with the picture on my credit card. There was another young lady behind the counter who was very kind and tried to be as helpful as she could. I just don’t understand why people go above and beyond to try to make things more difficult than they have to be. Save yourself some time and energy and use a local mom and pop shipping co when you can. This please treats people and their money like they don’t matter.

This specific FedEx has so tied the hands of the staff that they can hardly supply any type of service except to take your money. I find few things that work there, today it was there large print copiers. In general its been like this the few times I have to go there on a weekend. If you want services in this area I highly, very highly recommend PostNet on Hover. Theyve got it covered (except for weekend availability). FedEx, not so much.

This is the best FedEx office in the state! To those who are complaining about lines, the post office is up the street. Go wait in one of those for some perspective. Im an eBay seller and ship 99% of my packages using FedEx which is hundreds a month. Theyve always been courteous and helpful and the store is clean. They were extremely short handed for a number of months but I have never seen a single one of them not go out of their way to help someone regardless of the line of people behind them. If you dont have time to wait in line, the internet is a great tool. All that you you need to do is have your shipping materials on hand, a scale to weigh it, a tape measure, and a printer. If you dont want to deal with that then you may have to wait your turn. Just like you do in every other business.

Came over at 5pm on a Sunday to ship a package and they were closed even though they’re supposed to be open until 6pm. There was no sign on the door indicating updating hours and Google hasn’t updated the hours.

Quick, friendly service. Christina was nice and seemed genuinely pleased to help. We needed a resume printed out on nice professional paper. Christina gave us some suggestions and we took her advice on a great paper. The resume looked excellent. We hope to come back and have Christina help us with our future printing needs.

Ashley and Rob are the coolest Fedex Gurus I have ever met. They are professional, respectful, and kind. I was in a pickle trying to ship several storage items from Colorado to Virginia. They helped with selecting an inexpensive shipping method and my items arrived within 5 days. Keep up the great work!

I use this location exclusively for personal and business transactions and EVERY time, I get honest service with people who take personal interest in the success of my transaction. On the very rare occasions when something may not go perfectly, cheerful accommodations are made immediately. You can imagine that with a location as good as this one, word gets around and its frequently busy but each time Ive seen a line of customers, associates from other areas of the store have immediately jumped over to try to help and shorten the wait time. I frequently pass other FedEx locations when I come to this one and will continue to do so.

We have had a great experience each time we have been here - once to print wedding programs, once for printing/cutting table name cards, and once for shipping mothers day gifts. The staff (specifically Joe, also Christina) have been great each time, the service fast (and accommodating when we were in a time crunch), and the prices fair. We will definitely be back!

It was horrible! The female was very nice to everyone she encountered, and then rushing with me as if I was taking up her time! She insisted on making my copies for me, then i was charged me for her making copies for me. When, she took me to the computer told me if I had any questions come and get her. After needing some assistance, my son went to get her, she never came. I had to sign out assure waiting for her for over 15 minutes, I signed out because it charges by the minutes. I stood in line she avoided eye contact with me, and tried to service someone after me in line. After running all my errands realized my social security card was never giving back to me. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE! AND DO NOT RECEIVE HELP FROM AMBER IF YOU ARE A MINORITY, OR A PERSON OF COLOR! EVERYONE WILL IGNORE YOU ESPECIALLY AMBER!

Update: Customer service has really improved at this location since my original review. I dont know if its a result of these reviews but management has done something to turn things around here. I can appreciate that! It is now an enjoyable experience. Original post: Terrible. Every time I go to this place, it takes forever. I take the time to place an online order and still wait in line for 10 minutes to pick it up. Maybe you ought to think about hiring some employees. By the way I am typing up this review while waiting in line. Its time to remove Express from the name amd just call it Fed. At least then you would be setting the appropriate expectation of wait time. Still in line by the way.

Showed up at 8:45pm and the doors were locked, the sign says that they are open till 10pm. I wasted 20 minutes calling their business number, no response. While all this happened an elderly women struggled to get out of her car just so she could walk up to the door and find it locked. I got out and I apologized to her because if I would’ve known she was trying to go in to Fedex I would’ve stopped her earlier. 4 more people have tried to go in just in the time it took me write this. Very disappointed that my time and money have been wasted, now I’ll need to drive back over at 7am just so I can grab what I need before work.

Total incompetence at this facility. Multiple employees did not know that some of their drop off partners do not accept packages with lithium ion batteries. This cost me and another person a lot of time, and it was a tremendous inconvenience. UPS employees are more knowledgeable. Go there instead.

Let me say that until today I have always received the most amazing service at this location.However today I was in a hurry, attempted a self print that didnt go smoothly. When I called to the service attendants I was immediately barked at well for starters lets not print a receipt because that locks in your charge fine ok (not sure how as a customer I would know that or why he felt that was the most pressing information I needed at that time). However that dismissive, you dumb person attitude continued throughout the service. I was flustered and in a hurry but I didnt treat him with disrespect, but I was constantly made to feel like obviously you should know its this button and that tray (when I had already set it to print from a specific tray and loaded it etc) - folks every piece of technology is a bit different, so its easy to not know this printer likes it when you open the tray and then print from the side? Even it that was the clear option as your customer asking for help it is NOT appropriate to talk down to me and then when I ask you to back off because I dont understand where your dismissive attitude has come from towards me you think its appropriate to tell me how I feel- nope that is never an appropriate way to talk with a client or any other professional contact for that matter. I will never use that mans assisted again and management absolutely needs to review his customer service skills. Worst part is I dont think that will happen, the manager was right there the entire time, so it may be time to find a new print location.

No one knows what they are doing - its always slow and they wander around. I even had an argument with an employee about what is/isnt copywritten when I was trying to print unique art *themed* around Harry Potter. They are also much more expensive.Go to Rons Print Shop on Main. Theyre great!

My experience with this Fed Ex location was terrible. I came to return a package that was the wrong item. I sent it back to the company using their original box and packaging and a prepaid Fed Ex label. This location refused it saying it was not shipworthy and I would have to pay $13 for them to deem it so. I took the box home. I repackaged the item in a brand new box complete with bubble wrap and again, using the original packing materials the company sent it to me with via Fed Ex. I came back to this location a second time and again the staff gave me a difficult time saying the box would now not be deemed safe to put on a semi. Huh??? They again wanted to charge me to repackage the item. But would make an exception just this once to refill the box. What should have been a quick drop off turned into a two trip, 4 day and $10 extra ordeal for a prepaid return.

Went in with two packages to ship and they told me they could not ship them because they had Handles in them. Of course for an additional cost they could repackage them. I took them immediately to another FedEx location that had no problem whatsoever with the packaging

Triple charged me for a $89.50 shipment! The manager Robert who took my order told me my cards were declining and in fact were being charged - all of them! A week later and no refunds and no call back from the manager or the district manager Craig Fastbender. I wonder if they are pocketing the money! Do not go here.

Very professional staff. I aleays assumed FedEx was the most expensive but I was wrong as I have been wasting money using the United States Postal Service who charges are over twice as much. Definitely recommend FedEx. This location has much more to offer than the WalMart location. The postal service is unfortunately still an obsolete defecit ran organization with low morale contracted employees and permanent employees and horrible management. FedEx is getting my business.

They need some customer service training I think. Walked in with a large plain box to ship. It was heavy, but an exact 18 cube. Without even asking what service I want, he says based on the shape of the box, I will need to put this into another box (i.e. turn it into an oversize package, and charge more). I say no you wont, grab the box, and start walking away. When I comment back to him, somewhat peeved, both you and UPS! (Note that the teenager in the UPS store on Main used his fingertips to add length when he measured the box, in order to make it oversized), his response is Sounds like youve covered your bases. Ah, whatever happened to good ol Kinkos?Well, Mr. D-Bag clerk, I went across the parking lot to Office Max and shipped it as-is: an 18 cube. No price gouging, and a very nice clerk to boot!

Im pretty sure that FedEx is waiting for this location to crumble and fall down so that they can make an insurance claim. Every time I am in it seems that something else is broken or falling apart. I get mixed customer service experiences, but I can hardly blame the employees. What a sad place to work. If it is obvious to me that FedEx doesnt keep the location up, I can hardly imagine what it feels like to employees.

It was extremely difficult to upload my pictures. Once they were up loaded it was difficult to change from an 8x10 to anything else. So difficult I gave up and will be trying Wal-Marts photo center.

I flat out hate these numb skulls. My packages require signatures and FedEx NEVER knocks, ring the bell, leave door tags and I have to lose a day or 2 of work each time they screw up. Customer service was completely useless. UPS every time now.
